If I could give no stars I would, walked in and was not even acknowledged. Young lady had an attitude when I asked to look at a specific charm. Will never shop here again... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! next time will make the extra drive to another Pandora store.

This store was my Pandora destination for years and my experience was always topnotch, then I moved away and had to start buying online.I am very happy to say I since I moved back the service has been even better and with the recent renovation the store is even more appealing. Great staff too!!

Despite the fact, that Pandora charms are amazing, they really need to work on delivery time and what they promise you when you buy sth online. Last Thursday (March 5th) around 9am I ordered charm with option of NEXT day delivery. That would make sense, because it was present for my friend on International Woman’s day (March 8th). Of course for that i was charged 17$ extra, byt charm was delivered only on Monday (March 9th).

The people at this store are so kind and helpful. I live in estero and don’t go to that one because people here made me feel like a priority! Amazing experience.

I was in twice with different sales associates there each time. On both occasions I was treated very professionally and with the utmost care. The staff is well informed, and there is an excellent inventory. I intend to return soon. My wife and I highly recommend them.

Went into the store on Sunday, August 12 to have my Pandora Jewelry cleaned. Which I have several pieces that I purchased at this location. Was informed by staff that soon they wouldnt be offering this service. I said why Ive always came here? They have a new owner and its a liability to have customers jewelry. (By the way I did call Pandora and they are insured by Pandora to clean Pandora jewelry). Then she says we can clean this time, but there is a 2hr window and it has to be picked up, we close at 6. Its was 2:30 in the afternoon. I said no problem, just down at the Pub anyway. They start gathering my jewelry together then she says I need a drivers license. I said are u kidding me? I had left my clutch at the Pub with my friends. I can understand when picking the jewelry up, but again I have NEVER had this problem at this location all these years. I said I didnt bring it I left it at the Pub. I will when I pick the jewelry up. No we cant do that. I said ok fine give me my jewelry and Ill take it to the Pandora store at Coconut Point. Thats fine have a nice day. I will never give this store another dime of my money. Its very much worth the drive to Coconut point. Very friendly and attentive. I purchased a couple of new pieces and had jewelry cleaned without any hassle. Oh, and left it there for a couple of hours. Geez, and just the normal information that I had always provided to the previous ownership.

I bought charms for myself and my Mom. They have an excellent selection and treated us very friendly.. I highly recommend this Pandora store

This place is terrible. I went in with my mother and sisters to shop around and the sales reps did not even give us undivided attention. My bracelet was clearly too big for me and the sales rep was trying to convince me to keep it. We were so fed up that we left to the Ft Myers location and the service is night and day. We got excellent service over there and undivided attention. Would not recommend anyone go to this location. Waste of time.

Worst customer service.I brought in my Pandora for a cleaning, when I went home I noticed that it was missing one of the charms I went back to tell them. Spoke to the owner, who had a bad attitude, she said she couldn’t do nothing about it that I sign the paper when picking up the bracelet .. well I sign it not thinking and trusting them ... always get a copy of the product to be safe.

Awesome store great staff, couldnt ask for better. The new remodeled look is breath taking, I suggest to everyone to go take a look and explore the great selection they have.

Store was beautiful, staff was helpful and friendly, parking was awful. Plan on not being in a hurry because this place was designed for extended visits not very accommodating to anyone just wanting to grab something quick and move on to the next shop.

Went to mercato to specifically go to Pandora store, wasnt open yet so went to get lunch then returned to store. It was busy but more importantly a rude aggressive lady kept trying to cut people in line the sales associate kindly told her that someone else was waiting, she responded they were are you sure and started to throw a temper tantrum so she went back to where I was waiting and continued to be rude and pushy. Yes this is a customer not the store but once the same attendant was available she took the pushy lady ahead of me even though I was waiting for 30 minutes ( 20 minutes before the rude guest arrived) it was obvious to all sales associates we were waiting longer. I assume she took the guest so she wouldnt blow up in the store and cause a scene. The store needs some structure especially regarding wait time, and to value their guests we left and will be going to the Pandora in coastland mall. Lost all our future purchases from this location.
