I have been a Verizon business customer for over 18 years. My employee needed a new phone. He goes to store, finds the phone he wants, then for security reasons Verizon requires me to come onsite to verify my ownership of the account. I am all about security and drove from a client 45 minutes away. I get to the store, to be told I cannot buy a phone in the phone store. I have to call Verizon to order the phone. HUH? I call Verizon, second call and I get through to a rep (very nice) and she was confused as to why I was calling from in the store. We proceed with online order to only be told they just sold the phone they were holding for us to someone else. In store rep states that has been the policy since Covid. However, I was in the store a few weeks and picked out 2 phones and bought them in store. A little contradictory? Waisted a lot of time driving and in store for naught. Thinking there must be a cellular company that wants my companies business...

Stopped in and the wait was reasonable. Max capacity is pretty low for this location.Associate was helpful and we got our issued resolved quickly.I noticed inventory of accessories on display was low. Actually not much so Id skip stopping in for anything other than a phone.

Ps our problem was we bought a brand new I phone for 1099 and when we tried to turn it on it was locked to some other company acct. So we were told by Verizon to just exchange it for new then we got gretted by Mr attitude

I was there 30min before it close to get a new iPhone. I already knew which phone I want and just have to get activated. One of the woman comes out and told me I need to make an appointment or do in store pick up. She gave me the instructions to do it in the car and I tried for 20 min and couldn’t figure out how to do it. I went back to the front of the store to get help or if I can come into the store to do it but she said no. She wasn’t trying to help me AT ALL. She just keep saying “I don’t know if we have in stock” or “just go to different store” when she HAS AN IPAD ON HER HAND. Didn’t know looking up inventory was so hard. SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!! There were 3 associates working and one customer in the store. She kept saying covid policy but store was big enough for more than one person capacity. I don’t understand why they are not willing to help out like that. If she helped me 30min ago, it would have ended so much faster! Never coming back here to upgrade my phone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRR

Have been here on multiple occasions. The “product specialists” know absolutely nothing and aren’t helpful at all. The first time i went in, i was told i would get $150 for my old phone but my bill increased the next month by $150 for switching OUT my paid off phone. Nobody told me this, nor said there would be any fee.My husband just left the store today with absolutely zero help. Associate didn’t want to help because they were “closing soon” in 45 minutes... my husbands old plan ended so he is left without a working line and wanted to be added to mine. “Product specialist” basically told my husband to go screw and he walked out of there with nothing.Incompetent people that need further training... or maybe a company outing? Why is everyone here so miserable?

Very disappointing visit. The salesperson was most unhelpful almost as if we were a nuisance. Thinking about moving to Comcast Infinity mobile.I think the other review re: rudeness explains it all. I totally agree. The Greeter was pleasant enough. Its the salesperson or people that need to be better trained in customer service. Like I said, very disappointing. Ive been a Verizon customer for twenty years and theres arrogance that has developed in your organization.

Dont walk, run from this place. Manager completely screwed up our phone purchase. Showed up to pick up 3 new phones had shipped there. Didnt invite us in and just handed us 2 phones. When we mentioned 1 was missing, told us maybe we didnt place the order and were mistaken. When we went in and showed him the order, said maybe we had it shipped to a different store. We showed him it was sent to his store, and he left to check on it. 45 minutes later I had to stand in front of the office before he came out to tell us he was on hold with Verizon for the last 20 minutes (showed me his phone to prove it, like that meant something) and that he hoped to resolved it by end of day. When I told him we couldnt wait another 7 hours in the area to hear back, he suggested we cancel the order and either buy it from him directly or call Verizon and replace the order. When I asked him if we would still get the discounted phone we bought online, he said he wasnt sure. He also said he could still try and resolve it now, which I said yes we would prefer, and left with him saying he would call us when all was fixed. He called us about 20 minutes later saying he had to cancel the order and to do what he suggested in the store. Left us an email address to contact him for help, an email address that didnt work. When we got home we tried to place the order online for the new phone; but first we had to kick that Verizon store off our account as 3 hours later they were still connected to it (they had asked to access the account to look up the order and then never signed out again). The new phone we ordered online and had it shipped to us. It activated fine. However, the 2 phones we picked up from him had issues. We had to call Verizon to activate them because someone attached the wrong Sim card #s to each phone (swapped them) so when we tried to activate them, both failed. He also put in the 3rd phone that we never received as picked up and returned instead of cancelling the order. This would have caused us a $25 fee and made it look like we decided we didnt want the phone instead of never getting it. Thankfully Verizon customer service was great and fixed all the issues without fuss (but with about 3 hours of phone calls). All told everything seemed very shady and I fully believe he knew he made a mistake (or several) and spent his time trying to cover himself instead of helping us. The only reason for 1 star is the young lady who helped us there who was nice enough; but couldnt help us without her managers approval. Just stay away from this place and the hassle. Not worth the issues or hassle, especially when there are so many other decent and effective Verizon stores around.

