I just left this place. It’s super nice and clean inside. We visited this place around 4:30am 1 guy was cleaning outside and told us to use the doors on the other side. When we were walking towards the door another employee walked right past us and said nothing. He was the cashier on this shift and didn’t even bother to say anything about the door. We had to turn back to get him. He couldn’t be bothered and definitely needs another job that doesn’t involve helping others.Once we were done paying and tried opening the door it was looked and we struggled to unlock it. The whole time no one bothered to help. Corporate needs to take time to read these reviews and hire other staff.

There’s a lady there with the best customer service skills. She able to manage the drinks and register.... then there a young girl who must be the owner 🙄. When she’s there the fountain drinks are always “out of order”. She doesn’t want to work, doesn’t come up to the window to service customers she leans on the wall and just watches the other young girl at the register. Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is inconsistent.

Price at the pump is higher than the advertised on the big screen. It should be illegal.

👎👎👎 Find another racetrac station or go to 7-eleven this people dont like there job they should find another job they like because no manners i give thw owner a advise need better employee or your store would loose alot of customers

I love this gas station. Inside everything is clean and in its place great customer service. The gas pumps are new and in excellent condition the outside are is super clean.... and they have the best gas prices...

There is a man cleaning the inside of the store, it is raining outside. It is also late so they have the doors locked. I walked over, tried to open the door, the clerk kept cleaning. I went to the window, knocked, he ignored me. I rang the service button twice, watched him move his mop and bucket out of view but still linger in site of the windows. He ignored two attempts to get his attention, and two attempts at pressing the service button. If the store is open 24 hours, it should have someone working that wants a job. This is terrible, I will reach out to corporate. Pandemic or not, there are plenty of people who would love to work, just to not be at home.

I went to the racetrack tonight and my brother didnt have a mask on and the moment but he was trying it on and they told him to put it on then we see a black man walking in there with no mask loading stuff out of the truck and they told us he can wear no mask cuz hes bringing something to the store I think that RaceTrac is racist you need to hire better people if one person doesnt have to wear a mask then nobody has to wear masks but the news says everyone should wear a mask Im a very unsatisfied customer never will go there again and I have a video thats for the boss man and Imma put the video on Instagram and let the whole world see + Facebook

This a brand new gas station located in North Miami... Just before Miami-Dade Junior College. They have the best prices too. Just a warning, use a RaceTrac gas card instead of a credit card at the pump. My moms friend had charges on his credit card before he even got home. You never know what thieves are up to these days. Its always best to be cautious.

Very clean restroom. Ive never seen a gas station restroom so clean. In the most excellent condition. Very sanitary. The staff is also excellent. I will continue to come back.

It started of good when they opened. Now the bad rooms are not kept clean. Toilet paper not even put in dispenser. Being a new gasoline staction not kept well. Need to stock up. Its sad.

It was closed, at first it seemed she was only attending through the late night window. And after waiting in line and being ignored for 20 mins I asked her for something and told me they were not selling anything and without an explanation walked away from the window. 2nd shift manager didn’t catch her name but the worst experience at a racetrack by far

I just love any Racetrac man,they are big and spacey and I love them just for that.And they are clean!

Real bad customer services. They always never know anything. You ask a question and they respond I DONT KNOW stupidly..

They close all the pumps and ghey do have gas one of the employees said!!!! Shame on them I will never use that gas station agaon☹☹☹

Finally one close to work. Great employees and love the coffee.

I been going there for a minute but now no more its bad when you let a paying customer wait at the counter and no one put it to my attention to say hey give me a min I will be rgh with you as of now I no longer do service there cause for number one this station is not the only station in Miami I tried for no stars but it just wouldnt let me do it so this is how I really feel 🖕👎👎👎🖕oh and I forgot I walked out and they just let a paying customer leave very bad service you are never to let a customer leave your place of business
