Just wanna say altho gas lines can be long, I appreciate cheaper gas at Costco. The only thing I hate is when people drive around other people to get to the pump in front of them. Ive seen cars get dented that way. Not smart... have patience! :)

The employees were all very nice and helpful. The receipt checker even quickly drew a little balloon on my daughters receipt and she was so happy!

There prices seem to be more reasonable then they use to be. The last 2 time I have been there I had no Waite to check out, was very nice. Only thing in not happy about is they no longer serve chicken sandwiches at the food court.

This is my absolute favorite grocery store. They do require that you purchase a membership to shop there, but its worth it if youre going to be shopping there a lot.Most of these food products come in family sizes or in multiple sets.They also sell a variety of random things whenever they get a shipment in. Right now, they have rugs, Christmas decorations, office chairs, ect.They also have a food court that sells the best cheese pizza I have ever had. They also have chicken bakes, hot dogs, iui iced coffee drinks, and frozen yogurt.There is also an optical center, a pharmacy, a deli, an auto center, their own gasoline, and a photo center. They also have a travel center, where you can purchase cruise and resort tickets. The employees are also really friendly and happy.

Extremely crowded for a Sunday. When we made it to the Registers to check out we completely forgot to grab some boxes. Blake the bag boy immediately went after some as well as myself. We made it back at the same time and packed each one tightly. He was able to spot the perfect sized products to fit where needed conservatory. Blake is definitely a team player and a good worker.Side note. I noticed a lot of brands of products that I use to fill food boxes with for people in need when I did volunteer work. This was my first time shopping for food at Costco. So I want to Thank Costco personally for all your donations of food to Feed America First and other charities. God Bless.

I was directed to self service cause it was somewhat busy. After I scanned half my items (7) I made an error and the machine said there was help coming.....Joe arrived and was very short and cranky with me. He was no help at all and told me to cancel what I had done and move to a check out line. He would not help me. He appeared to not like old ladies. Kyle came and helped me get it corrected!!! I so appreciated Kyles approach. Kuddos to him. I recommend more customer service training for Joe....with the elderly..

I Love Costco don’t get me wrong with a two star review I just feel Their customer service is needing improvement and they need more water. I worked for Costco for about 5 1/2 years a very long time ago. I don’t feel the customer service is that great at the store for some reason. I had to deal with customer service a couple times this year and both times they weren’t able to accommodate what I needed. The second thing that absolutely drives me crazy is THEY HAVE NO KIRKLAND WATER 9x out of 10. That’s a staple from most families and one of the big reasons I buy a membership. I understand Covid and people going crazy but they also they told me the trucks were unavailable to bring the water. Sounds like Costco problem Not a customer problem.

Costco membership has its benefits! Costco gas stations are available in many cities. And its often the lowest-priced gas in the area. And if they have a car wash, thats priced right too. Plus the car wash gets your car back to looking good when youre traveling.

They (management) have been very helpful through my experiences of not being able to Navigate the warehouse setting since turning 70 plus.... I have purchased Gift memberships for my Granddaughter and her Husband. So there can be pick-up of items not available from the Larger online site.I LOVE THE COSTCO BAKERY GOODS.Some of the Perishables like Cheeses, Yogurts, meats etc. Also are included for Family to purchase for me. In short......Thanks to HELPFUL EMPLOYEES who step up to Assist as Needed.

The single best staff of anywhere! Lisa who was cashiering today went above and beyond. Everyone is always so helpful. We love that you stock vegan products too, hope we will continue to see more.

Maybe 3.5? Lots of items we used to purchase on a regular basis have been replaced or removed. And it varies from store to store. Clothing was much better in the Nampa ID store than in Henderson NV, but candy selection was worse. Henderson store substituted Kirkland instant coffee, and it is terrible. The Kirkland brand seems to be getting worse on many products over the last few years. Sure hope they make some improvements in the future.

Costco is Costco, super busy all the time, but the employees are awesome at all of them. Ive never had a problem with any Costco Employee. They have the tables back and their free samples, super awesome! I definitely recommend Costco in general.

I’ve been a. Costco customer for more than a decade & been to numerous Costcos across the country. It’s so frustrating coming here. I would rather drive the extra 10 min to the Boise one and back than have to deal with this Costco. Store feels less organized, less efficient, parking is ridiculous, traffic is such a hassle, & the food court is so slow (ordered a pizza at 6:07 and got it at 6:42). It’s a waste of an hour of my day.

