The crew at H&H in Montgomery were fantastic! Gary took the time to show me all options available for my truck. He was knowledgeable about what would look right, what are popular options that people seem to be satisfied with and with the pricing. He also walked me around the truck and explained vulnerable spots where water can get into the truck bed even with covers on it and options to help prevent leaks. I ordered step bars and a bed cover on Friday, the parts came in over the weekend, and they were able to install them on Monday. The installation guys were professional and did a great job.

Bought a Undercover Flex bed cover from them it leaked alot.Went back to them to show them the salesman told me it was a hit or miss cover may work or may not (I guess). Hit or miss !!!! Also told me all the beds are different on my truck it was a problem with on that end not the covers.I didnt buy that excuse all and all had the feeling they could care less.After me getting mad he said hed call dealer and see if they had any suggestions on a fix. I literally just had it a couple hrs and they said was no way they could refund my money. By the way this is the cover they suggested.

They installed a BDS leveling kit on my F150 and it looks great. Very happy with the price also.

Best customer service I received in a long time. My husbands truck had some minor rubbing after we had some wheels/tires installed elsewhere. We called around some different places, but when we called and spoke with Gary he insisted we bring the truck so they could look at it, to make sure we knew exactly what was needed. Appointment was quick within a few days; parts came in on time. When I dropped the truck off everyone was courteous and very nice. They called me to keep me updated on the work being done. When I picked the truck up, the work was explained to me and asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the work and the atmosphere. I would be more than happy to give this review because Jon &Scott went above and beyond to deliver my storage shed. They help me move two disabled cars that were blocking access to the back yard. They work in a down pour rainfall but they didnt stop until they were finish. I want to say thanks guys sorry you got soak.

I was not satisfied with the quality of the truck products I purchased through H&H. After having expressed my disappointment, however, they removed the after-market parts and provided me a full refund. While not the best shopping experience I have ever had, H&H took the time to make it right. All in all; a no harm, no foul experience.

Great selection for all ur needs

Recently bought a storage shed from H and H. We shopped around and found the best value for our money here. Customer service was great. They had to work with us on delivery because the place we needed our shed was down a hill and the land had to be dry or truck wouldn’t make it out. Rain delayed us a couple of times and then actually the first time they brought it they couldn’t get it down drive because we had to take some tree limbs out before they could get truck in.... it was a long process but they were patient. They did an awesome job when all the pieces fell into place. John and the other guy (sorry I forgot his name) threaded the eye of a needle putting this 12 x 20 shed where we wanted it . they worked hard to put it where we wanted it, a tight fit on a slope in between a lot of trees.... can’t say enough about these guys and the back breaking work they did that day ....

They have a good selection of products at competitive pricing. Most importantly though, they have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even came out in a rainstorm to help me get my truck out of the mud when I got stuck near their store. And that was before I was ever a customer!

A Definite Thumbs Up!I dont often write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after my recent experience with H&H Home & Truck Accessory Center, here in Montgomery.I called the store and spoke with Gary, an H&H District Manager. He was very personable on the phone, and after I explained my problem regarding the soft tonneau cover (that I had purchased elsewhere) on my truck, he suggested that I drive down to the store and he would take a look at it.Upon my arrival, he introduced himself to me, and we walked out to the parking lot so he could inspect the cover. He diagnosed the problem in about a minute, and started repairing it himself right on the spot.In less than 30 minutes, he had it fixed as new. Then, when I offered to go settle the bill in the office, he refused to take any payment for his efforts. I practically begged him to let me pay something, but he merely asked that I remember them the next time I start thinking about getting a new truck accessory.This kind of service is rare in todays world, and I can easily recommend H&H Home & Truck Accessory Center in Montgomery.

After waiting since March for an installation of a carport from another company to protect my classic cars, I was passing by H&H on 10/22/2021, so I stopped to get an estimate and time line with them instead. TODAY, 11/5/2021 my carport was installed. The crew was MOST professional, and the job was done in less 2 hours. There was NOTHING to clean up behind them, as they took care of it all. EXCELLENT!!!
