Always the same from the east to west coast every walmart is pretty much identical except the local sports teams change from city to city

Typical Walmart. You can find pretty much anything, its convenient. Inside of the store is clean. Doesnt take forever to check out.This trip I got a seal for a door at home with an air gap. Fixed the issue right up and only cost 5 bucks.

Shopping has been a struggle for many people to walk in Walmart but I enjoy watching other people shop too its a bit hard to locate all your looking for at Walmart but I still go back there. Thanks

Well if you mean shopping it was not crazy and I didnt want to pull my hair out. I do miss 24 hours open big time, they need to open that back up. Its better for business anyways. If its all about Sales, and it is. The 2nd and 3rd shifters need their shopping hours too.

Found lots of goodies in the clearance and garden section today! Gotta say the back of the store restrooms here could use some elbow grease, they were pretty gross. But the rest of the store seemed clean and well stocked.

I thought Walmart 2270 was good. Every thing I wanted was on the shelf. I had a lady help me find candy 🍬, I was so happy 😊 to get my candy. Lets say I really like my Walmart.

Overall average experience at this location. Generally clean. One snag at this location. I approached two staff who were stocking shelves. Asked for the location of scissors. They gave me different locations. They then challenged one another due to differing answers. Not cute in front of a customer - especially since neither was correct!

Nice store but must have a high crime problem. Monitors in a number of isles warning patrons that are under surveillance. Also they hired a third-party security company that constantly patrols the parking lot and guards patrolling inside. They were running low and beer over 4th of July weekend, not too surprising but unfortunate.

I usually dont mind going to Walmart other than the crowds and they only have one or two registers open but now I go there often for spray paint and now they have none, ( they have no spray paint) for that they get a one-star I had to spend $15 for one can of spray paint at an auto parts store today

Large store. More bicycles and electric toddler vehicles than Silvis, IL, Walmart.

Im from Haugen Wisconsin and I am impressed by how fully stocked this store was. Wish my Walmart was. Great job keeping your store looking great.

It had African and Asian section that contained everything that I needed. They also had good offers.

This Wal-Mart like other Wal-Marts is Wal-Mart. Everything from soup to nuts, lots of check out lines and one cashier!

It would be nice to have a kiosk to type in the name of the product you are looking for and let you know what aisle it is in. I looked and looked for calamine lotion.

Camping at Johnson Sauk State Park. Forgot buns. So stopped to grab them. Clean store with stocked shelves.

Awful!! No one in the store to help with questions. All of registers are self check out that were open but 3 out of all the registers. And the young man that checked spent more time holding his mask off his ears then checking me out. I will say he was very polite while he SLOWLY checked me out.This is why I have not been here for years!!! Awful store. I will not go back!!

Great mall I travel all the way from the illionis side of the river to shop here. Its much better then the south park mall. Plus the ladies are dimes

They are very hard to contact. Very rarely, and I mean hardly ever, does anyone answer the phone in customer service. Tried to place an order today and it wasnt going thru and I could not get ahold of anyone to help me

Half the food shelves were empty been like that for months now have to go to more than one store to get the groceries I want

Its a nice place to go, BUT the automotive section, especially the oil filters seem to be out of quit a bit of product and some of the other areas as well. The CSRs are always nice!

They keep moving stuff. I start to get used to where things are and then they move it. Its a better experience to just order online.

Enjoy coming here to buy some writing supplies that I need. The food that they cook here is good too.

I arrived and called the pickup number and was told via recorded message that they werent available and to leave a message, which I did. I then sat there for 45 minutes watching everybody there before and after my arrival (3-4 times for several bays) get their orders. I also witnessed the workers ask people in vehicles that arrived after me about their orders, yet nobody asked me about mine in all that time. During that time I had called the number and left messages 3 more times, and it was only after I stopped a worker and enquired about my order, that they finally brought it out. One would think that after walking past a vehicle in a pickup bay 50 times in 45 minutes, at least one of the workers would, at the very least, wonder why that vehicle has been there so long. The only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 0 was because the worker who helped me was nice and my order did come out immediately after.

I like Walmart because when there are items out of stock at my stores closest to where I live I can always count on Walmart to have what I need. Come to think about it should have went there first.

Its not their fault of course, but there are a lot of empty shelves.

They have self checkout. But when I went you could only use self checkout with a debit card. So they lost my business that day. Not standing in line for 30 mins

Can be a hit or miss. You can find just about everything you need, providing its in stock. Staff can also be a hit or miss. I love the shelf checkout-makes checking out a lot faster than standing in line.

I would guess it’s the “Instacart” drivers that just keep leaving groceries on my porch that do not belong to me. Didn’t knock or anything! This keeps happening...

This location unfortunately is rarely stocked well in the grocery section.

They should let the people that deliver our groceries to our cars have tips and then not pressure them about having them. Ive seen firsthand that they have to work hard in that online grocery area.

