I got both of my cars inspected and the process was very simple and easy! Their reports are great as well - a full detailed report with pictures was sent directly to my email. The staff is very friendly and non-pushy as well. I dealt with John L & Teresa both times and they were both great to work with! Thanks again!!!

Not your average place to get your car fixed. Called Sullivan Tire because it was right next door in case I needed to walk back when they checked it... problem was they said it would take them 3 days to even look at it. Went online and this was the first place that popped up and lets just say Im glad it did. I called around 1 pm and was able to have our car looked at by 3 pm. They diagnosed the problem, showed all the pictures of whats wrong including the severity of it and explained why. On top of that I was not expecting the car back by the next morning and on top of that me, my girlfriend and her son got a ride from Teresa to our place and back. Dont be surprised if this place starts a bed and breakfast while theyre at it. Thank you to John, Teresa and everyone else at the shop. It was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be going here from now on.

I left two new trailer tires to be balanced early Saturday morning, and noted ‘no rush’ to John, the Service Tech who assisted me. He called me at 6:30 pm that same day, after their working hours had ended, to let me know he was still at the shop, and I could drop by to pick up the tires. John indicated almost no balancing was needed, so no charge was levied. Could not ask for faster, more friendly, or customer-centric service! John was fantastic from start to finish. Great folks, recommended!

First time taking my vehicle here. Needed oil change and had check engine light on. I was pleased with the service and communication from them. My favorite part was that once the issue was identified, they provided pictures of the problem areas. This was great so I could see for myself what was going on without needing to be right there even. I will definitely be returning for the next time my vehicle needs service.

First off I want you all to know that I did not get paid or discounted for services done to my car to write this review. LolI dont usually take time to write reviews but I feel that since this is the second time that I was in need of a last minute fix on my car, and once again John Libby listened to my long winded story about my concerns about what was wrong and how my car was acting.He told me that they were extremely busy and that he wasnt sure if they could get it in that day, but asked if I could drop it off anyway. He assured me that they would take it in as soon as they could and would run the diagnostics test, and would call when they got the report. So I drove it right in.Of course I dont have another car to drive while it was being fixed, so on the way there my mind starts going nutso on me not knowing how I will get to work.. and I would have been in that creek we all get into sometimes. (You know what creek I am speaking of...YES that one except I dont own paddles....) Thank god for these guys!! They are extremely accommodating and really care about their customers. They gave me a loaner/Courtesy Car to drive the entire time they had my car. That relieved LOADS of unwanted stress!! And the best part is that they dont charge you to use their car!! All they ask is for you to bring it back with a full tank of gas. GOD BLESS THEM! That saved me some $ so now I can go buy me them Paddles!!!!! All joking aside, these guys are the best! I have been a loyal customer for about 7 years and 3 family vehicles that we have serviced there. However after yesterdays experience I will no longer being doing business there. I brought my car in for an oil change & tire rotation and was using a coupon. I paid for the service and did go home and reviewed the charges more in depth. The coupon for the oil change was for 29.95 and the tire rotation for $10. for a total of 39.95 with the addition of $3.99 for the extra qt of oil that I know my vehicle does take and $3.42 for the environment charge for a total of 47.36..I was charged $55.30. I drove back and showed my detail for services. I was then told by her that my vehicle has a more expensive filter and was not considered in the most vehicles clause. I have paid for oil changes in the past and not used coupons and didnt think the filter was different. She proceeded to be working on the computer then puts a stack on the counter and says..here are all you other oil changes..My response was so am I to understand that you will not adjust the charge..she very belligerently says I cant...the coupon says most vehicles. I said so you are willing to lose a loyal customer family that brings in 3 vehicles for $8.00 and her response very boldy wasYUP thats right. I said OK..and started walking out and made a comment I will push this higher up the ladder to which she very unprofessionally responded Fine push it up the ladder as high as you want. I went home and pulled other coupons and there is another one for an oil change W915-0417 that has no caveat for filters. To me it was just a way of getting around over charging and trying to justify it after the fact. Its not about the $8.00 it is someone treating a customer very rudely and unprofessional and customers need to know to beware of the inconsistency in their coupons and review them. The motto Where Trust is a Tradition has become tainted for me.

I have been going to Auto Care Plus for a few years now for basic car services. My most recent visit, just yesterday, truly proves how much these guys care about their customers. I dealt with Lew at the front desk and he had complimented my license plate. It has to do with recently getting married and we chatted about that and how COVID has negatively impacted that while writing up my order for payment. He asked for my signature and I knew he could see I was confused - the order said $0.00 due! Lew said it was on him and congrats to being a newlywed. The total wasn’t going to come to much, but it was such a small and kind gesture and totally made my week! Kudos to this shop for always being fair, professional and caring about everyone that walks through their door! Thanks again, Lew!

I was very worried that my car needed major work. Michelle was a calm voice of reason, that helped me realized that what I needed was a $100 estimate and not the end of the world.

Been using them since we moved to the area 5 years ago and have had good experiences. Recently, my car needed to be inspected. They were able to get it in same day. They even picked up my car and dropped it off for me!

