Horrible customer service I have been calling for more than 2 hours. The first one they hung up on me. The second one they didn’t even answer after 1hour and 40 minutes

Get you prescriptions sent to walgreens because this place is terrible. Was trying to get my medication and they kept telling me my insurance card wasnt going through but they couldnt tell me why. They were no help and didnt seem to care too much about the customers. Got it transferred to walgreens and used the exact same card and was in and out in 5 minutes no problems. And if you go be ready to wait around for atleast 30 mins because the people move slow and dont know how to do their job. Will never go back to this place. Ever.

Employee service and professionalism is terrible. Yelling to one another through out the store. Not a good environment to shop in.

Really unprofessional and rude the lady working in as the cachear. I went out of the store and she still screaming at me because she do not know has to scan the CVS membership. So disappointed about the staff.

I went to CVS pharmacy to fill my prescriptions as usual and met Jeff who was the pharmacist that was helping me at the time. Not only was he kind and understanding, but also helped me save a lot of money on my prescriptions. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He was actually working alone that day and he was multitasking and running the pharmacy very efficiently. I would definitely recommend that you fill your prescriptions at this CVS store #04613. Great staff, variety & love that they have self check out. Just don’t appreciate that there was a homeless man outside one of the entrances (not that it’s necessarily anyone’s fault, but still an inconvenience/ safety issue).

They literally never have any of the medication I need at this location. They always say they can’t tell me when they will have more or that it will be something like two weeks before they can fill a prescription. Obviously there is lack of organization or oversight because most of the medications I need are very common and not controlled substances. They should be stored on hand at the pharmacy. This location is a huge waste of time. Better to just go to a different CVS location.

Very unprofessional and arrogant personnel. This store is in an urgent need of intensive training for better customer service. The worse CVS I’ve ever been in. Except for people working in the pharmacy section this store is really sucking. They use a very cheap camera to take passeport pictures which leaves a very visible shadow on background and is more expensive than other stores that take pictures with a more professional camera. This branch needs updates URGENTLY!!!

Still not open 15 min passed the time that was stated. Store employees couldnt tell me if it was opened. Made me walk to the back of the store with my luggage to find out it was closed.

Go to Walgreens a few blocks down! I come here frequently and they are always way understaffed and the staff they do have us very rude. The tall man working the registers is the rudest of them all.

Wow. Hand down, the worst CVS I have ever been to, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. It’s the only drug store within walking distance from the cruise terminal, leaving me little choice but to purchase ‘must-have’ items here.Absolutely horrendous customer service - some of the worst I have witnessed. After trump won the election we got assaulted by 3 skinheads that appear to have recently purchased their outfits, we believe the outfits were given to people after receiving CVS flu shots.Do not take the flu shots or you will turn into a nazi.

Pharmacy staff could not have been less helpful. When I requested the phone number for the regional manager the pharmacy tech refused to give it to me. Very unprofessional and in desperate need of customer service training.

This place is ALWAYS dirty, and the people that works there they don like to help.And also, dont like to do these job.The machine of the the coupons been out of work for months and they said that for the (huracane) they cant go to fix it. And the Huracane Matthew did not came to Miami.😂

This CVS saved my life multiple times during our 2 day stay before a cruise. Every time we realized we forgot something, or remembered something that we should have brought, CVS came to the rescue!