Went in kind of late on a sunday afternoon to upgrade phones. Naturally there was all kinds of issues as there always seems to be at the cell phone store or the mechanic 😂🙄 however the sales associate and solutions manager were beyond helpful and understanding as the minutes ticked by until I walked out at 7:30 when they closed at 6 however happy and fully upgraded. This location is fantastic.

Ive gotten my last two phones here and the rebate was messed up both times and this last time I didnt have the energy or time to fight over it so I lost $500 or so, but whos counting. It also smells STRONGLY of weed most of the time, which doesnt inspire confidence.

I went in to get an upgrade. The guy who came to assist me did good up until it was time to activate my new phone. He left to help another customer and had another guy in training assist me. When it came time for the second code authentication my new phone was not receiving the text or phone call. No one was able to assist me they said to wait about an hour and re try sending the code to my phone. I explained it was not right to send me on my way without a working phone and they advised me to go to apple or come back if my phone didn’t end up working in an hour. This is far from good customer service. You don’t let someone leave with a non working phone. I called customer service and explained the situation they apologized for the inconvenience and was able to 3 way call apple who was then able to further assist me and got my phone to work. I will NEVER go to this store again. They do not take the time to assist you and fulfill your needs.

This has been the week from hell with Verizon Customer Service. Went to the store on Monday to get the iPhone 8 Plus for my husband and I. They were all sold out so they had to put in an order and have it shipped to me...thats fine. But the sales rep ordered the wrong phones. I have spoken to someone from customer service every day this week trying to get those phones cancelled and the right ones ordered. Still hasnt been resolved . None of this would have happened if the sales rep ordered the right phones and actually confirmed everything with me before he submitted the order.

I couldnt five this place a negative star! The application will not allow for less than one!Over the course of three years, I have been forced to upgrade devices that didnt need to be upgraded (lies as in, we dont have what you are looking for so you need to upgrade because your device is no longer available. To find out from the manufacturer that that was not true. Think Apple products.Recently, last fall, I switched several (5) lines (2012 convert from T-Mobile) from a personal account to a business account. My main line was a Blackberry Key2. Unlocked. International Edition I purchased straight from the factory as I am connected to the last BlackBerry Mobility CEO and an EVP as well as the factory owner! Worked great for two months. Then I had problems. I was told in this store that I must upgrade to a new phone. I made a snap decision to go to an iPhone (outright device purchase) since my wife uses one. HUGE mistake!The account didnt set up correctly in the transfer which they called Verizon Wireless Support. Took over two hours. I was back in less than a week because the phone wouldnt communicate as they should! Several calls to Verizon Wireless. The Regional Manager was in and he convinced me that my Blackberry would now work on the Verizon network. I switched this from AT&T(the only issue on AT&T was the lack of signal availability). More issues. Verizon sent a Key2 LED - no charge. Needless to say, six months in, and I am still having issues even after leaving BlackBerry (user since 1998) and now with a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G and as you see from this message. It doesnt work so well either! The business app, OneTalk was set up on the Key2 and Key2LE by the Salem, NH Mall manager - AMAZING store (20 STAR rating)!!! The Samsung was setup at the Pheasant Lane Mall Verizon Store*. *4 Star rating!My contacts at the Samsung headquarters for the Americas and in South Korea state that I should get Verizon Wireless to break down my account and rebuild it from scratch. Too bad my contact at Verizon headquarters have relocated to other companies...My conclusion is that I now believe that AT&T will be receiving new 6 new lines... As well as another set (4 business totaling 14 new lines) of business referrals for service. Ouch! AT&T may not have the connectivity that Verizon has but at least your phone will ring when it is supposed to, receive Voice Mail, and not hang up in the middle of a call - repeatedly!

Went to get a new iPhone 8 with the current promotion of trading in an old iPhone to receive a new one with a monthly discount. Received new phone and told associate I was going to mail in my old phone once I ensured everything was properly backed up to the new phone. He told me to print down a label from Verizon to mail in old phone when I’m ready. Fast forward a week later and I go into a different Verizon store to drop off phone rather than ship and they don’t have a record of the transaction ever happening. Had I mailed it in, Verizon would have no idea what to do with my old phone and I would have missed out on the promotion costing me an extra 250. I question if this has happened to anybody else from this store.

