We have gotten 4 bath vanities through Alley & have been very happy with the quality. We wanted delivery so we assumed the cabinets would be take into our home. Hoever, the freight co. came, the freight trucker left our cabinets in the parking lot, then left. Fortunately Milton, with Alley, went right over & put them in our unit for me, since I was 1200 miles away! Many thanks to Milton for saving the day!!

Terrific experience working with Chris and his team. Under very difficult Covid-related circumstances, these folks made our complete gut job remodel project in a high-rise work smoothly, professionally, and on time. From design, to selections, to scheduling/coordinating, and finally punch list follow up items, these folks met and exceeded expectations. Milton was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the process. We had his personal cell phone number and could reach him at a moment’s notice. We also very much enjoyed working with Bob. Kudos to you, Chris, for building a terrific business and wonderful team.

Especially impressed with the staff Milton and Richard who made every request happen! Chris has a great team and let’s them do what needed to be done. They completed our renovations in a timely and professional fashion. Also they worked with a much appreciated level of flexibility so we could adapt certain limited details to improve the final finish work in the condo! They went out of their way to help us (remote out of state) see all the steps by using a shared web site for discussions and image sharing. Chris was easy to work with. Milton was very helpful and everyone was easy to work with and willing to do whatever they could to help out and do a good job. They were clean and respectful and just good people! Bob and Richard always made sure everything looked good and was the way we wanted it to be. The project took longer than expected through no fault of theirs but they made sure we were happy and made up for the delay in every possible way they could.

We are just finishing up the renovation of our kitchen, two bathrooms and the installation of new floors throughout. We’ve done many renovations in the past and this has been by far the easiest project. This company uses an interactive app that keeps you connected and on top of daily decisions..which is helpful because we have been in Toronto while they’ve been working on this. They have great trades and many of their own staff on site daily and keeping in touch. Our project manager Milton Martins texted me pictures and took feedback daily so it was incredibly efficient. I would highly recommend Chris Alley and his team..on time and on budget!
