Update: I have changed my review from 1 star to a 2 as there seemed to be a miscommunication however that’s never how you should treat a customer.Original: DO NOT COME HERE ... I used to go often for the milkshakes however after this experience I will never go to any of the locations they have. The lady attending us said that she does not speak English and I was speaking Spanish to the best of my ability. She then got angry screaming at me and said that it was disrespectful as I was trying my BEST!?!! She then followed up by saying that she’ll call the police and I said check the cameras as I never said anything wrong. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE

The female clerk was very rude to my husband, who was trying to speak to her in Spanish because she didnt understand English. After she complained to her boyfriend (who had been hiding out back), he confronted my husband walking away with his purchase and put his fists up to start a fight until my dog and I approached them. I am very obviously Hispanic, like the clerk and this man. This is not an appropriate way to deal with a customer. I understand Farm Stores is typically a drive up business, but our RV does not fit in the drive-thru. We were purchasing a jug of water for our dog. We did not try to walk into the store, making our request from the driveway out of respect. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANOTHER FARM STORES AGAIN, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. I should not have to fear being disrespected or assaulted simply because my blue-eyed husband doesnt speak Spanish fluently enough for the employee!

Super slow service the lady takes forever to finish up with one costumer.

Hello, good afternoon indeed and seeing the writing I feel very upset I was present because I went to buy and I was waiting for the girl to attend me and the boys were the ones who were making fun of her I do not think that things like this should happen, no one has the right to make fun of nobody for the language and much less to be supported this is a country of democracy

We ordered a soup and it was sour and broken. We went to return it and the lady told us that the money is not returned there. What kind of business is that where the customer has no right to receive a refund if they sell you a product in poor condition? She had to call her Manager and they told her to give us the money back but she told us so many things that she didnt even know what was true or false. He told us that he had to give him his money and then no, that it was from the bottom of the box. What happens if a child gets intoxicated with that soup? I suggest you not go shopping at this place.

For me the service was 5 star the employee was very attentive and I offer an excellent service I recommend them also I did not have to wait and it was fast in the night shifts that is when I frequent the place to do my shopping
