My car died in the middle of a very busy intersection and I’m so glad (at the end) that the nearest service was this Goodyear location.When bad things happen, you’re put in kind of a desperate position, where’s there’s a lot of room for people who are supposed to take care of you, to take advantage; you start hearing allthese theories of what happened… and it usually involves spending a lot of money.Well, I wanted to write this review, first because mechanical trust is hard to come by, and because Jason’s customer service, the store manager, was really nice. Authentic, honest and kind. “It was the battery.”I also asked him to check my breaking pads, because someone else wanted to change them 5 months ago. I didn’t pay attention because none of the regular signs where there. But since my car was at the shop, I wanted to hear a second opinion.His response was a breath of fresh air. “You are still good for another month of two.” And he gave me a written report on them. Other suggestions were made and I’m happy I ended up there.Having the right information is key to make good choices.

Had a flat! They got us in right away and said it would be 30 minutes. Then they found that the other tire was also bad so they also were able to change that. It took a smidge longer but totally worth it!! Tires were in stock as well. Trustworthy and nice and knowledgeable!!

Came in for a tire rotation/oil change today. I expected to be there for over an hour, and they were done in 30-40 mins! Not only was the service fast but it was extremely friendly. Jason, the store manager, answered all of my questions. This was my first experience with Goodyear, and I’ll be using them every time I need something done on the car!

Great experience! Worked with Eddie to order and install a tire. Price was $70 less than tire choice. Had to order the tire, it arrived when promised and everything went perfect during install. Entire process was fantastic. They even smoothed out and painted the wheel damage!!! Amazing service, thank you Eddie and Goodyear!!!

Jason Sass/ Mgr on Tamiami Trail East in Naples, FL. was very accommodating. We were traveling from MI and had to buy a new tire. Jason had it by the next morning. I arrived early for my appointment and my car was taken in immediately. He obtained copies of my Road Hazard warranty from MI if I had another problem. Very professional.

The service I received was absolutely the best possible. This is where I will always go for service from now on!

Best experience I could have even in a bad situation. I had a flat the previous day coming home from work. I had issues being serviced at another tire location, but was able to get on the phone with the store manager Jason right at their opening time. He informed me I could bring in my car and they could take a look as soon as they were able since I didnt have an appointment. They werent able to patch because of my tires age, but were able to replace on the same day with quality tires and gave me a deal I couldnt find anywhere else. I wish I would of come here first. Ive been serviced at two other Goodyear locations in Naples over the last 5 years, but have to say this is where my patronage will stay. Thank you so much Jason!

On our way to Clearwater we blew a tire on our RV in Naples. I called Jason and they had the tires that we needed in stock. He gave us directions (I called twice to make sure we were going right way sometimes not easy to get in some parking lots or down some streets with big rig) they were waiting for us at back parking lot. They changed all 4 tires in 1/2 hour. they were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us and get us safely on our way! Cannot Thank you enough Jason and all of you! Great team!!!!!!

These guys are truly the best in town. Jason and Eddie are always quick to be of service whenever my car is in need of an oil change and tire rotation, but today they were exceptional! My battery was dead and without hesitation, once again when I called Jason was quick to give me a quote on a new battery and tell me he had that particular battery in stock!! He then said and we’ll replace the old battery at No Charge!! Now that’s the kind of service I’m looking for - thanks Goodyear Auto Service!

On 2/21 got the oil changed in my F150. minor drip which was corrected. Jason was great and promptly resolved the issue.

I took my Mercedes to 2 other Mercedes dealership/places before taking it to Goodyear. Both quoted me $2400 and told me I needed different parts to fix the problem. Lucas suggested I bring it in before completing the repairs. They were able to repair the car at a cost of $125. I did not need the parts recommended by the other dealerships. Very disappointing to go to a Mercedes repair place and be “sold” parts that were not necessary. Highly recommend the Goodyear near 41 and Collier for your repairs.

Cant do anything. Only for appointments. You can drop off the car and wait, but they charge a fee to you on top!. Not a nice customer service..

I had a tire repaired at the Goodyear store today. They got me in right away - tire pressure indicator was on (nail in the tire) and time was of the essence. The customer service experience was straight forward and professional. I would definitely go there again and I recommend them as a service partner.

