The store manager, Ann Marie, was very helpful! I told her the reason for my call. I told her I wouldnt be in until later. When I got there, the ladies in that department, knew the reason I coming in, had all the information at hand. Shelley helped me...what a sweetheart!! She has helped me in the past. Then I went into the Ladies Department. I saw Laurie, who I havent seen in years. She knew my name...it was like seeing a dear friend. What a joy that was! She brought back memories of when my husband and I use to have her help us. She too, is very special! Van Maur is still one of the most courtesy, professional associates, friendly, helpful...I could go on and on. THANK ALL OF YOU FOR BEING THE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE YOU ARE AND MAKING VAN MAUR THE STORE THAT IT IS....GOD BLESS!!!!

I love VonMaur! I like all of the VonMaur stores I have been to, but my Moline store is so wonderful. All of the people who work there are so friendly to me and take care of me. They are friendly but professional. My mother used to take me to the downtown Davenport store when it was Peterson Harned VonMaur. I love the fact that they have interest free charge account. I love their products and service!

Personally, I find little of interest at this store. It was not designed for me. all of the things that I see in here up here to be greatly overpriced. Youre only hope is that you find a great sale on the item that you need. of course, if you have a nice checkbook, you might enjoy the place much more than I.

Scandalous business practices by this retailer. I will no longer shop here and will explain to you the rationale. On 5/21/20, I purchased upwards $2,500 in merchandise at Davenport location. On 5/29/20, the Moline, Illinois location opened with 25% off the same items I purchased. I went into the store with receipts (all items still in bags and boxes from purchase date) and the manager refused to do a price adjustment for the items I purchased 8 days prior. She told me that I could rebuy the items for 25% off and then return them in Davenport. I asked why would I do that and do you understand how silly you sound when I am simply asking you to honor the adjustment for items I just purchased. The sign in their store clearly states that they are not doing price adjustments for items purchased BEFORE 3/18/20. My items were purchased on 5/21/20. I asked so you are willing to lose a frequent customer that spends this kind of money multiple times per year in your store to not honor an approximate $650 price adjustment? This kind of ethic is not one I am willing to support and I wanted to share my experience. Stores like Von Maur fail to see that we have other options and losing one customer is never just about that one.

Still easily one of my favorite places to shop. Everyone there is super friendly and as helpful as possible which makes the shopping experience that much better in my opinion.

Its a good place to shop for higher end clothing. The sales people are knowledgeable and very helpful. I like the back round music they play because its a real person playing the piano.

Von Maur is still an impeccable and classy department store in the Quad Cities that can rival Saks and/or Nordstroms. The service associates are both friendly and helpful.

Selection was very nice from children’s to women to mens. Employees were lovely. Dont expect cheap prices except when there’s a sales!!! Shop away & shipping/gift wrapping is beyond lovely!!!

I really like this place. I get all of my shoes here. I understand that this is a fancy place but we were in there and I was due for a new pair of shoes and one of the workers comes over and was like looking at my shoes with this disgusted look on his face and then he refused to help us.

Love the clothes but the customer service in some of the individual departments has suffered. Juniors is one of the departments. Didnt even get a Hi. Thats ok because I took my clothing upstairs to childrens and a very nice lady helped my daughter and I there.

Good store

This is usually my go to place for birthday presents for several reasons. I can usually find quality items for great deals on the sales rack, they ship for free, they gift wrap for free, and there is a train table where my kids play while we wait for gift wrapping.I do have to say that lately Ive been striking out on the sales racks and the customer service has become super high pressure. My latest trip I had no fewer than 6 people approach me, one was particularly pushy. I finally ended up leaving rather than purchasing. I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 4. Ill bump it back up when the sales racks are better and the sales associates tail me around the store less.

Actually Went To The Riverbend Food Pantry Next to Von Maur.....This a Fantastic Food Pantry, That Helps Feed a whole Lot of Hungry People.
