In March of 2020 we called CC for a design quote to install a new closet system in our master bedroom. Candice Clarke, our designer, was prompt & professional. We approved a closet design only to have everything pause due to the pandemic! Candace told us that CC would honor the quoted price when we returned in the fall without having to pay a deposit!!!!Sounded too good to be true. We called her in October as she had instructed, paid our deposit & awaited our new closet system.The installer was wonderful! Equipped with mask & booties he did a nice neat installation.We love our new closet design & would offer our unqualified recommendation to Naples Lely CC!

We used California Closets for our house in CA with great success, so they were the go to company for us here in Naples in our new home. They designed 2 bedroom closets and kitchen pantry. Convenient shop at home, and fairly good selection. We did get everything we needed. Installation was professional and quick. They even took away the old shelves and vacuumed. Only disappointment was the lead time - took over 8 weeks to have the work completed after ordering. Would use them again.

We met with California Closets to plan the design and layout of our master bedroom closets and kitchen pantry. The process was very professional and highly interactive. We were able to review and modify the design in real time which was incredibly helpful in finalizing the plans, color selection and finishes, hardware and pricing in one session. The follow- up on scheduling the installation and the installation itself was completed without any punch list. The entire experience was a pleasure and the outcome first class.

In our current home, California Closets redesigned and re-built our two personal closets, the pantry and the laundry room. The results were fantastic. We also used California Closets to build closets in two Iowa homes.

Contacted them to design a wall of cabinets for a home office. In this time of Do Id we did the initial design consultations via web chat. We visited the store several days later to pick finishes and finalize the design. They were being safe and wearing masks. Several weeks later the installers came to install the design. They were also wearing masks. They did a very good install. Very conciencious taking care to do a really nice job. I noticed they had a pin nailer and I had a piece of kitchen cabinet trim that needed to be tacked back into place. They agreed to do the small job, even filling the hokes with filler. Really nice installers who provided a great customer experience, going the extra Mike to help out with a task above what they were responsible for! The designer followed up after the job to make sure I was happy. Every aspect of this was great!