Great place! So many choices and things to see! Was in there for over an hour my first trip just looking at everything! Definitely a great idea to get a membership. So many good perks and things. The guy who helped us set up the membership was super nice and helpful and explained so much! Glad to be a member and get great deals!

For the most part Costco is great. But I had an unpleasant interaction with a jokester of a customer service rep today. Told me to hire an “old person” to help move my 75” defective TV we purchased from then. Won’t renew our membership.

I normally dont complain but I feel I need to on this. On Thursday September 16th I had an order for 3 cakes to be picked up from the bakery in Nampa Idaho. The day before I had spoken to the gal that was going to do the cakes so that they were going to be done perfectly. There were to be 2 round 10 inch chocolate cakes frosted in white frosting and and a 1/2 sheet white cake frosted in white frosting. With an extra bag of frosting.Yes, I was late to pick them as I have M.S. and had issues and cant control what happens to me unfortunately. BUT the 3 women were so rude and mean to some that was not only disabled but in shock when they brought out the cakes that I thought were someone elses. I of course began arguing with them because I did not order 2 10 inch round chocolate cakes. They began arguing with me telling me that is all they had and that I would just have to deal with it. Gave me a large bag of white frosting and told me that I would just have to deal with it and Re-Frost the 2 cakes myself. (This is no joke these are exact words)So yes because I needed these cakes that I ordered 2 weeks in advance I took the bag of frosting and had too take all the chocolate frosting off and re-frost the cakes and pay FULL PRICE FOR ALL OF IT!!! I do believe I should be reimbursed! Its not fair that I had to pay for this mess!COSTCO YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Today I visited Costco, and while my experience while shopping was mostly good, as it generally is, my checkout clerk was incredibly rude. She made inappropriate and snarky comments about how I was unloading my cart (“just trying to figure out the method to your madness”) and the speed by which I was doing it (“there’s a lot of room on that belt” after she’d just advanced it). Her comments were appallingly inappropriate and not appreciated in the least. It’s not for me to please her and meet her needs and desires. As it happens, I am disabled by RA and even attempting to shop for my family is incredibly painful and difficult. Lifting every item out of the cart is painful and difficult, so yes, I’m slower than average. So perhaps instead of being rude to your customers #95 Michelle W., perhaps you could offer to help or at the very least bite your lip and handle yourself with a bit more professionalism.

Shout out to Brandon in these crazy times. You got me in and out of the store quickly. I want to thank all of the amazing employees in Nampa. You guys rock. Michelle I love your lips mask at the entrance of the store.

Thank you thank you for going above and beyond to help me get a set of the 3 reindeer you had on display. There were 10 left last night.This morning they were gone.i was told by an associate more would be coming next weekJeremy and his coworker (sorry I did not get your name ) looked online and at other stores and could not find any.jeremy went to the bac k of the store to get the item number to help to try and locate one.In about 5 minutes he came back with a box of reindeer that were being taken off a pallett at that time.i would have gone out the door and been without this beautiful decoration had it not been for their desire to help me.These 2 people deserve some recognition. Thank you, and I did not have to wait a week. I would have missed out again.L

We like Costco products, however the cashiers made us feel very uncomfortable. My significant other and I share a membership and we split the cost. The cashier was refusing to split our bill because his name was not on the membership card, saying “only members are allowed to shop.” At which point I told the guy to go and check my membership and look up his name on our account. So embarrassing, he didn’t apologize for raising his voice and treating us like we were trying to pull something sneaky. We never had this experience before this last trip. Some employees ruin it for all the great workers.

Costco at Meridian, it’s very well stocked But, it’s very bad at having enough employees working during working hours. The checkers are very young and half the time don’t know what they are doing. However, the store is very clean and they always have people outside helping load the heavy items onto your truck. The employee who help us, his name is Taylor Johnson he was very professional and very helpful, he even help us load the remaining items onto our truck. Thank You Taylor

While past experiences in the tire department were good, my most recent experiences with the tire department are poor. I have routinely waited 10-20 minutes at their desk for service. My 85 year old mother made an appointment to rotate her tires, drove 40 miles to have it done, and they refused to because it had been 3000 miles, not 5000 miles since mounting them. My husband dropped his car for tire rotation on his way to work at St Lukes and called them to rotate the tires purchases there, they refused to without him personally there to request it. I needed new tires mounted which I had ordered in. The tire center had two bays opened and only two cars in the tire lot, so I asked they mount them as a walk in customer. They told me they were busy and it would take 2-3 hours to get to it. I had them go ahead and it was finished in 45 minutes so I suspect they simply didnt feel like doing my tires that day. I still love their selection and prices but am dissatisfied with the service.

