Took my DDJZS2 to Mario Extreme Electronics for an issue with the right pitch fader not responding to slowing down the pitch. Received the unit really fast about 3 days later repaired.picked it up before an event after a small check to make sure it was working correctly. After I set it up at my event that same say it just so happened to have a similar issue. Called Mario told him my concern, he faced time me to see what the issue was. He told me to being the unit back to him to revise. Was able to handle the event with a back system that I was using while the unit was under repair the first time. Went to him the next day and he told me he would check it out fast and free. Upon opening it up again he noticed it was a plug that was loose and needed to be replaced as well. He then fixed the unit free of charge for the inconvenience and it was ready within 48 hours!! Went back did a longer more extensive check and the unit is working 100 percent. Extremely happy with the results, customer service, and professionalism with his Buisness. I will be using Mario Electronics repair for all of my electronic needs. After proudly owning an Onkyo M-504 power amplifier for over 25 years, the VU (decibel meter) lights gave up on me. I was very hesitant to repair my precious M-504, fearing that I wouldnt find a reliable repair shop. After a lot of research, I found Mario Extreme Electronics. Upon my arrival, I observed that the shop was organized and clean and Mario appeared to be a meticulous technician. I later returned to drop my power amplifier. Mario remained in contact with me and we also discussed my options (LED vs filament bulbs). He replaced the bulbs and cleaned the internal components. I have a Boston Acoustic subwoofer that started to make a loud buzzing sound and would not work. I took it to a local repairman to fix it and after two Months, it was returned to me with parts changed and still not working. Great work and speedy service. I dropped off my Boston Acoustics sub-woofer which hasnt worked for two years. I finally had a chance to get this fixed and found Mario. The sound is just like it was when it was brand new. He is highly skilled. Cost of repair is reasonable. I highly recommend him for all your equipment repair needs.

Picked up speakers for service

He might be able to fix simple stuff like monitors and simple audio equipment but in my case. I brought a simple drum machine and it took him two weeks to tell me a problem that wasnt even the case. 35 bucks to check, he never reached out to me.Hopefully he works out for you guys. Not coming here again.

Mario at Extreme repaired my valued vintage Meadowlark/Shearwater speakers. He fixed crossovers and replaced worn out tweeters. They sound as good as new. I highly recommend Mario Extreme Electronics for a fine and very satisfying result.

On February 21, 2019 I took two amplifiers to get repaired. Today December 20th 2019. 11 months after I had to go and pick up my amplifiers again. Countless of times and texts saying your amplifier will be ready next week are documented and I have them saved. He gave me all kinds of excuses for 11 months until I had no more patience and told him I was going to pick him up no matter what.This is the most incompetent person I’ve ever met in my life. Do not even think of taking something to get repaired over there it will take you months and if you are lucky you will get it back repaired .

Very bad service. I left the speaker there on Thursday and the person there told me that it will be ready on Monday, but on Monday the other company representative told me that I was promised a wrong date and that he will not do anything until Tuesday. I also had to wait like half an hour for assistance. Dont wsste your time.If you need speaker repair you can go to other places and get it done cheaper and faster. I ended up doing my speakers at another shop, but they were done the next day.

Left my board there before a month before any virus and they have ignored my calls. He has even text me several times saying it is ready and then when I try to go it isnt ready. It has been over a month a month and they havent even answered me back. He also charged me $35 to leave the board there.

I dropped off headphones to have him replace the audio jack. He was reasonable on negotiating the price.THEN he said hed get it done by the next day. This didnt happen. Or the next day. Finally had to just pick the headphones up, still busted.I wasted three trips to and from this store, and never heard a peep from him one way or another. Not cool, dude!

This company charged our credit card twice for one repair and never returned the equipment. They have said they shipped it by Fedex but they never supplied any tracking information. Multiple phone calls were made to ask about the delivery and we were always told it would arrive any day but since there is no tracking information, I doubt that it has been shipped at all.

We had a couple of JBL studio monitors from New World Symphony that had blown tweeters. I took them to Marios and He gave me a reasonable quote for each speaker. They were ready in two days.
