This was by far the best dealership I had ever been to, Marisa as well as the salespeople had been very kind in our visit and treated us as family, the cars were very beautiful to look at and the one we test drove sounded divine. My father and I will continue to make this place a weekly trip and hope that anyone looking for a Ferrari make their way down to this wonderful dealership.

My rating is based on our experience as someone who had 2 young boys bugging me to go there every day since we arrived in Naples for our vacation after seeing the dealership building as we drove by. At first I was hesitant because I didn’t want to bug the employees and customers but called and asked if we could come look around. They were VERY welcoming and accommodating. They consider their cars as works of art for everyone to enjoy whether or not you are looking to purchase. There are many “special” cars inside along with videos and books to see and appreciate the history of Ferrari. Needless to say we had a great time looking around and 2 very happy boys that won’t quit talking about it. Thank you Ferrari of Naples for helping to make this an extra special vacation.

I just visited the showroom on a family vacation with my wife and two young children. My son was so exited to see brand new Ferraris in person. While I am not in the market to purchase a Ferrari (at least not at the moment) the staff at the dealership specifically Marissa and Nick were very welcoming and kind to me and my family.They allowed my son to sit in one of the vehicles and it more than made his day. They also allowed us to walk through and admire all of the amazing vehicles on both floors of the dealership. I have to say, this was such a pleasant experience. We spent a solid hour there and felt welcomed the entire time. Ferrari of Naples is exceptional!!! Brought my grandsons to see these extraordinary cars. We were kindly greeted by Marissa. What an asset she is to this organization. She asked to have one of the cars opened and allowed the boys to actually sit in their “first” Ferrari. Their joy was palpable. She then recommended we go upstairs to the museum. Fabulous!!! We heard the roar of a car being carefully positioned under lights. The driver allowed the boys to sit in this beautiful car even opening to let them see the magnificent engine and answer their questions. Ferrari of Naples can be very proud of their exemplary employees. You’re doing it right Naples. Will we pass along the good word? ABSOLUTELY!!

My Friends and i got an assignment to go to dealerships in the area and we went to plenty of them and by far the best was Ferrari of Naples we walked through the doors and we were greeted by the amazing receptionist Marisa D’Alessio she was very kind and you can feel the great positive atmosphere of the building. She showed us some of the beautiful cars then we were also showed around the building by the amazing technician Mike Frank he was very positive and kept us intrigued and he answered all of our questions flawlessly! We also got to meet the master technician Kent he gave us some great advice since we are future technicians and one can say it was motivating to us! While on vacation we visited Ferrari of Naples with no intention of buying. We were invited to tour the facility and look at the different rooms and cars on the 2nd floor, etc. It was a fun experience and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I just want to take a second and leave this quick review. We came down to Naples from Kansas City Mo for a quick vacation. My boys being car enthusiasts couldnt wait to come to the Ferrari dealership. Being a mother of teenage boys I was a little leery of how they were going to be treated. Much to my surprise the receptionist took them under her wing and showed them not only just the cars but gave them a tour of the whole place. They went over and beyond my expectations of how any one would treat13- 17 year old boys. They were over the top with hospitality and definitely sparked these boys to want to hustle so they can achieve great toys in life. Thank you for the bottom of my heart for being 100%more than I expected. You were the ONLY dealership who treated them like adults and could see the love and passion for cars in them instead of just a bunch of teenage boys wanting pics. You all were amazing and I have already told multiple clients of mine who have second homes in Naples. Two of them own Ferraris so I will make sure they know where they are buying there next one . Also they loved Nico and his suit!

Absolutely fantastic! The most luxurious car dealership I’ve ever seen. The staff were very welcoming and very friendly to us as guests. Not only do they have a great selection of vehicles including Ferrari’s, Porsche’s, Rolls Royce’s, BMW’s and Bentleys, but also a very beautiful museum on the second floor. Every car meticulously cleaned and maintained. The building itself was architecturally stunning and very clean. By far the greatest car dealership I have ever seen! Had a really positive experience last week at Ferrari of Naples, Naples, Florida. As soon as I entered the building, I was treated like royalty. The General Manager offered me a bottle of Ferrari Water and gave me a personal tour of the showroom & service department. While there, Tony the lead technician was extremely knowledgeable about servicing my potential purchase and made me feel very comfortable with the idea of trading in my Porsche.

After hearing the General Manager of the New Ferrari of Naples, invite the general public to visit the dealership, we decided to stopped by. What an amazing place. Everyone was very inviting. Sales staff was very interested in telling us all about Ferrari and the dealership. Not being in a position to purchase a vehicle like this, but always wanting to see them up close, this was a ton of fun. Highly recommend stopping by.

