Super great people. The owner was amazing, honest and straight up. Best car sales experience I HAVE EVER HAD!! Much less stressful than what you normally get in bigger name car lots. (Especially as a female!) They have a great selection of cars. We bought our car here almost 5 years ago and the car still runs great with no problems! Looking forward to buy a car with them again soon for my daughter!

These guys actually care about their clients! I have never been treated so well or had such dynamic help from staff at a dealership than I did at 7 Mile. I will buy my next car here and recommend them to friends moving forward!

Outstanding experience. There is one other car dealer that is honest that I know of in NJ .As a woman who knows nothing about car. Charles and Randy treated me like family. I knew they were honest. The bought the piece of junk Naples Auto Dination sold me. I went from a My Cousin Vinnie Car 🚘 to a beautiful Kia .It even has a two year warranty. Any female that doesnt know anything about cars can come here with confidence knowing you will be well taken care of. God blessed you Randy and Charles dor being caring Supreme Human beings and giving me a big Christmas present! I paid it wasnt free lol but truly I got more than I ever guessed I could afford. Please support the outstanding dealership located at Davis Blvd Naples behind Walgreens.

This dealership sold me a car at a price higher than its value, they also did not reveal all the extensive problems that the car actually had. On top of that I was also charged 22.99% annual percentage rate after the dealer lied to me about my credit score being bad. When I returned to question the owner about the cars warranty in order to fix it, the owner was rude and frankly racist and kicked me out of his office. He also told me, my car is now owned by the bank and therefore no longer his problem. Beware of any purchases you make from this dealership, the cars may not be in very good shape. Find another dealership, that is honest and trustworthy because Seven Miles Motors is dishonest and do not care about the well being of their customers after purchasing vehicles.

No respect for people’s time at all!! Made a deal and had a verbal agreement to pay for the car. He gave me his word and then he went and sold it to someone else (in a matter of few hours!!). Not even a courtesy call to let me know he has another buyer. Very disrespectful! Not okay to do business this way!Terrible communication. Terrible service. Terrible way to do business!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Had nothing but trouble with the car since day one. They refuse to help or make it right. Now I have to pay for a car that isnt running, while I figure out how to pay to get it running and how to get to and from work to have the money to pay. I would not recommend buying here to anyone. I never crashed this or any car. Please do Google my name.

NO SPARE TIRE, ONE BROKEN MIRROR, AND STILL NO TITLEFirst, let me start by saying that my boyfriend purchased a 2005 Cadillac from Seven Mile Motors. The dealership is located in Naples, Florida, and we live in California. We obviously weren’t able to go to the dealership and look at the car ourselves so we trusted the word of Randy, a salesman at this dealership, when he said that the car was in perfect condition, no damage, and “garage kept.” He said everything we wanted to hear, was very helpful and even got the price down for us. It was great. However, after we got the car shipped to California, that’s when it started to fall apart. The car arrived and we noticed that the side mirror on the passenger side is broken, something that Randy had conveniently failed to mentioned. We called and asked if it had left the dealership that way or if it had been damaged on the truck, and he basically said it had been that way at the dealership. No offer to fix or replace it. Second, he failed to mention that the spare tire was completely blown and unusable. We called again and asked him if he could replace it. By this time, our check had cleared, they had been paid, and Randy began to take a tone like he was annoyed with us for having these issues. On top of all that, they have been suspiciously slow about giving us the title. We had the car for a week and still did not have the title. They didn’t bother to mail the title when the car had been picked up. They didn’t even provide the title with the car when it had shipped. Instead, WE had to call HIM to ask when we were getting the title, and it seemed as if he were waiting on us to ask for it. And he’s given us some excuses. First it was that he needed more info, which he never called to ask for. We had to call him in order to even find out that he needed this info. Then it was that he didn’t know which address to mail the title to. He also didn’t call us to ask. He waited for us to call him. Finally he said he was shipping it overnight. It didn’t show up and we called and asked AGAIN and he said some bs about how they actually just decided to mail it in the regular mail instead of overnighting it (the issue is that we need the title in order to register the car, in order to DRIVE the car). Then he gave us some more bs about how his manager wasn’t going to replace the spare tire because they had knocked the price down and how he “really loved the car and really misses it” as some kind of half baked excuse as to why they shouldn’t have to replace it because they’re so sad they sold the car and them selling it to us was something that they had in some way regretted and we’re doing us the favor (?).Let’s not forget that they also still didn’t offer to do anything about the mirror. When we spoke with them regarding the condition of the vehicle, we spoke at length about the details and if there was anything wrong with it and they lied. My advice: do not purchase your next car from this dealership. The car we purchased is great and we love it, but overall, it wasn’t worth dealing with this company. They use the “small dealership customer service” to attract you, but really, once the check clears, if there’s anything wrong with your vehicle that they’re responsible for, they don’t care. Their customer service is severely lacking and slow. they have been dishonest at every opportunity they’ve gotten, and Randy is quite possibly the laziest sale person we’ve ever dealt with.
