I totally forgot about getting my car inspection until the last day. I called around and noone had space to fit me in without a 3-4 hour wait. Great experience from start to finish. Honest, ethical professionals. The horn to my Toyota 4Runner worked intermittently due to a faulty clock spring. I dropped it off with Best Auto. A few hours later they called me back to say that my horn was working and I didn’t need to replace the clock spring. I told them to go ahead and install because it was an intermittent problem and I had already trouble shot the issue. It takes an honest group to turn away potential business. I have been taking my cars to Best Auto for years (new and old). They are honest and fair with pricing, plus if they know of someone that can help you out in a better way, they will send you some where else. I take my wifes Cadillac and now my new Silverado to them regulary.

Took a car for pre purchase inspection, they looked at it, and stated that it has a salvage title ( I was aware of that not part of the inspection) it will need engine replaced soon because it has salvage tittle! We cant see whats wrong with the car visual inspections has cosmetic imperfections but no issues, no frame damage, no electrical damage, no leaks, all mechanical parts look to be original we cant see anything wrong with it mechanically but. You will need to replace engine because its salvage !!! What Kind Of report is that!?

Im new to the area and needed my truck fixed. Best Auto Repair was recommended by a new neighbor. I read the online reviews and decided to take a chance with them. Im very happy I did! They got me up and running again with no unpleasant surprises. The estimate was only a few dollars off from the final bill. I took my car in and told them my sway bar was broken on the drivers side they told me it wasnt they said I needed sway bar links and bushings and controls arms so I paid for that got my car back and it drove good that day I parked it at two days later I go to drive it and I hear and feel a loud popping sound I take it back and they tell me they sway bar is broken I will never take my car there again

I have been to Best Auto for the normal oil change and AC service over the past year. What truly impresses me about Best Auto is the exceptional service and advice. I was told by another local business that my 2006 Honda Accord your transmission is about to fail. We can fix it for $3200. Took it to Anderson and was told there was no issue with trans or motor mounts. The shudder I was experiencing was due to worn out, unbalanced tires. AC repair on my 07 Honda CRV. Did some basic diagnostic to see if it was a simple relay but that was not the case. Decided to give them a try. Spoke to Anderson and he was fantastic. Communication was very good and AC compressor repair was done on time and at a fair price. Would go back and recommend.

Anderson runs a fantastic business and does all he can to keep his total prices as low as possible. He would not hesitate to find a good used engine from a salvage yard to replace a defective engine if that is the best option available to help his customer. His prices vs a dealer that I have used for years is fantastic and he replaced the engine mounts for exactly $200 less than the dealers quote for the job. If you vehicle is not under a warranty policy, then you are spending too much of your hard earned money if you are not a Best Auto Repair customer!

I met Anderson in 2011, and he has always done an excellent job working on all of my cars. In seeing these reviews popping up on Google, I have to say something in his defense. I witnessed the accident that took place on Tuesday, 7/18/17, at Best Auto Repair. A girl was leaving his shop in a creme colored SUV and struck the wall. The customer is accusing him of not fixing the break on their car. They are rating him negatively to impact his business, and I dont believe what theyre saying is true, as I saw the accident myself.

She brought her car, a Hyundai, to the shop to fix the a/c on 07/18/17, but unfortunately, she didnt leave the key so we could not work on the car. She never said anything about the brakes, we dont have any work order saying anything about brakes, if we had the work order and the key we would be glad to get this fixed for her. We keep our camera on 24/7 and we want to invite you guys to come to the shop to show you the video and you guys will see that nobody worked on the car.You guys are more than welcome to come and see the video.

If I could give 0 stars I would, a friend of mine recently took her car in for some minor work on her air conditioning. When she picked her car up and began driving home, she noticed her brake light was on (it was not on before) AND her brakes would not work. Thank god she hit green lights all the way home because if there was a red light she wouldve been unable to stop and wouldve most likely caused a huge accident. When you take your car in to get work done, it should not come back with more problems than it had when you took it in. Having your brakes completely stop working while youre driving down a busy road is an absolute nightmare. No one go here!!

I have a 2002 chevy express cargo van that would not pass inspection due to check engine light I have been to numerous other shops to no avail. not only did they fix this problem, they repaired a lighting problem and an anti lock break problem, all for less than $200.00 I am one happy customer AAA+++

Rarely do you meet a mechanic that will honestly fix your car and if for some reason your not satisfied as was my case he replaced another part the problem was fixed but he said drive it for the weekend and come back on Monday and pay me for the part and no charge for the labor ...! That did it for me that never happens at a garage you pay then get the keys and hope its fixed...I wont take any of my three cars anywhere else ( Mercedes Benz Chevy S10 Pick up and Ford Mustand ) no doub in my mind about their honesty....Michael Oller
