Purchased a new LG refrigerator, it errored and LG dispatched Oakdale appliance to make the repair. Ron arrived with his son. Upon verification of my warranty paperwork Ron went right to work. Without hesitation upon listening to the new rerigerator run he knew exactly what the problem was. Apparently the freezer fan had come unplugged which runs virtually silent however Ron having 40 years experience went right to the the connector after removing the lower ice maker and fixing the issue.
