Went to store to pick up script faxed by provider 2 1/2 hours ago. Had to wait 12 minutes for lunch break to be over, then told script had not even been processed, will take at least another 15-20+ minutes to get ready. Then, have to get back in line for who knows how long. Very poor service/process. What difference did having script faced vs showing up with in hand.. NONE, and Walmart staff does not care.

I just turned them into the world of promises and filed a complaint. This is the second time they have severely under filled my son‘s prescription and then refused to refill it and told me I could pay out of pocket if I want it refilled because it’s too soon. Well yes of course it’s too soon because once again you didn’t put the proper amount in the bottle And then charged my insurance the full amount. Now once again on a weekend I have to call the doctor wait until Monday to get this fixed and my son has no medication. As I’m trying to get this resolved with the pharmacist she hung up on me. 2nd time!!!

Walmart pharmacy has always tried to go out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. They are a busy pharmacy and if you go during peak hours expect to wait. Ive used their drive-up curb service and there was never much of a wait. I commend them on their service!

This place is an absolute joke. They were short a large portion of my medication and now bc of the way they work I cant get my meds for 30 days. And my doctor cant even get them from somewhere else bc it dings as getting multiple of the same scripts. I will never get any meds from them again. Completely unacceptable and incompetent.

To be honest even 1 star is too much... Ive never had a problem filling prescriptions in my life... first off I have surgery but needed to reroute my prescription to walmart due to it being a closer route to my home..Knowing I needed the prescription.. which the prescription was called in at 930 originally and transferred.. I waited politely until 1 so that they would have enough time to fill the prescription.. I called at asked if they had recieved the prescription from the transfer and they said yes we recieved it and we are getting it done right now...I waited 2 1/2 hours no notification, no call, no nothing so I call again to see if my prescription was ready.. the lady answers the phone I ask if my prescription is ready since I have been waiting several hours to get this refilled, she then proceeded to tell me that once again they are working on it, and it should probably be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. I said my next dose is supposed to be at 345 and it is almost 320 now, I have waited over 4 1/2 hours now for the prescription to be filled why hasnt it been filled yet. She says and i quote ma am Im sorry we help the people inside first and then we get to the other prescriptions next, so if you would like to come stand in line inside I would be happy to make that process go faster! I said i just had knee surgery I can barely walk, there is no excuse that it is not ready yet my actual pharmacy filled it in less than 30 minutes so I dont know why its taking so long? Then tell whoever is picking them up to come stand in line and we can make the process speed up I said okay I will wait for the notification once again and I disconnected the phone call...I then recieved another phone call 5 minutes later from a gentleman who I am going to assume is the manager but didnt label himself one.. and he asked me my name and I said yes this is her and Im glad he called because the previous interaction with the last woman was unacceptable. Then he went onto tell me about what the CDC says about this particular pills and that theres a chance for overdosing (DUH because its a Narcotic..DuH..didnt say that.) And he was extremely worried I was going to be overdosed by my doctor..Really I get people abuse meds but really I read bottles, and I know that they can be addictive so Im really not a big fan of using them anyways but I JUST HAD SURGERY A COUPLE OF HOURS AGO!!!..I ended having to give him my last dose when the next dose was and then I said I need my pills I have been waiting since this morning and I dont know why it is so hard to count pills, verify it with insurance and put it in a bottle with a label on it? He said ma am Im sorry but we are just employees and we dont need to be abused maybe I should just cancel your prescription and you can take it elsewhere I said really when is it going to be ready he says we ate working on it right now and it should be done in about 15 to 20 minutes. I said I am sending my partner over to get it right now and I hope that it will be ready!I will NEVER USE WALMART AGAIN.. this is NOT the first time, 2 or 3rd time this has happened in different situations.. I will always Drive and use PORTICO PHARMACY IN MERIDIAN because they are friendly, kind, respectful, and willing to fill prescriptions in a timely manner from NOW ON because Walmart has lost that service from me and my family... pretty sad

Do not go here for any prescriptions for after surgery pain. I had surgery a few hours ago & the manager refused to fill my medication prescribed by my surgeon for post-op care. Even after calling my surgeon & getting permission from him & permission from my pain management doctor, he still wouldn’t.I’ve had a lot of medical problems my entire life unfortunately, & my husband tried to explain this to the pharmacist & tell him how we are aware of risks of Tylenol & this medication was prescribed for an “in case of emergency” if my surgical pain is too difficult to control with my current regular pain management prescriptions. There is being safe & their is being unethical. I do respect pharmacists greatly & have always been close with normal pharmacists b/c I care about their opinions & look up to what they do. However, in this case, if this pharmacist was truly concerned even after speaking to my surgeon, pain management physician, & my husband, he should have called me or talked to my husband more about his concerns & let us know we need to be careful & talk about the risks on why you should not go over a certain dosage of Tylenol & instruct us to be sure I stay under the 1200MG of Tylenol in order to prevent liver damage or liver failure & let us know of the risks & emphasize we need to be careful & strictly stay under that 1200MG amount. This may be a little repetitive, but like I said, I just had surgery & still have effects from the sedatives they used to put me under. I really wish the manager at this pharmacy treated each case as its own, knowing someone just had surgery & speaking to their surgeon about how the medicine he prescribed was to be used as an in case of emergency basis only if my current medications I have a tolerance too is not helping enough for the surgical pain. And knowing I have several medical conditions causing me to have been on pain management for several years & knowing that I have never had issues with taking more medicine as prescribed, he should have known that giving me my post op surgical medication was in face safe in my case. They just really need a new manager who cares about helping each patient & treating them individually as their own person. Someone not getting their post op surgical medication can be dangerous & can cause their pain to become harder to manage & get under control. So seriously, if you’ve had surgery, do not go here. Instead, go literally anywhere else.

This Walmart pharmacy blows the 12th ave out of the water. The pharmacy on 12th makes way to many mistakes.