After leaving a $2500 deposit for a car, I had some issues getting financing with the banks they work with so I got financing through my bank. My bank sent a check to the dealership and they sold the car they took a deposit for. Granted, it did take a week to get the bank to send the check out but I feel like it’s wrong to sell a car they’ve taken a deposit on, especially when the buyer has proof of financing and is waiting for the bank to send the check out.

I live in central Fla and purchased a Bentley they had for sale. It was an online transaction. I spoke with William, one of their sales agents, who successfully facilitated the entire transaction. He was awesome! The dealership sent a Notary to my home for the paperwork. They delivered the new Bentley to my home and transferred tag from my old Bentley. They then took my trade-in off to their transporter.They even sent a new owners manual that was missing from the Glove compartment! Total professional pleasure to deal with Ferrari of Naples. Certainly would recommend them to anyone.

A huge shout out to Tony, my technician, at Ferarri of Naples. I had a flat tire on my California T in my garage at my summer residence at Beech Mountain, North Carolina. I thought I needed a new tire. What a nightmare scenario. Would I need to have my car towed? Could I have a tire mailed to my residence. If so, who could change the tire? I indicated to Tony that the tire valve core was dislodged and it was leaking. He indicated to me that I could get a tire valve kit. In that kit is included a tire valve tool that can tighten the core. I bought the kit and tightened the core. I inflated the tire and no more leak. What a relief. The kit cost less than $6.00. Thanks to Tony and Asif, the service manager, for making a stressful situation disappear! Ron Fairless, Naples, Fl.

When at the car show at the Mercado a charcoal 2019 Ferrari 488 GTB caught my eye. Jim Iacovino, client advisor for the Naples Ferrari Dealership suggested I take it for a drive later that day, which of course I did. Returning to the Dealership the following day, Jim introduced me to Service Department staff who were fully responsive to all my inquiries. The next day before leaving to attend a Texas Rattlesnake Roundup, I met with Jim and arranged for the trade -in of my Porsche Targa.Although the transaction could not be finalized due to the temporary absence of the Finance Manager I nonetheless left with the understanding that the 488 GTB would receive a complete wrap and ceramic coating during my absence. Later that week Jim called to let me know that the car was on its way to be wrapped and coated. Despite the fact that the transaction was yet to finalized the 488 GTB had been wrapped, coated, pre-certified and ready for delivery upon my return. The entire process from the initial meeting with Jim Iacovino and later, staff members of the dealership, was friendly, responsive and pleasant.After delivery, Jim continued to assist me in joining the Naples Ferrari Club, obtaining an after market copy of the radar detector and a copy of all Ferrari Dealerships in the USA. In my view we have an excellent dealership in Ferrari of Naples, but dont just take my word for it, stop by and see for yourself. Have a cup of coffee and wander through the showrooms.

This is related to having my 2010 Ferrari California serviced - March 26th . I called ahead and needed an appointment and was told there was a few week wait time. Unfortunately, this couldn’t wait . When I offered to take the car some where else, they found a spot for that day.The front staff was incredibly kind as you might expect at a Ferrari dealership. The service staff put my top down, which had nothing to do with the services being rendered as the work I requested was all under the hood. Within the last six months, the top was fully serviced and inspected for summer. ( not at this dealership ) In fact, all of the hydraulic pumps had been replaced, shipped direct from Ferrari in Italy. Earlier in March I had completed a 1300 mile drive into Naples, without any issues what so ever. The top nor the electrical system had any issues for months including that recent drive.While sitting in the service department, the manager ? Came out to announce and - I suppose to try and shame me ? By announcing loudly my earlier phone call needing to take my Ferrari in immediately and willingness to take it to another garage due to the urgency. While this was happening, the service department is repeatedly revving my engine in the bay without cause.I received the car back with the top down even though i put the top up when I arrived at the dealership. When the technician walked into the showroom and handed me my key, he was nursing a bleeding wound from his right hand with a rag, telling me he now needed stitches. Upon my return home, I discovered the top wouldn’t close and the upholstery stitching and other parts, to include the plastic over shield and fragile pieces within on the back right column were damaged - What looked to be by hand . Future more, the next time I turned my vehicle on, it said electrical system failure return to dealership.The following day I received a text message from Svenja : Hi Stephanie, this is Svenja at Ferrari of Naples. Thank You for allowing us to service your vehicle. Im following up on your service visit. Did everything go well? Reply STOP to OptOut. and I replied mentioning my above issues and experience . And they never followed up and got back to me . They won’t be receiving anymore of my business or my next Ferrari purchase - beware of their service center and business practices.
