I called to get e quote for an engine and they quoted me $3,600 I went straight to the manufucter and got for $2,750 free delivery so you do the math?

I ordered some parts online and was going to be in millington the next day so I wanted to pick them up there I was coming from Ms I was assured that they would be open I get there and they were closed so a wasted trip I have been trying to get a refund and no one seems to want to reply to my requests so to say the least Im not happy with Napa at all I probably will not shop there again because they dont help solve any problems that come up

Havent been in here, but two times. Always helpful service. I dont always have enough money for what I need. Many times they have clearances which works better for me.

The manager At NAPA “Steve” really know customer service. He helped me out with a bad problem and I’ll never buy another auto battery anywhere else. When value, quality and customer service are all great you know you’ve found the right place.

This store is always there when I need them! Entire staff is completely awesome and knowledgeable on car parts!

Was in and out no issues, didnt get a receipt wasnt asked if I wanted one and I also ignored the sign saying they would give me $5 towards next purchase. If I didnt get one, honestly, receipts can become just a major waste of paper, and money for the business shame they have to lose money when not giving one out.

Moving locations so look for new store on other side of pizza hi right down the street
