Nowhere else in the area would take my car to inspect a vibration that I suspected was coming from a lost wheel weight. I decided to stop here, and within 15 minutes all my tires had been rebalanced. The tech I worked with pulled my car up and told me there was no charge. I had a six hour drive ahead of me the next day and this gentleman genuinely cared about my concerns. My wheels are now perfectly balanced and I have smooth highway driving once again. This garage has earned my business.

We’ve been coming to Monro in Merrimack for over 15 years. They have always been upfront about what was needed & went out of their way to explain (& show) the work needing to be done & why. Many times what I thought was a costly repair turned into a very minor inexpensive fix. Very honest team. I wont be going anywhere else! Ive been using them for about a two years. Great customer service! Its clear they value their customers and arent taking you for a ride. Quality work, quality people. I needed parts that arent being made any more. They tracked some down, but they were expensive. They were able to make a custom fix for my car which saved me $400!

I stopped by the Merrimack NH location yesterday and spoke with a gentleman named Larry. When I pulled in the garage was full and everyone was busy. I explained to Larry that I needed some brakes done on my vehicle and I was traveling the very next morning and was hoping he could fit me in. I explained how I had a ton of running around to do before we were leaving and Larry offered to go to my house to pick up the vehicle so I didnt have to waste time. I agreed and left my keys with Larry at the shop. Not only did they get my car finished in a remarkable amount of time, they also called me took my payment over the phone and delivered my car to the house for me. I just wanted to say thank you to Larry and his team for a great job and for the awesome customer service. No wonder these guys have great reviews online. They truly do go above and beyond for the customer.

100 stars from me!Im passing King Kone and ran over this bolt that punctured my tire. Since it happened right near Monro i was able to coast in, expecting to have to replace the entire tire. That bolt looked pretty big!The store manager Larry Cullen took me right in, removed the bolt (it turns out the part of the bolt that punctured the tire isnt as big as the top would lead you to believe). He plugged the tire real fast and refused to charge me! He said i was good to go, it was his pleasure to help me out, and just come back in 25 miles so they can retorque the lugs.So here i am, looking at all the reviews for this place and theyre all saying exactly what im saying. This place is friendly, honest, and amazing! 100% legit. Ive found myself a new place to bring my car from now on.Thank you 100 times!

Best ever, in and out inspection, tires rotate. Oil changed with in a half hour...Its not what I wanted to do on a along weekend. But had to be done...fast, polite, pleasant.

Incredibly responsive, helpful and transparent!!Long story short (shorter?), my tire pressure sensor went off earlier in the day but I couldnt find a puncture or a leak. I refilled the tire and it seemed OK. Maybe the sensor was just acting screwy. But then less than a mile down the road from Monro, the tire pressure fell again, this time severely down to under 17psi. I pulled over and yup, tire was very low. I must have missed the puncture and needed to get the tire fixed immediately. I gave a shout to Monro to see if they could sneak me in.The store manager, Larry Cullen, admitted he was booked solid, but was sympathetic to my situation, so he asked me to bring my truck over and theyd get me in a.s.a.p. He had my truck in within 90 minutes (extremely reasonable considering I pretty much just showed up out of nowhere). Maybe more importantly, he found the puncture and was able to repair it. The puncture was close enough to the sidewall that another shop could easily run the whole you need a new tire speel. Larry knew it could safely and permanently be plugged and all he threw at me was a minimal flat repair fee.Less than 2 hours total from incident to drive off. I only have to swing back in ~25 miles so they can retorque the lugs.I feel like Im echoing a lot of the other reviews you see for this place. Theyll treat you right and its refreshing to get that kind of service nowadays.Cant thank them enough!

Larry was extremely helpful. Very often I feel like I cant trust mechanics however this was not the case. Definitely will recommend and will bring my other vehicles.

My fionce and I went there today to have our tire fixed and Larry took great care of us. Initially we thought we were going to have to replace all 4 tires however Larry was able to go above and beyond and realized that the current tire was able to be fixed and did not need repair. We were expecting to spend over $700 in tires however Larry was able to plug the current tire which only cost $27 instead of $700. 6 months ago Sullivan Tire in Nashua told me I needed $2000 worth of work done to pass the state inspection. I laughed and asked them to complete the oil change, and give me my car back. Larry came as a referral from my neighbor, who is also in the car repair business. Honest, efficient and reasonably priced sums up my experience! $1000 less in repair (really - general maintenance) costs. A pleasure doing business, and happy to have a new go-to for my car maintenance!

