I can’t wait to have more rooms done by Hessler! From my initial inquiry with a woman at the Ft. Myers location and then calling the Naples location, the salesman, Adam, had already been notified about my project and was ready to answer and assist all of our (many) questions. Communication leading up to the project was flawless and the final installation, while taking two days instead of one, was done thoroughly and the attention to detail was spot on. The installation crew were clean and courteous and we couldn’t be happier with our new COREtec floors and Hessler!

This is my second time using Hessler and I’m delighted with the results. This time we re-floored the entire house. I was hesitant about the mess and chaos, but Steve, Tony and all the crews were so professional, careful and made the whole process work like a dream. Looks like a new home!

I had carpet installation purchased/scheduled with a different store (a color and quality I wasnt crazy about because that was all they had in stock). After coordinating with the other store for about two months prior to coming to town, I was told they couldnt install the carpet for at least another 3 weeks. By then I would have left town. I decided to contact Hessler and see what they could do and worked with Adam. Ultimately I got better quality carpet, preferred color and they installed on a Saturday so it could be done before I left town. The customer service through Adam was outstanding! And the better quality carpet was significantly less expensive than the other store. Hessler is my new go-to store for flooring in Naples.

We were very impressed with our salesman Steve. He coordinated the purchase of my floor tile and came to my home personally to find an exact color match since the old dye lot wasn’t available. Very professional company with a family like feeling. I highly recommend the entire team including Tony the job foreman that came out daily to supervise the install. The installers were top notch too protecting the other flooring and even locking up the house when we got home late. Five stars!

We are ecstatic about our new floors. We did our entire house for two purposes. One was to update to the new Cortek luxury vinyl planks attendant to a large remodeling project. The second was to correct a flooring job done by another supplier and contractor five years ago. Steve was amazing helping us choose the best selection for our needs. The installers were superb being all friendly, professional and skilled. We assert that we rate Hessler and the installers Highly Exceeds Expectations. . We will use Hessler exclusively in the future. Highly recommend.

We had went to Lowess to check out buying new carpet for our home. We left after the man helping us could no answer any questions we had or help us decide on type of carpet. I remembered that i drive by Hessler Flooring each day to and from work. As we entered we were met by Jeremy and with in an hour we had every question and type of carpet answered for us. Very Professional and also friendly as we got to know all about the history of Hessler and Jeremy and his family. He takes the time to explain the carpet design and different types. Ordering and paying was very easy and done by email as we had went to Ohio on vacation and would have been delayed if we had to wait for our return. Instillation was done by Ron and Mike and they were just outstanding also. They really took great control; on moving furniture and getting the carpet laid perfectly. The only mistake that was made was us going to Lowes First!! Thank You Jeremy,Ron and Mike for a Job well done from start to finish. Make Hessler your first and last stop

Jeremy was great! He helped us get to the price point we needed! Our carpet was installed and they did a great job as well. They left the place better than it was to start! Great experience, and very fast service! I would recommend to anyone !

After spending a month of emails, numerous visits and phone calls when we went to order the flooring we were told oops, we made a mistake, we are only human- it will cost you an additional $2000 to remove the floor we told that you did not have to remove. Mr. Scott Grembowicz (the store manager), was most unprofessional and certainly not standing behind this misinformation in anyway shape or form. We have lived in Naples 7 years and have never run into anyone or situation like this. Very disappointed and a waste of 1 months time. As he said, glad I found this out now, otherwise it would be my problem. Talk about poor customer service. Hessler knew about the current flooring from day one. Yes, glad we found this out now rather than during a warranty issue. No option for no star rating...darn.

I would like to thank Hesslers Floors in Naples Fl for a outstanding job on our floors Amazing job Tobin Brown was outstanding from start to finish. The installers were unbelievable husband & Wife team kudos to all of you and staff at Hessler Floors!!! Fawn Chestnut floors and agreeable grey paint with extra white (Sherwin Williams) trim is beautiful together. Tami and I could not be any happier. No pressure to purchase sales personnel. Michelle was awesome and the installers were very professional I ordered the hypoallergenic carpet. Only wised I would have gotten it a tinge darker.
