What a joy to shop here before work. The store is always very clean and well stocked. The biggest bonus is being greeted by the gal that welcomes everyone that enters the store with a cheerful, Hola which means hello ín Spanish. I havent gotten her name, but her employer is so blessed to have her as an employee. She said she had been at the store for 10 years, and was blessed with a fantastic boss. She was very helpful and kind and made me feel like I got a great start to my day. Great bargains here. Check them out.

You are greeted with a friendly hello as you walk in the door and staff will ask if you need any help or if you found what you wanted. Great customer service!

They have a limited supply of certain items, but stock a nice variety. Some things you can get cheaper at Wal-Mart.

It was crowded but still love the store and the employees were busy stocking shelves and the coolers which added to the crowded spaces. I found exactly what i needed and got checked out in a very quick timely manor. Will always recommend this dollar tree.

Why spend tons of money elsewhere when you can can find just about every little need and even food for a buck at Dollar Tree. The variety and availability is truly amazing!

Shelves are always empty. Usually only one cashier and no one stalking shelves with the hundreds of boxes sitting all over the floor in front of the shelves.

This Dollar Tree store is awful. I frequent quite a few. Theres a difference between being overworked and understaffed, and just flat out lazy. First, the store is oddly dark. You cant see anything. The aisles are flooded with stocking boxes, the shelves are bare and honestly, the employees arent that professional. In fact, on my last trip to this particular store, my cashier shouted at me that he wiped down his station, then as I was paying with my card, he belched. All I said was, how ya doin. I know Dollar Tree isnt some high class store, but like I mentioned, I frequent a few different ones, where the employees are chipper and the store is clean/organized. The one located in Massillon Marketplace is so much nicer.

They have a nice variety items. Everything from frozen foods, household needs, craft items, lots of holiday things and tons more.

So many trinkets.. craft supplies galore.. I could get lost for hours in this store.. my daughter and I adore this place its our favorite weekly outting together..

On 7/25/20 around noon or so, cashier was nice until I turned down her offer to donate, then she became very abrupt, didnt didnt say thank you or goodbye, and didnt respond when I said those things to her first. She began communicating with another customer before she was done with me and cut me off when I said goodbye. She was clearly mad at me for not donating. People have reasons why they dont donate to retail or fast food, its not always because theyre miserly, its a very personal decision. This is not one of my favorite DT stores anyway, so Ill just go to the many other ones in the area.

The Dollar Tree has a wide variety of items, including a nice selection of grocery items, housewares, greeting cards, holiday decorations, and more. Many of the items are even name brand, and most importantly, the prices are great!Despite having minimum floor coverage, as is the standard for dollar stores, the customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The store is fairly clean, well organized, and well kept up, which is a major challenge for dollar stores. The store seems to be somewhat dark, as if there isnt sufficient lighting, but maybe this helps them keep the prices low. I did look up at the lighting and all of the bulbs were working, so this isnt a case of employee neglect.On 8-23-17 I visited the store and bought dish soap, light bulbs, and some kitchen scissors. I was waited on by Brian, who was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.My rating is based on how this establishment compares to other establishments within the same category, industry, franchise, or business model.

Store is very clean & they try to make it as safe as possible for customers during this pandemic they have disinfectant to wipe carts or baskets down with they have plastic covering the credit card machines so they can be wiped down easily & they have plexy glass up to protect the cashier & customers they also have the social distancing tape on the floor & it being a dollar store you cant find a better deal but you have to keep in mind it only cost a dollar so you cant expect luxury items but mostly theyre products atleast do what they say & last like youd expect for a dollar not the best but will do the job till you can afford to replace it with a better product. I always buy my toothpaste there they have close up & colgate products the same size as other stores for much cheaper same with tooth brushes carmex is only a buck compared to double that at store like Walgreens or even walmart

They have really good stuff there!! I got a bunch of Christmas gift bags at 50% off for Christmas 2019. They look as nice as what Id get at Target or Walmart!! The employees are polite and helpful if youre having trouble finding an item too.

This store needs some remodeling. Its not well lit and the floor is in poor shape. That being said, the cashier Anita is super friendly.

The only problem was there wasnt enough buggy, my daughter in law had to carry her 2 year old. I am 71 and we had to carry our items. We found some buggy by the last reg hidden we took one. I really love the store. Most of the time you guys are great.

They have many products that are not just convenient for you, but it lasts longer than Higher Brands. Ex: a 10.75 oz of Lysol cleaner makes you 5 Gallons of it. Thats a Great Bargin!!!

Came to the store with my son to pick up some snacks and a couple drinks before his doctors appointment . police were there the stores cashier explained a methed up teenager tried to run out of the store with a basket of merchandise which was okay but joking about her crack pipe was a bit much in from of my toddler.
