European, trained technicians, they are truly first class and at very affordable prices, far more reasonable than the dealerships, but using the same diagnostic equipment. Ive used the shop twice and they completed the work I asked them to do in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and the communication was frequent and thorough. Angela is knowledgeable and always professional and her dad is great at what he does . Hes an absolute hoot to talk to. Very fun and entertaining. What I loved most is they put my car on the lift and diagnosed the issue in front me so I could hear/see exactly what the problem was.They will be my go-to shop if I ever need anything done.

Their father, Joe, is an encyclopedia of auto knowledge. He and two of his sons work on the cars. The family is honest, hard-working and their rates are also lower than the dealership service departments. I give European Motors my highest recommendation.

Great, honest and most important knowledgeable about BMW and Mercedes people.I have being to many mechanics including dealerships that will go around the problem just to milk you for more money.Europen Motors will point out the issue right away.The staff there is a fresh breeze especialy for place like Naples.The shop itself is big and equipped professionally and very clean. The location is also convenient if you are close to Pine Ridge.Finding the place itself is a bit tricky since it is not visible from the street right away but watch for the sign European Motors around there and you will find it.Thank you folks for helping me with the issue on my BMW and for being so nice and honest.God Bless!

Its a family run shop. I have been using them for 3 years. You can trust the diagnosis and the repairs being suggested are needed. The caliber of technicians is at the level of dealerships.The atmosphere is homey and the job is generally completed on time.Most needed parts are kept in their inventory. Several of my neighbors have begun to use them and are very satisfied customers.

I went there for the first time to get an oíl change and they did an excellent job with that I really liked the customer service and the chocolate.

We called this company to change our battery in our Mercedes. Our battery kept shutting off. When we called the lady was very caring on the phone and offered to stay late to change our battery so my daughter and I didnt have to have the worry of getting stranded. It only took 40 minutes to do it and they charged a reasonable rate compared to other european auto places who were super unaffordable and rude on the phone. We will be going back to get our oil changed next week. Customer for life.

Ive been coming here with my BMW X5 for two+ years. I had a unique problem that neither a BMW dealership or other so called (foreign car specialists) could fix. The owner Joe, immediately diagnosed the problem and made necessary repairs at an exceptionally reasonable price. Ever since this original experience Ive been coming back for all of my automotive needs. I highly recommend European Motors and will continue to use their services.

Outstanding Service! My BMW 330i had a starter problem late in the day after work. I called around for service! They were they only repair shop that went out of the way to go me back on the road. They contacted the towing company, stayed late to work on my car and price was reasonable! Truly a life saver. They are the true spirit of a company that puts the customer first!

I noticed my Volvo had a flat last week at the nearby Shell station. I pulled into European Motors looking for a new set of tires & was told that they didnt service Volvos but that I should pull in and they would put my donut on for me. Two young guys and a young lady helped me- I was in and out for no charge in less than 10 minutes. If I had a Mercedes or Porshe or whatever else they service I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks EM for finding a way to help someone you werent going to cash in on! That says plenty about the trustworthiness of the establishment.