Not even the dealership was able to help me. A friend recently referred me to Auto Care in Merrimack and boom. They found and corrected the problem immediately. It is so nice to have a smooth riding car again without the rattling. John took the time to go through to save me every penny. He called my extended warranty, he called the manufacturer to be sure there was not a recall and did not do anything to add onto the price knowing that I had already put a lot of money into the vehicle for this one problem. The only place Ive trust with my Mercedes other than the dealership. They do dealership level work (actually even better) at a price that doesnt make me what to cry. Always punctual and flexible with appointment times. No surprise costs because they keep you very updated. Great loyalty program too.

Everyone here is extremely friendly and professional. Whenever we bring our vehicle in for service, we know it will be a great experience. Never had any issues with the repairs or maintenance performed. They saved the day with their loaner vehicle, being a couple with only one vehicle, we could have been stranded without it. Stopped in to get tires rotated and balanced. Great job on that. They mentioned that my front brakes were nearing time to replace. Quoted me a price of an additional $695 for pads and rotors. I asked are you crazy they said no that’s their price. I said no thanks and went a week later to Sullivan Tire and got the exact job done for $450

This is the second time we have brought our truck to Auto Care Plus and we are going to keep coming back! We used to only go to the dealer but we found that they had better prices here and a great rewards program. The staff is great too. Chrissy and Lew were great at explaining what was going on and getting us in and out quickly! I highly recommend this place!

UPDATE 9/24/2021: John Libby is THE BEST! He helped me AGAIN! He, as always, listened to my needs for my car and managed to make it so that my repairs met my budget while making sure my car remained safe and we schedule the remaining repairs to be done the following week. I love that John & the rest of the shop is always looking out for the best interest of the customer. This kind of service is the reason I drive 30 min and pass by several other repair places, and why they have a customer for life with me!DO NOT PASS UP THIS GEM OF A SHOP!!!! It is really hard to find a good auto shop and even harder to find one that is more concerned with you safety than making a quick buck. I am so happy I finally found a place that that is more concerned with customer service and safety than making a fast buck! The front end staff is amazing and the mechanics work is exceptional!!!! Everyone should make this their place to go!

I went to Auto Care plus for the first time just last month. I had some car maintenance to do, needed an inspection, had little time, and wanted a nice small affordable hometown auto-shop. I truly got the best service I have ever had at an automobile service center to date. The staff was helpful and extremely personable, they were very patient, and exemplified a close-knit team of professional problem solvers, ready to satisfy the needs of their clients as satisfactorily and rapidly as possible. I couldnt possible give this fine establishment a higher recommendation. They have definitely earned a return customer.

I came into this place expecting to pay alot of money to change my brakes. Well Lew not only let me know that I didnt need brakes but they fixed the rattling noise my car was making. Our family have been customers for years with many different vehicles. Staff is always wonderful to work with, techs know their stuff and dont mind sharing that knowledge. For weeks I was stopping in because of a tire pressure light, ended up plugging two tires from nails and tech referred me to dealer for warranty coverage on a program update for this problem. Staff was always patient with me, didnt nickel and dime me each time to check tire pressure and reset warning light. I didnt have appointments but they always made the time for me since I couldnt predict when the warning light was going to go on. Recently took my Honda in because I thought it was sounding off while accelerating. Honda techs took car out for test drive, then returned and I drove with one of them. Tech let me pick his brain about my Honda and gave me good info. Car ended up being fine. Had no appointment but they made time for me. At Auto Care Plus, I dont get talked down to or treated inferior because of being female and asking questions about my Honda. Many other garages do. Thanks to all the staff for their care of customers and our vehicles.

I have been a client of Auto Care Plus for 5+ years. Recently my car was totaled in an accident, ironically less than 24 hours prior to my scheduled state inspection & repair. Since my car no longer needed the work, they quickly made themselves a resource with regard to helping my find someone to appraise the damage to my car, connected me with a junkyard, and referred me to a local mechanic in Massachusetts to have my new car looked-over before purchase. Grateful for their help- they went above and beyond.

From the start this not your average engine swap. It was a nightmare dealing with Valvoline which held the warranty on the engine. I appreciate the time your employees spent dealing with that monstrocity of a company. Between texts and e mails there were some missed connections as well as the fact that I was going through an ugly divorce and work kept me away from home. I havent yet inspected the vehicle but looking at the parts list you guys spared no cost replacing parts as you knew up front I was intending on keeping this truck for the rest of my natural life. Your employees went above and beyond the call of duty understanding my personal situation as well. Thank you in advance even though I have not yet inspected the vehicle in person. At 5 minutes before closing I showed up with my rear-view mirror in my hand.Kevin called the local parts supplier, got a kit, and re-attached the mirror.I was able to take a long trip the next day (Sunday) thanks to his extra effort and staying well past closing time. And twice, they contacted the dealer to perform work that was either a recall or under warranty. For example, this week, they brought my car to the dealer to perform the work. Another time, they returned my vehicle because the repair had a recall. Minicooper didnt honor it and the Auto Car Plus Service Advisor (Kristy?) spent a lot of time explaining the problem and printing paperwork to send to Mini.I really appreciate them being my advocate while making my car drive smoothly.And also doing the right thing!! And thats what you want in a mechanic, one that is willing to build trust and loyalty in their customers while still doing a great job.