I bought and ordered two Wrangler DuraTrac 295/65 18s. They did not balance them right. I ordered them while traveling and timed it for when I was in Naples. I didnt have time to go back and complain; therefore, I cant speak on their resolution process.Nevertheless, wobbly ride back home 1500 miles. We have a local shop that specializes in diagnosing rough rides, bumpy rides wiggly rides and all sorts of rides that arent straight and smooth. for $80 they diagnosed the problem said the only thing that was wrong was my tires were out of balance.IGoodyear tires from Goodyear and and Goodyear couldnt balance their own tires. Very disappointing.On another note. I took my old tires back home with me because I wasnt sure it was the tires. Im glad I did.My truck is so smooth thanks to my local alignment shop. So smoothThe tiresa nice though. Nice enough staff, fast, but maybe too fast?Just a long winded gripe about balancing incapabilities. Jeeze

Ive used this location for 14 years (barring the time that the location had been closed). Ive always gotten great service. Ivy and her crew are courteous, pleasant, and REALLY good at their jobs. They are only the only team in Naples that I *trust*. Never any questionable repairs, never a hard sell on general maintenance, just honest, hardworking people who are there to help me keep my car running.Be warned, during season this place gets BUSY (because everyone locally knows good service when they get it). During the crush of season it can take 3-4 days to get an appointment at times so I recommend always phoning ahead. Good service is worth waiting for.

On Saturday 1/9/2016 I stopped in early about 1/2 hour after opening. I saw a tall man behind the desk with long hair. I did not get his name. Anyway, I needed to have a small job done, changing a tire from one rim to another. He told me there was no way he could do it today and the earliest appointment was in three days.You can clearly see he showed no interest or enthusiasm in wanting to help me. I then told him are you for real I have to wait three days for an appointment at that point he just walked into the shop and did not come out till I left.It would be in the best interest of the owner of this business to have him replaced. His replacement alone would be the right move for significant improvement.

I went to Goodyear for my tires and I was so impressed with the quality of my experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the quality of the work was impeccable. Ill never go anywhere else!

I had a strange situation come up with some tires I had purchased about two years ago at a different Goodyear store, and happened to be staying just down the street from this Naples location. The staff at this store immediately jumped on a solution and had the problem corrected with a new set of tires (buy roadhazard insurance people!) within 24 hours. As I was in town for business with no time to spare (pun intended), I really appreciated their quick help.

So I no longer live here but I had my tires rotated here one time and they took my locking nut for my Kia soul and now I have to go and buy myself one kinda frustrating guess they assumed I would always just come back to them

Today could have been an absolute disaster! BUT, BIG THANKS to Ivy at Goodyear, I was able to accomplish the mission... So there I was, driving through Alligator Alley, towing the TVT (The Veterans Trust) race car trailer, headed for Naples to deliver one of our race cars for the LPGA Tournament display for the weekend. Suddenly, a tire blows out on the trailer so Im forced to slowly find a safe spot to change it. Done. Back on the road. 20 miles later, I kid you not, the spare (that I was a bit suspect of anyway) absolutely grenades! Now Im forced again to get the trailer under control and slowly find a safe spot to pull over. Well now I dont have another spare and Im still 50 miles from Naples, only one tire on the passenger side of the trailer. Here we go! I unhook the trailer, Google a tire shop in Naples, and head for the Goodyear where this ANGEL named Ivy is the store manager. She has 3 of the tires I need so I ask her to hold 2 and Ill be there in 40 mins. As soon as I get there, Ivy has her hard working staff stop what they are doing, because she knows my very valuable race car and trailer are stranded 50 miles away in Alligator Alley, and they mount and balance 2 tires for me and send me on my way with a great deal! I get everything put back on the trailer, get the car delivered to the Tiburon Resort, VERY LATE, and get out of there in time for some dinner. My opinion is, Goodyear should make Ivy a District Manager, not just one store! THANK YOU IVY & GOODYEAR!

Wanted and oil change and Alignment, I was told that it was an issue with the front tires and one of the drums, Went to two other places, they said it wasnt the tires or the drum it just needed to be realigned and It was about $50 cheaper at the other two places, Also had gone here a few months back for just an oil change and it was expensive and you could tell the employees werent happy to be there which is fine but dont act as if your irritated when someone comes to your place of business for service.

I had to select Poor - Fair.....I wish they had VERY POOR here to choose...Rude and not satisfactory work at all. Go to Collier Blvd store instead even if you have to go few extra miles.... The problem i had at Tamiami store, Mr. Jason and his team took care of the problem i had with Tamiami store in 30 minutes.
