Brought my mothers Jaguar to this dealer for service. Told them that a dashboard light indicates a problem with the battery/charging system, although it was not lit when we brought in the car for service. Jaguar Naples ran diagnostics and had a repair estimate of over $6,000 for all the problems they claimed needed to be fixed. We did buy their overpriced $350 upon the service representative recommendation. After leaving the dealership, dashboard service lights appeared for the braking system (pads, etc.) and another light for the ABS system. When I brought the car back to the dealer, I was told that I needed to fix the long list of problems they found for these dash service lights to disappear. Why did these dash service light problems only appear after their service? Why wasnt I told that these dash lights would appear before leaving the dealership? In summary, I left the dealership with more problems than before my visit, having paid too much for a battery. I dont trust their service staff and I would not being our Jaguar to them again.

I took my 1994 Jaguar here for diagnostic service.There were age related issues that forced them to provide a referral for the repairs versus perform the service themselves. I appreciated the candor and the good advice they offered. All in all....my experience was excellent.

Took my Jaguar in because of nail in my tire. It was fixed up quickly, my car given its courtesy wash and I was on my way. I was unhappy to find out other then service calls I could not get a courtesy wash as I did not buy my Jaguar at this dealership.

I was in from Tampa when my battery died. I had it jumped and drove into Jag of Naples early Friday morning . Service manager Rasti waved me into his office and asked how he could help. Within an hour they determined the battery was shot, replaced it, cleaned the car, then had me on my way for a 12:30 appointment. All star service !!
