Very dissapointed with KC tile customer service. I gave them an orderFrom my tile guy. Special order. They increased the order because the tiles were smaller. I told her no, my tile guy told her no. The order was placed. Now Im left with 5 sheets of tile ($100)that KC tile wont take back. It was their mistake. Bye bye.

We were shopping for our new home being built by Eric from Laram Construction. Ana was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. They carry a vast selection of floor tile, wood flooring, backsplash and bathroom tile. The prices are very reasonable. Very satisfied with the service. The girls are very professional and very patient. It took me 3 visits to decide my floor tile and they were very helpful every time I went. They have a lot of choices and are willing to order whatever you ask them to. I will recommend KC marble ifYou are looking for new tile.

Buyer beware. I purchased a tile from KC Marble and Tile. I was very clear with the sales rep Sonya that I didnt want a tile pack that was different. I wanted a tile with each piece being identical. NOT ONLY is esch tile different. The color I picked out was in the tan family and the tile they sold me was in the greys. My tile person put the tile up and it is grey!!! It would be fine if the rest of the bathroom was grey. The color lots are completely different!!

Be Aware of your orders, What ever you order and give them your credit card your order will be almost double and charge your credit card for it.With a correct written order, Refuse to give you credit after returned the non ordered material and refused to give a return receipt,Still not got credit and blamed me for it after showed them the write order on their order form.