I called Monro in Merrimack at 330 in the afternoon on a Saturday because my brake light was out. Larry said to come right down. Which I did. Larry was so nice and friendly.To fix my brake light the compartment needed to be opened and then the bulb replaced. They took my car into the shop immediately and fixed it and in under 20 min. While I waited I saw an interaction between Larry and another customer that was exceptional. He was discussing Brake maintenance and the man was really engaged in the conversation as was Larry. I also noted the team in the shop looked and sounded like they enjoyed what they where doing.When my care was done I approached the counter to pay and Larry said your all set, stay safe and have a good wknd. It has been a long time since I have experienced such great customer service and kindness.

I’ve been going to Monro to see Larry since he took over the store over a year ago. Larry and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I brought my Mercedes into them because the dealer stated that I needed brakes all around and they wanted to charge me over 1300 dollars. Larry and Matt both checked out the car together and assured me that I in fact did not need brakes. This is the reason I go to Larry’s shop for everything. It’s not only because are the good at what they do but they are most of all honest.

I know a lot of people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. But in this case I cannot praise Larry enough for all the help and research he has done for me this week. I came into the shop last week to get a price on a 4 wheel brake job on my mercedes Larry told me I should never use anything on my car other than Mercedes parts since my car was an s550 amg. Larry called everywhere to get price quotes and called the dealer for their quote and he came in way under everyone else. The customer service here is too notch. Just wanted to thank everyone in the shop as well for such a great job on my car. I will be a customer for life guarenteed.

I called Monday 4/13 and made an appointment to have the snow tires on my wifes car changed out. I was told to drop the car off on Tuesday 4/14 at around noon. We arrived at noon, and the person in attendance told me he didnt have time to get to it until tomorrow. So I asked him why did I bother to make an appointment if it didnt matter. He then yelled at both my wife and myself, saying Dont yell at me and Stop disrespecting me repeatedly. I dont know or care what this guys problem his, but he needs a serious course in customer service. Goodbye Monro, there are too many service providers in this area to put up with this level of dis-service.

Hi, I just got back from the Monro in Merrimack, NH and I actually have several comments about Merrimack Monro since Dave Devine was replaced with Larry.1) 7-7-2020, I had an appointment for an oil change and brake fluid change. The appointment was for 10:00 AM and when I dropped off the car, Larry (manager) told me it would be an hour, or so. I told Larry Charlie told me the brake fluid change was $65 and Larry told me it was definitely $119 and that Charlie was a Tire Warehouse guy. Charlie also answered the phone Tire Warehouse. Anyway, my wife and I walk around for an hour, come back and the truck is still in the parking lot. I just took the keys and left. Between driving and waiting I wasted 2 hours of our time. Can I get reimbursed the labor rate they charge for my 2 lost hours? And, if Charlie does not know where he works, or does not what services cost, he SHOULD NOT be answering the phone, or giving out quotes.Also, NO ONE THERE seems to know how to use the PC system other than Larry!2) 7-6-2019, I had the front brakes replaced and they made no mention that the rear brakes needed to be replaced.3) 10-5-2020, I had 4 new tires installed and they made no mention that the rear brakes needed to be replaced.4) 11-5-2020, I can hear the rear brakes grinding. I bring it in and the service manager tells me the brakes and the calipers have to be replaced because they seized up. I told the service manager the car was in just a month ago and at the beginning of July and he said that should have noticed the brake problem. So, because they missed it TWICE, I had to pay another $400-$500. Never had problems like this when Dave Devine was there.5) I will probably never go back and will tell people to stay away from there, as well.6) I am not letting this go. I WANT to be reimbursed for the extra cost of the rear breaks and my wasted time of 2 hours at their shop rate.Thanks,Bill

I went into this establishment to see Larry Cullen who is now the new store manager. Larry has taken care of my fleet of cars for years and I am very happy to know his is back in town. I brought my Mercedes in for 4 tires and alignment and let me tell you the service here is second to none. Corey is on point and really knows what he is doing. When you spend over 2 thousand on run flat tires you want the best working on your car and Larry is the best. Thank you for all your great service.
