Robert was so friendly when I called. They helped me find and they held them for me so I could get them put on immediately. When I got to the tire center Michael Howard and Jawanza helped me to get everything done to my 4Runner. I would highly recommend working with these Employees if you need help. My son called to see if auto center was open to have a tire mounted on rim. Was told open and not a problem. We bring tire straight up from Munford it was 3:15 pm. Once there Anna informs us they are no longer taking service for rest of day. My husband ask to speak to a manager of course one is never called. I asked for the Automotive district managers number of course they are clueless or basically does not care. Asked for corporates number well she can google on a phone and showit to me to write down. It would be professional to let customers know before driving they are not doing any services. Auto center needs to train the employees at counter better.

Just waited a little long than should of just to get a nail taken out of tire and plug it, I dont think it takes 2 and half hours to do that. ..hmmm tighten it up yall.. not everyone wants to shop, just fix it ..team work was good at end ..and girls at desk ..well you need to listen to customer be for you speak ..

Slow as always but decent service.

Extremely slow and extremely unorganized waited 2 hours to have 2 trailer tire put on. First had to locate tires ourselves after told they didn’t have them. Lack of effort or care about customer.Terrible is understatement.

This place is an absolute joke. Waited 3+ hours for an oil change. Shame on me for waiting. Once my vehicle was brought into the bay it took the tech an hour to complete the oil change. The 2 guys preforming the oil changes today (Sat 2/8/20) have to be the absolute slowest individuals to ever get out of bed. Waste of oxygen!

The place was busy today, but the staff are great and you know you are being taken care of.

Get the job done at a great price. Not fast, but none of us go to Walmart for speed 🤣

This place needs to do better and FAST!! I arrived at 5pm and Im still waiting at 8pm for 2 tires!! This is horrible and I plan on never returning. I will find another one in the city although I live in Millington. They are so slow!!!

Went to walmart millington tire center on a Wednesday at 3:20 to get a tired changed. THEY told me a 3 hour wait for a tire had to have it done.Went back 3 hours later my van had not moved no tire changed.went in to find out was still 3 cars in front of me and they close at 7.Always have trouble at Walmart if I could give negative stars I would .They did not say sorry did not even care. I will never go back will make sure tell everybody I know not to go .THANKS WALMART.

Manager and team are horribly rude. Wouldn’t have given one star but had to in order to review. Ordered tires from Walmart and they were late coming in so when they finally arrived I went straight to the auto center and asked if I should go pick up my tires only to find out when I did that they were already in the tire center. By this time they were telling me it was too late to put the tires on. 😡

Horrible..... everything takes hours to be done whether there is anyone else here or not especially if you come in and its warranty work they have to do, then you definitely get put on the back burner. You will have high Hopes because your vehicle is in the air but it will sit there over an hour before its even touched.

They will not accept new customers if you dont show up more than an hour from closing time, even if the bays are empty. Stated on another occasion that they did not have the tools required to change the oil filter on a 2011 Toyota Sienna van. Checked two weeks later just on a whim to see if they had the tools. That mechanic stated that they have had those (or that) tools for years.

Its Walmart, employees definitely take their time and service is extremely slow. But reasonably price.

Charged for a oil and filter change, they didnt change the filter. It was obviously the old one i know since it has been a year or more since i changed it myself, lol. guess most people dont check.

Arrived at 8:00 am for an oil change. Was told there were 2 oil changes ahead of me, so I shopped a little and then waited in the auto center. At 9:25 They said they didnt have the right tools to remove the oil filter. An hour and a half wasted. No apolgies. Will not return for anything.

Well, they are supposed to open at 7, but when you get there, the doors will be closed and locked. The receptionist is very unprofessional, and gets rude if you call and ask if they are open (since there was no way to get in). I got let in to a long line of customers. They let us know they had 1 technician present so there was nothing they could do for us until another one showed up.Do yourself a favor and go to Rolands instead.

Wish I could give a negative star ⭐️ Two people behind us were finished before us! Walmart sucks as an automotive store but is ok as a get everything at once store. Taking your car to Walmart to get automotive work on it is like taking it to AutoZone to get work done on it. Walmart millington sucks and Ive even seen the automotive manager in here several times but yet has he recognized the unsatisfied customers in line. Im only here for a friend I always use real Auto places

Opened late, only one tech, and the management is ridiculous with all the yelling and complaining. This is supposed to be a service center but unfortunately they are lacking on the service part.

Horrible service. Line was 6 deep when a woman walks in and cuts to the frontAND THEY LET HER. Three people walked out myself included.

They have the best service.

Long wait, the guy that changed my oil,had oily finger prints on my car and glove compartment. Whats the purpose of touching my glove compartment if youre changing my oil.

This place has horrible timing. The bays were empty at 2pm when I dropped off my car. I bought groceries and the waited until 4:30!! Everyone but David moves like a turtle! Oil change took this long!

I had new tires put on my Honda Accord 02/25/2018 and I had an oil change done so I was out driving and when I got home I noticed I smell something that smells like oil so I got out pop the hood and then I noticed that they left the oil cap off of my engine and all of the oil came out of the car so I had to refill it with the oil that I had to buy even though I just paid for an oil change so so m make sure that you check your oil caps if you get an oil change from there real bulshit service they didnt offer me anything for the error that they made.

Waited over an hour for my car to not be touched. Ill never plan on visiting there again.

Waited 2 hours just so they could tell me they cant patch my tire because they are low profile. But they are not.

Tire dept. is a little shady.
