Have dealt with many pawn shops in the past and have to say I was beyond impressed with capital pawn on golden gate. Great collection of merchandise with prices and quality better than great! The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Got the blessing of being helped by Melista,Michael,and Fran when I went down there to buy some audio equipment and cant say enough good things about them. Even when calling them on the phone too annoy them with questions showed me but enthusiasm and superior customer service! 5 stars all day!!!nothing

I love Israel the manager of this store location and Jacob at this store. Very helpful. Have bought many items from this location and they work with you to give you the best discount. They were also very important in returning a flat screen TV about 6 years ago after my house was burglarized, following the law. Israel recognized me and remembered my name after years. Really remarkable for a manager to remember who you are and remembers what I purchased!

Best place to buy used items that WORK. Weve bought two televisions here, multiple golf clubs, and a range finder. You can pretty much find anything at a good price here.
