Absolutely fantastic! Windermere Sustainable Car Care inspected all parts of my engine when I went in for an oil change and I felt completely comfortable with their service. They were quick and extremely kind. Truly honest mechanics, will be back for sure.

The response time was immediate, the price was right and the service was second to none. Ive never had an experience like this with a repair shop. The owner, Michael gave me a quick quote for wheel alignment and a brake job. When he found out the pads and rotors were significantly more expensive(for my specific vehicle model) than what he quoted, he ate the cost and wouldnt even let me pay for part of it. He even sent a shuttle to pick my family up when our vehicle was ready.

Its so hard to find a repair shop that is honest and conscientious in SWF. This place is all that. I had some low profile tires put on custom rims and I read that Windermere had the best equipment to do it so I went there.Made an appointment and my car was getting worked on within minutes (so many places you make an appointment and then they make you wait an hour or more before they start the job!).As a car guy / mechanic I watched him do the job. After mounting 2 tires, the value stem on the 3rd tire blew out of the rim (I had asked him to leave my custom stems in). Without asking he went back and unmounted the tires he had already mounted and replaced ALL the stems.The job took a while and as I watched around the shop I saw other employees doing extra work that owners would never see but made their repair better.... going above and beyond (quit a shock these days).No damage to the rims (like other shops) and tires run great... so happy.Mike and Mark are easy to deal with (some of these places are so rude). PS: Guys, I would recommend renting a dumpster some slow day and getting rid of all the old parts you have laying around... but no big deal.

I went here for the first time tonight and can’t speak more highly of the facility, customer service, and services provided. They were very professional and completed my oil change within a timely manner. THEN, I got into my previously semi-messy car to find they had vacuumed the front and back seats! I have been to a variety of places in the area and have never had treatment or service of this quality and for this price! I will definitely be coming here again!!

Friendly staff...short wait time...decent price...clean facility...I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK!!! I loved the viewing window, I could actually see my tire rotation happening and didnt have to wonder if it actually got done. Pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was vacuumed too!

If you live in Naples or are just visiting the area and need auto services, this is the ONLY place you should go. Mike and his team operate the most phenomenal auto shop I have ever encountered and this includes some of the biggest brand name dealership. First of all is the quality of their work. First class and they stand behind every service they provide. Secondly, is their integrity. They tell you the facts and give accurate estimates of the service before starting it. And, then their prices are really really competitive. I have been having my vehicles serviced here since moving to Naples, and have never been more satisfied. And in closing, their facilities are spotless... you might not know you are at an auto repair facility when you enter! Michael Warren of Windermere is one of kind. I have never met such an honest, compassion, loving, generous, giving soul. And he engages and trains his staff that believe in treating people the same way.....While waiting for my car to be serviced yesterday, one of the other customers remarked that she had never seen so many people come in to have their cars serviced at five p.m. And they were all gone and helped in whatever way needed by six p.m.Mikes always makes sure his customers are all served completely to their satisfaction. Sometimes it takes a while, however, that is because he is such a kind soul and helps all. He and his staff are professional, resourceful, and always get the job done. If you have to leave your car, Mike will always make sure and either give you a ride to where you need to be, or have one of his staff give you a ride. He is honest, and he is more than reasonable in his prices, lower than most other places. He always gives you the best possible solution to your problem. Im relatively new to the Naples area and work just a couple blocks from Windermere Sustainable Car Care. I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee that I normally would have serviced at the dealership but, unfortunately, getting the service departments from either the Naples or Fort Myers Jeep dealerships to politely answer the phone and/or actually treat me like a human being seems to be a task in and of itself. I guess they arent really pining for future business. The thing is, I still needed an oil change and, because I was tired of calling to GIVE the Jeep dealerships my business I finally decided to start looking elsewhere. One of my managers brings her car to Windermere and recommended it. I called this morning to see if they had time for an oil change and not only did they make the time the owner himself actually took the call and made sure I was taken care of. When I arrived (within five minutes as I promised I would) they fit me right in. I asked if they could also wash my car. No problem. I didnt realize it wasnt just a drive-thru car wash...they actually hand washed and detailed my vehicle and charged a very fair price. As a busy professional I very much appreciated how well I was treated and how easy it was to talk to the manager at the shop who was helpful and very gracious. Ill be back and will definitely recommend Windermere to my friends and colleagues.

I had great experience with this place! I had my engine cleaned there. Their prices are very very reasonable, and service is beyond great! Michael, the owner, is a very caring person. You can tell that these people really take pride in what they do. I definitely recommend this place!

Best place in town. Friendly, fast and helpful. They aldo have a very clean waiting room, with TV and comfortable chairs.Mike, the owner changed a brake light for me on the spot. He saved me from a ticket. He wouldnt take any extra money for doing this. I can not thank him enough.I highly recommend it.

Honest people great service they even did a full dashboard test check my battery filled my air in my tires topped off my radiator fluid and vacuumed the front two sections of my van I would recommend this place $30 4 synthetic blend and 39 for Castrol GTX high mileage

I have been coming to this establishment for 4 years for all my car needs at both locations depending on whats needed....They go above and beyond. I had a slow leak in a tire..they patched it and off I went... the next day it was completely flat. I apparently had a second leak or a nail, unsure. I called them told them my situation I work 2 jobs and go to school so my schedule is not flexible. I put the spare on after my night shift at 2a.m. i called the following morning told them what happened and they came to my work place, picked up the tire fixed it brought it back, mounted it and called me to just come out to open my trunk to put my spare back. It didnt interrupt my work at all and since I had to leave work for school by 3:30 they were done by 3:20 and off I went. I was very appreciative of the level of customer service they provide, thats hard to find these days. Thank you Mike!!! Your assistant was lovely as well, I cant thank you enough for your continued exceptional service you proved EVERYTIME Im in need.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for years and recommend them to all of my friends and family. Everyone who works here is friendly and professional. They really take pride in their work. The owner, Michael, goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. Hes also very honest. He tells you exactly what you need and doesnt try to upsell you on things you dont. Oh, they also give stellar car details. My 2006 Element looked brand new when they were done with it. Im a customer for life.

I went in there to get my AC recharged. It costs me $68 and no one was trying to tell me You need a new AC compressor. So I am glad for their honesty. Im giving them 4 stars because they told me it would take 45 mins but in actuality it took them about 1 hour and 20 mins. I feel comfortable taking my car to them again if I have any car issues.

A co-worker recommend this company to me and I couldnt be more pleased.Recharged my AC for the price advertised with no gimmicks!I will be going back to get my windows tinted.Great people!!!

Ive been a customer of Windermere since 2012 and they still WOW me with their service! Their customer service is unmatched, they do what they say, dont try to sell you services you dont need. I took my car to another place for tires only to find out that I would have received a better price through Windermere...not going to another shop again! **And you cant beat their $20 car wash!**

Really great local repair shop. Ive had nothing but good experiences with them since bringing my car in for brakes.

Not great. Had some dust under and marks on tint. Asked for a redo and was told no. After being told I expected too much for my money I wanted a refund. Owner tried to talk me out of it but did refund me and let me keep the tint. Mediocre job with bad customer service.
