Ive always enjoyed shopping here. Truly unique items. Employees always happy to help us. We get all our greeting cards here, they are really special but $5. Then I found Publix has cards too but cheap, printed and boring for $6. We get our Christmas cards here too every year.

So my wife and I just closed on our winter home on Marco Island. We decided, having spend all week checking out the local neighborhood, we would see what was happening in downtown Naples.We had lunch and walked into several shops. My wife dropped a few bucks in several stores. We walked in Regatta gift shop, a cute little (tourist trap) shop and walked around. Laughing and picking up all the little goodies, Just having a good time giggling with the two sales ladies. Then, apparently the manager, made an appearance. Stared me down. Evidentially she didnt like my 6 3 tattooed 265 lbs in her store. Ive never felt so disrespected in my life. What a buzz kill after being so excited on our new house.Had she seen my H1 Hummer parked in the parking garage behind Regatta. We will not recommend this store to anyone.

A Naples tradition for 30+ years. Possibly the oldest gift shop in the city, with a great assortment of nautical / beach themed items and eclectic gifts you cant get anywhere else. Definitely a destination when were in town. Cant recommend the store and 5th Ave. in general highly enough.

What a cool.local shop. Everything you need for a Florida oriented gift without being that tourist kitchy stuff. The quality of the product are great from local art to fund Florida oriented ideas. We will be back here often.

Fun artsy store! Sales woman was very friendly and showed our 2 year old how one of the toys worked right in the middle of the store floor. Weve bought something everytime weve visited, theres always a unique find!

Great store. With great gift ideas. Not very helpful staff. They seem very annoyed to help you, and dont really like showing you too many items. They have a great Kameleon line. Which I cant get at home. I treat my self every time I come to another piece. If you could get passed that. Then enjoy your shopping. Higher end gift items. Truly unique gifts

This is not a store where you’d find good customer service.I was there last weekend with my husband buying a birthday card and left quite shocked. There were 2 employees who were not very welcoming.The store has a variety of things, from home decorations to soaps, hats and greeting cards. But as we were leaving with our purchase my husband was putting his phone in his pocket and the man was staring at him as if he was stealing something from the store. Wow, that had never happened to us before.No sir, we can afford the entire store but obviously won’t be going back.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE !They offer complementary gift when asked to wrap they said they are much to busy.They did not tell us this till after we bought the item.RUDE STAFF!You get yelled at ifYou useYour phone !Save your money andShop some other store.

Too many signs telling me what not to do and what they wont do for a customer. They do not strive to serve--all about their own convenience, not customers.

When i walked into the store i was looking for a naples long sleeve shirt. i walked over to the shirts and started to look around for one i liked. as soon as the manager/sales woman saw me looking she ran right over and started folding the shirts i was looking at. i decided to walk over to the jewelry until she left the shirt area. as i was fixing my necklace she came over and stood right next to me. she stood there STARING ME DOWN for a good minute until she asked, “are you gonna buy anything?” i told her “i’m just fixing my necklace” she said “are you gonna buy it” after i explained to her that it was mine she was very rude and told me i’m not allowed to use the mirror if i’m just “doodling around” i was overall disgusted in her behavior to a costumer and i would NOT recommend the store to anyone unless they want to be treated like garbage.

Beautiful & unique store in downtown Naples, which offers everything from fine art to quaint gifts. A must see!!

Horrible! Rude saleswoman/owner? I was in search of an oversized wall clock and actually found one I thought could work. I took a photo and was in the process of sending to my daughter to get her opinion on purchasing when this stone faced woman approached me and simply said... we do not want you to take photos. I was taken back by her rudeness, lack of sales ability and said, well thats fine because I was merely asking my daughters opinion in the hopes of purchasing this clock, but you can keep it and everything else in here and proceded to exit the store as quickly as possible. Do yourself a favor and stay away! You can find whatever you are looking for elsewhere.... along with recent people to assist you. AWFUL!!!!!

Great place for girlfriend birthday gifts, hostess gifts and Naples memorabilia. My favorite store in Naples!

Nice shop, lots of interesting things.

Very disappointed by the people who run this establishment. I overheard a customer step into the store to inquire on the price of an item. After deeming it was too expensive for them they left. As soon as the customer left, one of them employees, a man, looked at another employee and said I dont know why people do that. You shouldnt come in here acting like a cheap tourist. And I have no problem saying that to their face next time. My family and I had items we wanted to purchase and decided we didnt want our hard earned money going to people who treat their customers that way. I will not be returning back to this place.

Staff was very rude in store. Followed around as looking as if I was not supposed to look at anything. Store needs to take a lesson in customer service instead of the rude ponytail woman glaring at people. Dont shop here, I certainly wont be back.
