All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the way that when they explained what was found out from their inspection not once did they sound like they were talking to a toddler! Some of the women knew about cars and some knew only where the key went. I would recommend them to anyone and know that they were going to be taken care of.

Mr Jones and his team have been servicing my car for years, they are knowledgeable and always take great care of my car.

They replaced my oil pan on my car and did a wonderful job. Most places turned my away because I had my own brand new parts. The price was fair for labor and I will be recommending them.

Needed to write this way past due. This is about there brother establishment Jones Automotive up the road from this one. Advise never go to them 4 years ago took my Chevrolet Suburban to them to repair a oil leak. Paid 750.00 dollars for the repair. Replaced the gasket and it been bleeding oil ever since. Crank it now once a blue moon because I had to park it. Do not let them service an oil leak on your chevy it will only get worst. Waste of money.

Had my transmission rebuilt and didn’t even last 10,000 miles... Paid over $2000 for a rebuild and only came with a 12000 mile/12 month warranty and I’m right over my year. (Why would I pay you guys to put in another transmission when you couldn’t even do it right the first time these people screwed me over and want me to come back again. Can’t fool me twice.)

So I traveled to this small town called Wetumpka, AL and I needed to get a used tire. I stopped by Best Buy Automotive & Tires and their customer service experience was average but I will say the associate was helpful. They didnt carry my tire size which seems unusual to me but thats what I was told. I went to another tire shop in the same area and was told the same thing. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and you telling me no one carry a used tire in size P245/70R17 between Wetumpka/Montgomery AL!! That seems quite odd but hey maybe not in these parts😉

It took them 2 days to put a battery in my car. They was short staff.

This place is heaven sent best prices in town and will tell you there recommendations and definitely friendly. I sent over my best friend who isnt the easiest to with for a timing belt replacement and water pump maintenance, lets just say he test there patience to the limits even when i probably would have snapped but they remind professional and friendly and got him in and out within a few hours! This place gets my stamp of approval for customer service!

It was a good place at one point. I got my car fixed earlier in the week a day after the car was worse and leaking even more radiator fluid after paying over &400. I still have to wait to get service for something they mess up. I probably will not be back after this.

Very Helpful and nice people, but I still feel they couldve put in more effort to see what was wrong with my vehicle 😒😒 told me something that I was concerned about was totally normal and I dont think when it comes to a motor shaking thats normal for any car unless its old very old.

I was trying to get tires on my truck and I called them to make sure they could do the job and they assured me they would be able to get it done. I waited over an hour after I got there and they told me they couldnt get to it until Monday. This was a Saturday and I had no idea what I was going to do... I didnt know of another place that would be able to get it done before my husband had to go to work. They were rude and I would definitely not recommend this place.

These are a bunch of good people that care about you and your car needs. I havent had a bad experience with them, and Ive been a costumer for over 5 years.

Got a used tire and full rotation only$40 tire was in pretty good shape. I will come back for sure. Mechanic was pretty friendly answered all my questions, and didnt get pissy when I asked to look at the tire before buying it.

Overall my experience was not great was told I needed an air compressor that was $1600 in that they could fix the leak for $259 in that my a.c. could last through the summer,paid $259 for one day of air, took my car back there in was told we told you that it may last round the corner, if you had told me that I dont think I would of just have gave yall $259,very disappointed will never take my car back there again.
