I came in at a little after 5 and they close at 7. I wanted 4 new tires installed. I told they guy I can come pick it up the next day because I understand it late in the day… well these guys had my car ready at 7:30… after hours and you know when it’s closing time you ready to go home. But they took care of me. Great service at this location

I was the first and only one here @7am for new tires and they started on my vehicle @812am. Awful

This is my second time purchasing tires from them. Customer service for this department is always professional and friendly. I never have to wait for an extremely long time just to get my vehicles serviced.

This has been the most horrible experience dealing with unprofessional individuals. I ordered 4 tires from the Walmart website and they were delivered and that was fine. The problem came when I brought them into the tire center and these unskilled, inexperienced people cracked my two front wheels in the same area and then proceeded to tell that they were already cracked. Mind you, I drove the car in and now the wheels wont hold air. If you value your vehicle, do not and I repeat, DO NOT take your car here.

Extremely POOR customer service! One person checking out, four people behind the counter (3 in management) the three in management stood there talking personal business while the employee was struggling to checkout the one customer and when asked what I needed (regular oil change) they simply said “ok, he can get you when he is done.” and went back to their conversation. Craziest part is one of the ladies had a badge that said “Assistant Manager” and though we made eye contact multiple times, she never spoke to me. I waited 24 minutes and left!

Never buy tires from here ever!! I bought a whole set of “GoodYear” tires that are not real good year. Walmart said there was no mileage warranty on them and when i bought them was told the road hazard warranty only covered flats so i didn’t buy it. Now a little over a year later i need a whole new set of tires because mine are separating and Walmart won’t do anything for them! Buying tires from a real tire place from now one!

A 6 hour wait for an oil change and replacing 2 tires. Absolutely insane. Never called to say it was done. Had to call them and sit on hold for 10 minutes before being transferred 3 times. They also didnt reset the service light on the vehicle either in the 6 hours they had it.Absolutely miserable service dont bother, go literally anywhere else in town.

I personally feel like i shouldnt be waiting for over an hour and a half for a tire replacement, especially when they instantly took my car in there with explicit instructions that the flat is in the trunk, and after 30 minutes they finally tried opening tbe trunk.

Good price on tires, fast, friendly sevice.

Always get great service at this Walmart location. Do not go to the wetumpka Walmart for any automotive work

I cant even express how awful my experience was this morning. They screwed up on the oil change and then when I returned (after totally inadequate phone calls, being put on hold forever) to get it done right they drove my car over something, puncturing the tire. I wish it were possible to give less than 1 star. Ugh!!!

I called many times and no answers. I went there and I couldnt find anyone to talk to .They must be under staffed .I called the one on Atlanta hwy and the same results.Why open a business when u cant serve the customers.