We go here as often as possible. They always have great deals and great quality products. The staff at this Costco are ANAZING! They are super efficient, very helpful, always always kind and have a smile and a laugh with u. We love this club. We love our store staff. We love our deals. ♡

Everyone loves Costco. Still a TP shortage going on and Im sure youve noticed the prices are going up, but thats happening verywhere.

Electricity went out within 5 minutes. So they were very organized with getting people checked out. They were running a generator. Costco has good customer service. Job well done!

Costco is one of my favorite errands. I use their gas stations because I am able to buy their gas at up to 6cents off the price of a gallon of gas. My business uses Maverick stations and their 6cent off card. Costco is usually beating my company price so I use costco. Their stores are efficient, even with lines and their return policies are customer satisfaction designed.

Its busy all the time. The food court could use a better format for those waiting for their food. It can be difficult to order food at the kiosk because you have to weave through carts and people to get there.

Always has what I need in stock. Employees are helpful, friendly and professional.

Had some guy screaming at me after I had my baby become I didnt realize it was elderly shopping only. He didnt approach me kindly, he just started screaming at me saying am i blind, am I old, then Why am I being disrespectful? I literally had no idea, but wanted to kill myself because of it. I just had a baby and was so tired just trying to get diapers. Was uncalled for.

The challenge here is try not to spend too much money here. The Nampa Costco needs to carry more variety of seafood, books, and gluten free products. The best thing right now is food samples are back!!

Costco Napa is a nice place to go shopping you have to have a membership and theres a lot of good prices and a lot of stuff and a lot of food do grocery shopping there too you own a business its a good place to stock up on stuff for your business

Today we got great customer service when we asked to get new cards! I have never had a problem with Costco service until today with a woman giving out samples in the freezer aisle. I cannot medically wear a mask and this lady took it upon herself to harass me about wearing a face shield and how it does nothing. As far as I know its company policy for those who cannot medically wear a mask to wear a face shield, maybe this lady needs to be educated on her companys policy regarding this situation and hopefully she wont harass future shoppers.

Hate shopping here cause I can never get out of there for under a $100. the variety is great and of course you buy a lot of everything there. Some of the prices are over the top but if you are a smart shopper then you dont have to worry. Quality is okay

The hotel was clean and the staff quite friendly. It was a satisfying stay.

An ocean of people. People are constantly giving you free samples and smiling at you and forcing you to socialize. I ran into 3 people I knew from work and was forced to talk to them for several minutes. 10/10 never again.

Needed a golf cart battery, interstate was out of stock. Thank goodness Costco had a good supply of them.

Costco is where you go to get good prices on bulk items, I shop for the next 2-3 weeks when I go and I cant complain about Costco itself. Good to fair deals on just about everything you can think of. BUT if you dont like being rushed, bumped into, and stopped every 5 minutes or are made anxious by crowds, it might not be the place for you. The parking is always a struggle with how many other people are coming and going, but if you stay calm and persistent youll find a spot.

Well, its Costco wherever you go. I was hunting for Kerrygold aged cheddar cheese, which is incredible, but all they had was the Dubliner. And the Kerrygold butter, which is also really good. Get some more of that good cheese Costco, and Ill give ya five stars.

This Costco was clean and people are friendly. The gas pumps are a little close to the entrance which makes the entry a little busy, but not bad. On my last visit, I interacted with the pharmacy team who were professional and helpful.

I am very dissapointed in Nampa Costco. They have taken out one of the van accessible wheelchair parking spots and painted it completely over with hash marks. I asked why they have continually coned and taped off the area previously. Wait for it wait for it. The answer was from a costco employee was. It makes it easier to get our carts in the cart return area. So I guess it is ok to take away a much needed handicap spot that is federally mandated to be there that allows WHEELCHAIR bound people access in parking and to your store. Thank you Nampa Costco in treating your disabled customers with wheelchairs as second class citizens. We appreciate you making this even harder to park and shop in your store. I guess next step is to complain to corporate.
