I used House of Carpets and Floors to install new flooring in my business, i was so happy that I used them to do my house. Adam is very responsive and polite, and great prices for great quality. Installers on time, knowledgeable, and finish to perfection.

We walked in one day last week spur of the moment and these guys took great care of us. We were only in for the week to try to get my grandparents condo ready for the market. They said no problem to that and had a guy over the following morning taking measurements! Reasonably priced and so time efficient.

Invoicing was very easy to understand and follow. The install team was very friendly, personable and worked fast but not reckless (Just had the entire place painted a week before the install, and not a mark anywhere to be found). House of Carpets in Naples is fantastic! My husband and I wanted to remove carpet in the master and guest bedrooms and install laminate flooring. We went to House of Carpets and were able to look at massive amounts of samples and luckily both our top choices were in stock. House of Carpets came by the next day and quoted us within a few hours and less than 2 weeks after our first visit to House of Carpets we have new laminate flooring! I cant say enough good things about the installers, they were kind and professional, and Adam at House of Carpets is just wonderful to do business with. House of Carpets installed new carpeting for me in May 2017. We had pricing from Costco and Home Depot. The Costco People were very helpful but their price was high. Home Depot was of no help. After a Google search we found House of Carpets and visited them and met Matthew. He was no drama and very accommodating to our needs. We left with a sample board of carpeting and went home to compare the sample colors to our newly painted walls. Having made our choice Adam and his lovely wife came and measured. We agreed on a price and a date and time for installation. The carpet came in on time and was installed on the date and time that we had agreed to. The installers were professional and did not even scuff our walls or base boards. If you want a quality product, at a competitive price with outstanding customer service BUY LOCAL, you will not be disappointed.

The buying experience was easy. Took some boards home. Ordered on a Monday. The carpet was in stock so installation was scheduled for the following Wednesday, November 7th. I was told the installers would arrive at 9 am. They arrived at 10 am. They seemed to be in a hurry. They finished 2 bedrooms by 12:30. They had removed two closet door guides but said they didn’t plan to replace them. They did begrudgingly replace them. The installers thought it was funny that I cared about where they put the furniture when they replaced it. I think it is reasonable to have the chest of drawers centered under the mirror hanging on the wall. I called to make the final payment. I told the office I felt the installers hurried, marked up the baseboards, hadn’t planned on replacing the closet door guides and laughed about the furniture replacement. They didn’t seem to care. They said they didn’t normally get complaints about the two installers. I called back 2 hours later when the closet door guides came out. The screw used to attach the guides to the carpet were about 1/2 inch long so did not even go through the carpet backing. I was told that someone would come the next afternoon the fix the closet guides. No one came. Twenty day laters, no one has come or called. I guess I shouldn’t have paid the bill in full. It took me longer to clean up the baseboards than it took the installers to lay the carpet.In response to reply - The closet doors did not squeak before removal to put carpet in. Installers hit tops of doorways with the closet doors and left marks. I painted half the wall in one bedroom while the carpet was installed in the other bedroom. The installers did not have to wait for me to finish painting. The installers returned once. The next time the closet door was opened the guide came out. I had not cleaned the baseboards when I talked to the office so did not say it was an easy clean job. It is an exaggeration to say 1/16th of an inch but even if it is not, I do not see that as a problem. The furniture should be replaced to its original location. The person replying obviously has not seen the screws used to install the guides so cannot accurately state that longer screws were used. House of Carpets did not go over and above to try to get it right.

Was no help with the Warranty and care of my new carpet (after he got paid). Asked 3 times for the info.Had to go to the Manufacturer for infomation! But, the owner did apologies! I give him 3 stars for that>

1.0 star rating3/23/2017The underlayment for a mobile home should have had a vapor barrier to prevent moisture and mold instead of the felt used for sound. My insurance company refused coverage for the damaged laminate flooring saying it was the result of faulty installation and/or workmanship. Adam, the owner was very combative and refused to use his insurance. I filed in small claim courts but when medication came, house of carpets walked out. Another date for court was set. Then, my contractor was contacted and threatened. House of Carpets lawyer was pressuring me about the things that could happen. I withdrew my court case. My original charges were $5500.00. I spent another $4000 to remove all the buckled and moldy floors. Worst experience I ever had with a contractor. There was no refrigerator leak and there was no mold anywhere near the refrigerator. Buckling was throughout. If it was refrigerator, insurance would have covered.
