I SHOWED THE PICTURES BELOW TO TWO DIFFERENT SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINT STORES. BOTH MANAGERS SAID THE SAME THING. HORRIBLE PAINT WORK FROM WHAT MY PICTURES SHOWED AND THEN TOLD ME TO CALL THE LOCAL SHERWIN WILLIAMS AREA MANAGER AND COMPLAIN.STILL WAITING FOR THE 50% REFUND THEY PROMISED OVER A YEAR AGO. ( SEE LETTER BELOW). CANT TRUST THESE GUYS. I SEE HOW THEY RESPOND TO EVERY OTHER REVIEW BUT NOT MINE. THEIR LETTER AND MY PICTURES PROVE MY CASE AND NOW I WANT THEM TO TELL ME WHY THE LIED ABOUT MY REFUND.I HIRED J&R PAINTING TO PAINT OUR NAPLES CONDO. WE GOT FOUR BIDS AND THESE GUYS CONVINCED US HOW HAPPY WE WOULD BE SO WE PICKED THEM. OUR MISTAKE WAS WE WERE NOT THERE WHEN THEY DID THE WORK AND I PAID THEM OVER THE PHONE WHEN THE TOLD ME THEY HAD FINISHED. WHEN WE FINALLY FLEW DOWN WE WERE SHOCKED AT THE HORRIBLE WORK THEY DID. THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING SO THIS REVIEW SHOULD SERVE AS A WARNING. PICK ANYONE BUT THESE GUYS.I HAVE USED AT LEAST TEN DIFFERENT PAINTERS IN MY LIFE BUT THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST AND HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. WHAT SHOCKED ME THE MOST IS THAT THEY REFUSED TO REMOVE ANY OF THE LIGHT SWITCH AND OUTLET COVERS OR ANY OF THE VENT COVERS. THEY JUST PAINTED RIGHT OVER ALL OF THEM. THEY SAID THAT THE COVERS WERE ALL CAUKED IN LIKE THEY WERE GLUED AND COULD NOT BE REMOVED. THIS IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME WHEN THEY CAME BACK. THEY ALL POPPED OFF WITH NO EFFORT AT ALL. THE PAINTERS THEY HIRE WERE EITHER LAZY OR UNSKILLED. THESE ARE THE WORST PAINTERS I HAVE EVER SEEN.THEY BROKE A LENS IN A BRAND NEW BATHROOM FIXTURE AND NEVER MENTIONED IT SO AGAIN THEY LIED. WHEN CONFRONTED ONLY THEY ADMITTED THEY BROKE IT. NEVER SAID THEY WERE SORRY. THEY ALSO GOT PAINT ON A BRAND NEW SOFA WE HAD JUST PURCHASED. AGAIN, ONLY WHEN CONFRONTED DID THEY OWN UP TO IT.ATTACHED YOU WILL SEE THEIR LETTER STATING THEY AGREED TO A 50% REFUND ($1,750) FOR THEIR SHODDY WORK. THIS IS NOW A YEAR LATER AND I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND SO AGAIN THEY LIED. THIS IS A PATTERN AS ANYONE CAN SEE.ANY TRADESMAN WILL TELL YOU PAINTERS ARE ON THE LOWEST SCALE FOR ALL TRADES. LITERALLY ANYONE CAN USE A BRUSH AND A ROLLER AND PAINT A WALL. NOT THESE GUYS. THERE IS A LOT MORE BUT I AM LIMITED IN THIS GOOGLE REVIEW FORMAT. ALL I WANTED IS THE REFUND THEY OFFERED A YEAR AGO AND NOW THEY HAVE AN ATTORNEY THEY TELL ME HANDLES ALL THEIR LEGAL CASES. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU HOW BAD THEY ARE IF THE HAVE AN ATTORNEY ON RETAINER. I OFFERED TO TAKE DOWN THE REVIEW ONCE I RECEIVE THE REFUND BUT THEY REFUSED THAT SO THEY CANT BE TRUSTED. BUYER BEWARE!

The customer service is bad. Theyre rude. The tall skinny one and the short tan one were equal to Beavis and Butthead with a chip on their shoulders. Not business friendly at all. Fort Myers actually wanted customers to walk through the door.

Amazing store with an amazing staff. Go see Jason and Jim; they will take care of you! We researched exactly which paint would be best for our kitchen cabinet update. Im somewhat of a blog/pinterest/rehab fanatic, and the latest buzz is around The Sherwin Williams Sher-Wood KEM Aqua Plus System. It is a high-end, high-quality paint, that is a favorite of many cabinet and furniture professionals. So we went to purchase it, expecting to pay $59 plus tax per gallon (we needed two gallons). Amazingly, Jason and Jim worked their magic to apply some sort of discount so the total for the two gallons was not the $120+ we were expecting to spend, but only $69 including tax!!! That was so unexpected and they went above and beyond in terms of taking care of the customer. We are now customers for life. We will be back soon and well also be spreading the word about this awesome store and its incredible staff! Thanks guys!UPDATE 12/23/17: I had some paint tinted to match a new stone kitchen backsplash we are installing. At human glance it appeared to be off-white, but when Rod placed it in the machine, the computer calculated every single color of the stone and produced something with a pink hue. On closer examination, you could see the pinkish specks in the stone, but it was most certainly not what I was hoping for. Rod took the time to attempt to lighten the paint and calculate how to get the pinkish hue out. When I pointed to a color on the colorwheel that would more closely resemble the result I was aiming for, he simply mixed up a fresh can and gave me the new can with that exact color. He really took care of me, even though it was me who brought in the color to be matched, and ultimately, my fault for the pink result. In any case, I really appreciate him for going above and beyond, and once again, I encourage everyone to check this store out for themselves. There are amazing folks there.