Left store with an un-activated device. Had to go to another verizon wireless just to activate the device and waited another 2-3 days just to have my number ported over. apparently the woman who set my account up put the wrong pin in, according to the verizon wireless I went to who actually activated my phone said she should of never let me leave with an unactivated phone and a port that was unsuccessful. Will be going to another location from now on. Pretty much got left with a phone that wasnt activated and delayed my process of getting service while she moved on to the next customer. Verizon Wireless on Amherst Street next to pep boys and Aldies called Verizon Wireless, I.M. Wireless helped me out and gave me exceptional service. Will not go back to this DW highway Location.

I visited this Verizon store on DW Hwy to get a corporate discount applied to my account. (Check with your employer; many companies and groups have discounts with Verizon). HORRIBLE Customer service. Went in for help with a phone. We were put on a waiting list. At least 30 minute wait we were told. After more than 45 min No less than four employees were standing in a group talking and laughing. We had not been helped. As we left we were told one employed had just become available. There were no customers in the store at that point!!! Who is supervising this store? Go elsewhere for phones and assistance!

I bought my iphone xs max and apple watch series 4 here and completely paid out my old iphone x (Got what I wanted ) I thought I was being forced to buy the entire store by talking non sense. you guys really need to get to know about the stuff you sell and stop lying about it. you are just selling the devices and providing Verizon service, you are not inventing the devices, (and you really cant activate GOD mode to them). He came up with a discount for accessories - i didnt buy them ( gave a cheap look and started being disrespectful ). He said he would waive off activation fee, if I add Asurion insurance on my phone and watch, I felt good, I added the insurance - but still got charged the activation fee while I paid my verizon bill, I went to the store to ask about it ( waited for 1 hour - just to ask), they said we will cover that up in the next month billing ( no proof that was happened ) . I care less about the money, I was totally disappointed by the way how theyre being careless with me and the way they treated me. Charged for combined insurance activated for all lines in my account, visited this store to get information such as when,where&who activated it - they did nt/could nt provide any information, they dont even know how to operate their devices and access customer information. Visited this store for almost 8 times for different needs - experiencing totally unprofessional attitude every time, and leaving with regret, thinking - why I stepped into this store. if you want to buy something - they do their best to make you buy more than u need ( thats what marketing is - and thats what every one does, but please - not all customers are stupid) - and please do respect customers time - they switched among themselves and expected me to explain the whole story and the purpose of my visit again. If you want changes to account / information regarding billing or device info - just forget about it. If you are of a different race/nationality - you will be ignored like you dont even exist - they showed no respect-For almost every visit- I waited for an hour after signing in to get service.

I have to agree with most the comments here! I went in with a working phone and they gave it back to me and it wouldnt even turn on. I spent 1.5 hours there and they wouldnt let me know what was going on. I had to keep asking and they would just ignore me. I almost asked on associate if he was mute...but I didnt want to be rude like them. The manager was there and never bothered to help. Will never go back there. I like Verizon for their network, but wont go to that location ever again.

Horrific experience. I upgraded my phone online and had it delivered to this store. I never received an email indicating it was ready, and attempts to call this store to see if it was ready went unanswered. I arrived at the store, and a smiling rep opened the door for me and asked how he could help. After telling him I was there to pick up my phone, he made his way to the back of the store and returned with my phone, in a bag, with my order stapled to the outside of the bag. He asked me to wait a few minutes, though, because although he had my phone, he didnt show the order in the system any longer and needed to check on something. A few minutes went by, and another, much less amicable rep/manager came over to allegedly assist me. From the start, he was extremely rude and demeaning; asking me questions and then interrupting me saying I believe you, I believe you, but never fully allowing me to explain what hed asked me. He indicated over and over that I shouldnt be eligible for an upgrade, and that he is showing I cant upgrade until 7/2018, which obviously would be the case if I just upgraded my phone and he had it there in a bag with my name on it. He told me hed call Verizon and stepped away to do so, not inviting me to accompany him. While he called and was on hold he was talking and laughing with other customers and associates in the store, even stepping far away from the phone and having to run back to check after a while to see if he wasnt still on hold after getting caught up in those conversations. He was completely unattentive to me. I was there, mostly ignored, for over an hour. Id even asked him at one point if it might be better he call me when its resolved, and he refused! In the end, I left with no phone. I contacted Verizon Wireless via phone immediately upon leaving the store and they, too, could not understand why I wasnt provided my phone, but their attempts to reach the store went unanswered. I have to go back there this morning and delay my weekend trip to resolve this issue. This was the most assanign and infuriating experience Ive had in years, and I recommend you visit a true corporate store before setting foot in this store. Seriously, they had a bag, with my phone in it, and my order stapled to it, and REFUSED to give it to me! That doesnt make one iota of sense. Lastly, consider the monstrosity of ill-mannered customer service skills...its disgusting, actually. The rep barked down at me the entire time with not a single valid point and showed ZERO honest empathy for my situation.

