This store is horrible! I ordered flooring, was told it would be delivered on 2-8-2020. Was told no time could be given, but if I called that day, they could tell me where it was on the truck. So I waited until 2pm to call. At that time I was told that the order was rescheduled for delivery on the 12th! Well no one called, text or emailed to let me know! Then when I asked to speak to the manager of the store or of the flooring department, guess what??? First, I was placed on hold and them back to customer service desk 7 times!!! Finally someone poor spill eventually told me the managers were not answering their calls!!what business does that? She promised she would have them call me. Guess what? You got it, nope.Do NOT do business with this store. They don’t care about custom or their company at all. They SUCK.
