Please don’t let me step inside a Tiffany & Co store or see their BEAUTIFUL jewelry, through their windows. The employees are exceptionally kind, willing to help & fun! The store manager, Jeff, is super cool. Jeff was very honest about how my necklace appeared vs what I wanted. Jeff helped me order exactly what I wanted. I also had the pleasure of working with Ashton. Ashton is extremely friendly & knowledgeable about Tiffany & Co jewelry, past & present. I highly recommend visiting this store, but I mustforewarn you that you may buy more than you anticipated. There is NO pressure, but you’ll have to exercise self-control. I wanted the entire store! Thank you, Ashton & Jeff. We’ll be back!

Poor service. One -on -one help is fickle. I was in the middle of being helped when the sales associate left to help a person who didnt want to wait. No one helped me. I ended up leaving. Ill buy my items on-line.

Horrible service. I waited for 10 minutes in the heat outside the store while the employees and the security guard were all talking and laughing. I guess they aren’t interested in customers. And when I called and complained. They didn’t apologize nothing. This isn’t how Tiffany’s was 30 years ago. Sad. If you have to have something order online for jewelry go to Cartier’s or Saks. At least the customer service is A++++

I’m a guy looking to buy his girlfriend an affordable but still nice jewelry. So naturally I’m completely lost and have no idea what to get. Walked into to Tiffany and Ashley was so helpful! She showed me what looks good and what I can afford and made the transaction easy and fast.

Today May 31, 2017 I visited the Waterside Shop Store for the cleaning of a few Tiffany jewelries. From the first moment entering the store, it was an absolute pleasant experience. Customer service was outstanding. Friendly, professionally and to top it off, I wanted to purchase the jewelry cleaning spray and it was given to me as a gift. This is customer service at its best. Everything about Tiffany is beautiful. This one is no exception. In fact the small and location is spectacular. There are a lot of wonderful places to also shop for clothing and eat lunch. This Tiffany is beautiful and special and of course I love it

While the service was wonderful the necklace that I bought I’ve had nothing but issues with the chain! It gets constantly knotted up and I’ve had an allergic reaction to it! So sad about it!

The atmosphere and the shop are outstanding. Better than the totally overcrowded Tiffany shop in NYC. The advice was excellent, although I couldnt find the diamond I was looking for. I was immediately offered to order it for viewing. I bought a nice bangle, at least a little thing that Im happy about.