The sporting goods service could be better like maybe put a buzzer so a customer doesn’t have to stand there for 15 mins after he’s told help us coming from personal experience

More amd more I go and the shelves ate empty or they they quit carrying what I always bought there. Too many employees shopping amd not enough stocking and checking people out.

I love Walmart but, unfortunately this one falls a little short when it comes to grocery delivery. Im one of those people that really doesnt like grocery shopping so when grocery delivery became available I jumped on it! I use the Walmart in Moline. I guess they dont teach their employees how to pack your groceries. Weve received our tomatoes squished, bags packed with all heavy stuff that theyre on the verge of breaking. Your groceries should be packed with care whether you shop in the store or online. Shopping online, youre still spending money in their store.

Took 50 minutes to return 4 items. Was really unsatisfying experience. First time in this store in 2 years, and will not ever be returning or purchasing anything from there again. An employee in customer service was actually sitting in a chair and they acted like I was an inconvenience. Most of the employees had no idea how to even do their job.

Both walmarts i have been to dont keep a supply of my 3 month old sons special formula elecare and they are the only store ive seen it at in our area thankfully i had one of the employees talk to the manager to see when the next order will be and even they couldnt give me a day but they customer service of the employee and manager together didnt make it a horrible experience but definitely a disappointment that they couldnt give a definitive answer to my question especially since its the only formula my son can have!

Worst and rudest walmart ever..they are a prime example of why I frequent walnart as few times as humanely possible.Thank you for such a wonderful experience....clowns

Wasn’t the worst walmart until they recently changed all their self checkout lanes to card only. really screams “i hate poor people” even though that’s their target demographic. whoever made that decision should be ashamed. some people don’t have access to banks or the lixuary of having a debit or credit card. now i have to wait 30+ minutes in a line to buy one item when i should have spent 3 minutes doing the same thing by myself. goodbye walmart, i’ll shop somewhere less ableist and classist. thanks.

It is a clean place to shop at lower prices!

Had a great shopping experience until the check out. Who knew that maybe the price is lower because in order to leave the store you become an unpaid employee of the store. Two registers have employees and the rest is all self check. You can no longer choose it as an option, it is chosen for you. Extremely annoying to spend $200 and then scan and bag everything you need. I think I will pay more for customer service than save a buck or two.

Store was clean. Shelves were stocked. Employees were friendly.

I shop at all 4 of the Wal-Marts in my area. I visit Wal-Mart at least twice a week for various items. Wally on Elmore in D-port has a gr8 liquor selection.

Customer hosts are friendly and courteous. I wish the coolers hadnt gone down today. That cut my shopping shorter. Make more in the USA. Also parking lot is always a mess never cleaned from carts.

I always receive awesome customer service- self checkout, customer service, online orders, grocery pick up and cashier manned registers- there are lovely people working here. Always a good experience. Thank you for remaining kind even when people are crabby- it matters.

Lines are ridiculous, even at self checkout. The store itself isnt bad and you can find most things easily as long as you dont ask for help from anyone in a blue vest. Parking is nonsense, the entire front line parking is reserved for handicapped first then they have a few cute but none the less spaces for moms to be. They have short term for the pharmacy and then a mess of spots reserved for no touch pick up. Which I would think they would be off to the side and out of the way as to remember that there are still people who come in and shop. Since the in store shoppers are the ones who are buying the new products and discovering products that they may not have considered when sitting behind a keyboard. It is clean and you can find what you need easy enough.

Had what I needed salads and dressing but on the way out Dumpster full of plants from garden sections. So wasteful.

Like this Walmart location the workers are very professional and most are talking to the customers making sure everything is good, they definitely have most of what I was looking for and the fruits were fresh what more can I say

Walmart is walmart get in and get out!

Will usually go out of my way and drive to Silvis toavoid this particular store, but its closest to me so sometimes have no choice. But every time I go I regret it. Between rude employees (especially at the service desk) and customers, crowded and messy store and most things out of stock, its really not worth it. The items that they do manage to keep in stock are often damaged, rotting or generally low quality. And its not a walmart issue, as I have shopped at others in the past with no issue. It seems to be an issue with this location.

Just went yesterday. They had completly changed the layout of the store. They have made it much easy to get food by putting all the items for your home on the groccy side of the store. If you hate the new layout and want to visit a store that has the older layout then your better visting the locaton in Silvus that is only at most 5 more min away by the high way. Just keep going streight until you see it on the right. At least the new location no longer feels like a pirson and they open lanes up if they need to unlike other locations.

Didnt really have any encounters with staff. But I got what I needed. Always do!

Manager jeff that takes care of the pick up express and deliveries is amazing he is very nice and helpful. Can manage all his employees the other manager Caleb can not handle his employees is not good under pressure likes to hang up on customers and talks horrible to a couple of his employees and belittles them i have seen it
