He came over, took the measurements and then we designed our new customized closet right there on our kitchen counter on his laptop. Had 3 custom closet vendors come out to propose a design and estimate for my walk-in closet. PLC had a strong design and best utilized CAD and 3D drawings...their price quote was very fair and included many features that others charged as upgrades. The install crew was very high workmanship as well as very clean and respectful of property. Seamless process from start to finish... Would highly recommend.

PLC designed, built and installed our master bedroom closets. From the very first interaction to the follow up of our installation, we were very pleased. The quality of the custom closets is excellent as is their customer service. They noticed that one of our shelves was not designed with the same care and attention as the others and they took the initiative to replace it. We visited 4 closet companies and decided on PLC because of what we saw in their showroom and the interest, creativity, and flexibility of Russell during our first meeting and subsequent design sessions. We got a ball park price from one company and quotes from the other three. PLC was very competitive and we thought had a superior product. They did a large master closet, pantry and did a built in closet/dresser/storage unit in a guest suite were we removed the original standard bypass door closet. They also integrated a shoe rack system which we purchased elsewhere. They were timely and a pleasure to work with.
