Went to get a new toaster oven. Arrived home and the unit was damaged. I took it back and had no problem getting it swapped out for another one. An associate had to run to the back to get another unit because I had taken the last one on the shelf.People were nice and were very quick to help. I will shop here again for sure!

Worst customer service ever! Went there looking for a tent I seen on target website asked an employee where it was at she “Threw her hands up !”And said I don’t know where it’s at!” Great service !

They need to get their policies straight with their employees and not sell things that are put on hold and waste folks gas. And then tell them they will reorder the item but it doesnt come.

The stores are always organized. Something that I enjoy is most items I can look up online and know if it is in stock AND where it is located, so that I dont have to wonder the store.

I love the way that your store is organized. I can do my granny-grocery shopping without walking miles. You usually have most of the items that I want. I also particularly like you camera and electronics department. The sales people know the answers to most questions and can usually point out the best bang for the buck based on my needs.

The customer service was beyond impressive... Especially if you are being helped by a lady named Neesha. She spent about 20 min helping us find swim suits in the off season. She had to get them from the back since they were not on the shelves but she didn’t mind. She was very helpful and patient. (Highly recommend the target Location by the airport in moline Illinois. )

Just want to give a shout out to Cassidy the manager. We had a small issue but he resolved it right away and instead of possibly getting upset with one of his employees for breaking the rules he commended her for going above and beyond. Would be a great place to work with him as your leader!

The customer service rep near the front of the store was SO helpful. I noticed the toy I bought had a busted box. She switched it out for me, found some freebies of the same brand earlier that day and found me an empty lane during a busy time. All with a smile and great attitude!

I had a wonderful experience trying to resolve an issue. I was charged EIGHT times for an online order...for an item (at another Targer store nearby) that was listed as being in stock. I ordered it for pickup at that store...but the order was later cancelled because it was, in fact, NOT in stock. Three phone conversations and two text conversations with Target customer relations did not resolve the issue. So, I drove the Moline store to talk to a person. Even though the issue didnt center around the Moline store...Brayden Moore took the matter up...made a couple of calls...helped me find a similar item that WAS in stock at his store...which I purchased. And he dept working on the issue...and sent me a follow up email saying he was able to get through to someone who could help and that the matter would be resolved shortly. So...an hours long frustration turned into a wonderful encounter with a truly dedicated employee - as well as a couple of associates there - and I left feeling like I was taken care of. Thank you Brayden...the Moline Target has always been a good experience...made even BETTER now. I know Im just one person in the grand scheme of Targets vast customer base...but I easily could have been one LESS customer...if not for his outstanding service.

I love coming to the Starbucks in your store. The only reason I started coming to Target and it is close to my home. The Baristas are so friendly and know my drink and name immediately as soon as they see me. I walk around the store while I drink my coffee and browse for items that I may or may not need.

Wonderful holiday customer service! In my haste of shopping today, I left my handbag at the cashier counter. When I realized my purse was missing, I immediately went back into the store. Targets associate, Cassidy, spotted me and assured me my handbag was safe. On other occasions, I have found the Target associates at this store to be very helpful.

I found the store to be well lighted and somewhat upscale, still with reasonable prices. I almost always shop here because they have clothing styles and sizes that I like at prices I am willing to pay. Unlike many clothing stores, you do not have to wait in long, slow moving lines to check out.An excellent store.

I love the gift card back deals for things that I already need then i put it towards another item I need that day. There is always something here that I cant find other places and the products are high quality!

The workers are always so quick to greet me and see if there is anything I need. I was looking in the girls section for a cardigan for my daughter with no luck. One woman working stopped what she was doing and showed me a few cover ups, but the last sweater she showed me was perfect. Then we talked about how they switched the girls/ boys toddler and baby clothes. She never made our small talk or help seem like an inconvenience or rushed. I love a place that makes me feel welcome!

Dont get me wrong, I love Target and it was hard not to give it a 10. I prefer to do my shopping at Target. But, in the last year I have been very disappointed in the way the floor has looked. In fact, I find myself straightening up because the areas are so unkept. I have noticed the same thing at other Targets as well so it isnt just one. When I think of Target I think of a place that is a step up from other places. Now I feel that it is comperable or even lower than other stores. I noticed that there are not as many people working on the floor. Is that why? Can these stores not make payroll unless they cut back on employees? If I notice it then I am sure others do as well. Just my thoughts.

Nice, nice Target! I was in town visiting (used to live in the QC.) Anyway, forgot something, in which case I went to Target. I found what I needed on clearance and used my 5% Target Red Card as well. I also found some great socks on clearance for my brother (my husband bought, too.) I am so glad I forgot something, so I would have an excuse to go to Target. I love Target! Target is very nice in the KC area, too.

This is a nice store that I go to often. I would say 20% of the employees are helpful, but those in the 20% are awesome. They know the store, they dont just point, they SHOW me where something is. Most of the store is clean and usually the shelves are stocked, but have gone to pick up regular groceries, not on some special sale, and there is just a big empty hole on the shelf. Hate when the other 80% of the employees look away from me, the customer, like I am carrying the plague. Cant they just smile and say hello?

Ive appreciated Targets services, cleanliness, and quality as a customer for many years. However their recent decision to subject me and all their customers to an open bathroom policy has crossed the line. There is a way to help those in gender identity struggles, and this is not the way. Because of Targets decision to further hurt and enable gender confused people, I will no longer support them with my business. Respectfully submitted.

Clean bathrooms and friendly staff.Its Target, so if youve been to one, its like all the others.This one does have a nice food court area that had those mini pizza hut pizzas which are pretty amazing. Oh, and a Starbucks, which is also very nice.
