First let me start by saying that the carpet repair men were very nice. I spoke with the owner of the company Maurice on the phone the day before and describe the issue and he quoted me a price of $100-$150. Two days later he denies quoting me that price. When the carpet gentleman showed up the ripple extended further into the room then first thought. They indicated that everything would have to come out of the room and that the whole room would need to be stretched. They then gave me a quote for $350 and indicated it would take two hours for the job. I approved that price even though I felt it was expensive. After 40 minutes with taking only a dresser and two chairs out they were finished. When I asked about decrease in the price they indicated that they called their boss and he brought it down $50. I then inquired as to the job being decreased significantly and bringing the price down further. The employee also felt that the price needed to be decrease further. Maurice indicated he would not. This is my first time using this company and feel that they are highly priced. All I can say is please do your research before you hire this company. Thank you