Went there to get a sim activation kit, not only did they help me very quickly, but they set up my new sim card, without even asking them to, for FREE! Savanna literally went out of her way to apply a discount, that I didnt even know had existed, to lower my payment. She was awesome, really went above and beyond. Thanks guys!

So I get this new phone. Its called an AGM X2. I ordered it from somewhere in either Asia or Europe. Anyway, it shows up, I go down to Verizon to get it connected because I was told it would work. First time I go to a store they tell me I need to pay off my exhisting phone first so I did. Then they tell me its not working and the phone must be carrier locked to AT&T. So I go to AT&T, Felt like a complete @hole because I snsisted it was locked. It worked with an AT&T SIM card but it wouldnt work with Verizon. I go back to Verizon and they say well give it a couple days. Maybe the payment hasnt gone through the system on your old phone yet. So I wait a few days, try the SIM card again and nothing. They take a look at my old phone to see if the card an phone were locked together or something like that, so a month goes by like this and finally after my fifth call to tech support they finally tell me that Verizon has a data base full of IMEI numbers which every phone has kind of like a VIN number. If the IMEI number for your phone isnt in the database Verizon wont connect it to their network and theres no way to get them to add any IMEI numbers. Sooooo I go to AT&T and now Im paying $75/month instead of $150/month. Oh and heres the kicker. For years Ive been on Verizon. When they took a look at my old phone, it was showing up on there system as disconnected even though Ive been using that same SIM card for 8 years. Explains why I could never send pictures

I purchased a IPad Pro on Nov 15 and had a great experience with Rob my sales representative. The day before I phoned to check to make certain they had item in stock and Rob took my call. He was able to get what I wanted and called me in am to set up an app’t. I am glad he suggested this cause I was driving up fro Mass and did not have to waste time with their scheduling process. Rob was courteous,well informed on what he was selling and transferred successfully all my things from old IPad and I learned a number of hints from him. Thanks Rob for the suggestion about a charging case for my iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Great idea.Completing any purchase obviously is time consuming for staff and customers. MAJOR improvement for a Corporate Verizon store such as this one is to have restrooms available in store (now you have to go to next door store Modellas Sporting Store—that is downright crazy. Also a water bubbler would define Corporate even more—take a few hints from customer service areas of auto dealers.

So I go into the Verizon (258 Daniel Webster Highway, Nashua, NH) store today to see if a phone I have through Sprint was unlocked because I want to give it to my mom who is a Verizonwireless customer. Sprint has failed me on this also but the Verizon Wireless associate Dorothy who works at this store is the worst when it comes to customer service. She basically told my I had to activate a line with Verizon to see if the it is unlocked? I said to her at the mall store they just put in a sim card and told me it wouldnt work because it states not supported. She looks at me smiles and says then you should go to the mall then... I said I do want to change over to Verizon because of the new plan offers and I need to turn on this phone in addition to that? She looks at me and says well you should go to the mall. (I honestly didnt think she was listening to what I was saying because she was walking away) I said I think I will just stay with Sprint and she looks at me and says thats fine. Good job and employee of the day that cost Verizon Wireless 4 phones, Ipad, jet card plus accessories. Great job on training your people Verizon! I did go to the Verizon (310 Daniel Webster Highway, Lower Level-Store 162,... and they simply helped me within 5 minutes. Problem not solved but they were nice enough to tell me. So with that being said I highly suggest going to the Verizon Store at the Mall vs. the one on DW Highway but if you do go to the DW Highway location I would avoid Dorothy, not much of a help.

They keep most of their phone cases in the back room. So you cant just go in and look. You have to wait for your turn and have an employee bring you what they have. (Which is sometimes nothing)

Dont go here for help if traveling internationally, went to get a phone enabled for travel to Barbados, they say its all set, arrive to no service and no way to get them to help. Verizon in general has terrible service as a company, no help here.

It was a total disappointment that the supposed boss could not solve the problem, he had us with abladuria for about 1 hour and as it was now closing time he told us to come the next good day, we did not delay much, only 1 hour more but they solved the problem a total failure friends who see this comment try to go even with a lonch so that they do not suffer from ambre and by all means they do not provide the bathroom it is a complete disgrace
