Do not go to this store! I visited this store today to get my jewelry inspected. There was no one in the store. When I walked in and said that I needed my jewelry inspected the women rolled her eyes. I had 4 pieces of jewelry, and the women told me she could only inspect two pieces without an appointment. Again there was no one in the store. She then brought out the manager who also appeared to not be busy, and she said they couldn’t do it without an appointment. I have spent so much money on jewelry at Kay Jewelers, but I will never buy anything there again! They have no clue how to treat customers! Avoid this store!

Called..currently not in state but wanted to see if someone would help me narrow down a gift. When I asked what was in stock they just replied with a lot of stuff we recommended you come in. Didn’t even try by asking if I was looking for anything specific just a lot of stuff...

I went in search of an engagement ring. I told them I wasnt going to be buying today and I told them my budget. They consistently tried to get me to spend more and were saying I had to put money down today to get the best deal. They werent very friendly, not at all helpful. Would not recommend. There are plenty of other great places.

After two months of getting a promise ring for Christmas, the diamond popped out. It was given as a gift from a partner overseas. So after visiting this Kay Jewelers and questioning what the next move was, they ordered a new ring to replace the old. BUT the ring never came, and their customer service was so rude and belittling and downright awful. SO they never replaced it, a new ring needs to be purchased elsewhere, and the service was what you would expect from a black market pawn shop. Thank you for wasting everyone’s time and making us feel awful about a significant gift. Just because it was not special to you does not mean it was not special to us.

This store cannot be trusted. We put in a ring for repair. They did a lousy job for way too much money. I had it repaired again on VA to fix this stores work. As an aside I had the ring appraised. The last time wed had the ring appraised was in 1995 in MA. The 2015 appraisal stated that the ring was now .24 carat less than in 1995 as well as being 2 levels less in clarity. The only time that ring had been out of our house was when it was at this Kay store & it loses a 1/4 carat & clarity. They cannot be trusted.

So love this place also Adam is a great help. Well buy more jewelry from Kay.

I have actually never been here, but someone stole my Kay Jewelers Card information and tried to use it there. They stopped it and called me to alert me. They saved me a bunch of headache. Thank you guys!

Very misleading. Eric the sales associate will tell you anything to get a sale. And to future customer dont let them push the kay card on you. Its only interest free for 12 months if you put 20% down.
