Really nice people and thats a big deal. They did a great job on my dodge pickup. My sons chevy pickup didnt go so well. I called the shop manager and told him the truck was bouncing all over the place. He said he had a hard time balancing the tires and he probably should have put them on his bigger balancer to see if he could get a different read. Either way there was an issue with the studs on one of the tires which was no fault of theirs. I really enjoyed talking to these guys, I am just disappointed that when I hit the interstate, it was like trying to ride a Kangaroo. They are however willing to rebalance the tires but i have to change the studs first so they can remount the tire. I believe they are good people and it may be that there is a defective tire. At this point i am not sure.This is a follup:After weeks of conversations with Southern Tire Mart and calls made to the distributer but with no response, I notified Southern Tire Mart I am throwing in the towl and they would not hear from me anymore. Southern Tire Mart said they have done all they can do and I also notified them, that my truck when at interstate speeds is also bouncing but they cannot do anymore for me and said I could try some place else. I did try 3 other tire shops and they could not balance them either. These tires are horrible and are coming off my truck this weekend or as soon as the new ones come in. They are being replaced with some Toyos. I would strongly suggest to stay away from Venompower tires!! I will be posting my tires for sale ( I paid 1325.00) as offroad use only to try and recoup some of my money. Have about 300 miles on them. Not sure when my son will replace his because he has to save some money for new tires but his have roughly 1k miles right now. I do appreciate Southern Tire Mart for making an effort to work with the wholesalers but to no avail. They also replaced 2 of the tires on my sons truck which another shop identified as having knots in the tire from streching when being mounted but still same results with 2 new tires. I am no tire expert and the other tire shops say it is a bad batch of tires and Southern Tire Mart says they are fine. As the customer this is frustrating. When Southern Tire Mart recommended these Venompower tires I had never heard of them and wish I never had!!
