We have had the best experience with this company on Oakdale rd. They are friendly, professional and the manager Manny knows what he’s doing and makes sure your well informed about everything and all questions are answered. The prices are average but honestly the main reason I’ll buy from here again and again is because of the customer service and help I receive. Our couch is almost paid off and on to the next thing!

This store is poorly run. The employee who helped was incredibly lazy about answering any questions or even giving me details on item I was interested in purchasing. Your better off at either ceres location.

I had a bad check go through from an employer and i put all my time, money, and energy into the situation to fix it but in the end they decided to take my stuff, charge me an insane amount of money and basically treat me and my family like garbage the whole way. You would think that being a on-time paying, long term customer would buy you some sort of credit but they dont care about their customers, just their customers wallets. If you want a place that treats you poorly, robs you blind as soon as they see the chance, and stacks an insane amount of every fee they can throw at you then rent a center is the place for you. I understand them having to watch their own backs but this is basically legal thievery.

A good place to buy iteams without creditbut are high priced unless you get a small weekly priced special.. I got a washing machine and paid it off in 4 months, worked for me..

I done business with them never had a problem paid in the store or over the phone i been treated with respect very nice people there make your payments on time because they will call you but you gotta understand its their job smh pay it off early and you dnt gotta worry about it things are a little overpriced but its worth it if you need it

Someone I knew for a few months put my name and number down as a reference when purchasing something from you guys. I guess he stopped paying and returning phone calls so now Jason calls me every single day looking for him. Its to the point of harassment! I have never once stepped foot in that store so why am I dealing with someone elses problems? Ill call corporate if this continues.

As always, too expensive unless youre desperate and have no other choice.

I would not even give them one star if they had negative star this store is rude they don’t take care about their customers all they want is take your money not care about their customers or merchandise they purchase and it got to the point where I had to call corporate because my washer was sent out for repair got it back 2 months later but promised two weeks and then to return it damaged and then not communicate so thank you district manger Steve at corporate office for carrying about your customers and going out your way to order another lid on your busy schedule because your staff can’t do their job at the oakdale store to replace my scratched cracked glass lid when Marcos and marissa don’t care about returning phone calls or trying to help fix my washer when their employees leave several messages that I’ve called or come in to solve the problem FYI people don’t don’t from this store 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬just goes to show with other reviews they def need different management 🤦🏼‍♀️and to really get to the bottom of all of this 👍🏻🙏🏼
