The one star is being generous... This store is always out of stock on most everything. The staff is more worried about socializing than actually helping customers. Lines are long cashiers are mostly slow and unorganized . We avoid this store whenever possible.. probably the best experience is slip in the back tire and lube entrance go find what u need if they even have it (slim chance) and have the tire and lube check u out and let.u out that door

Wife used the tire center for new tires. The tires went sure a week, no screws or nails. Looked like it just had a defective one. Over the phone they said come in any time. We came in and there wasnt any help for twenty minutes. I started roaming the store to find an employee. They are few and far in between. Ended up finding help at the grocery. Asked if they could send a manager to help the long line of customers. Waited another 15 minutes before someone finally came. Junk products, junk service, but great variety... If they arent out of stock. Will never let her pick them again.

Employees are very rude. I went to pick up on food order. I ordered 8. They changed it to 4. They didnt give me 4.The employee said you are not getting your 4 items in a rude voice. I went inside to Customer Service. The manager was rude also. I left crying. I had to call and get a refund.

I pretty much live on Wal-Mart goods and services.

This isnt my favorite Walmart because of its location. I like the Walmart on the strip in Canton, but its just preference. There are other stores/places to eat around but not a variety. This Walmart is a little sketchy, but always organized the greatest but usually find what I need.

The atmosphere isnt as bad as one in Wooster. Dont care to shop much anymore especially in Walmarts. Especially at 9 to 11pm.

Their curbside pick up is so inconsistent! I had to wait an hour and half and I never received notification the pick up was ready. After calling they said it actually was ready and they would be out in a few minutes. Another 15 minutes went by and still no sign of my order! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not recommend.

If you want a shopping experience where employees wear the masks properly and shelves are well stocked... do not shop here.

I ventured into Massillon Walmart on a Saturday night to grab some groceries after we had a late dinner. As we walked through the store with our list, we counted 14 opened packages throughout the store of food items laying around on shelves. From packages of buns, to opened breakfast bowls in the refrigerated section, to sausage patties that had the wrap removed. Not only does this not make me feel safe buying groceries here, but ewwwwww!!! Come on Walmart. I understand that your employees likely arent the ones doing it, but clean up your store & start going after the people that so irresponsibly go through a store and either take part of something without paying for it, or open food items up and leave them there after touching the food!! This is why Ill go back to paying a slightly higher amount for a SAFER experience. To add the the wonderful experience your conveyer belts at checkout are awful! Theyre warped and nothing can even stand up right. And I do not understand the concept of lines being exceptionally long, while the cashier in the 20 items or less lane that sells cigarettes, stood there with no one and was so bored she appeared to be writing her own grocery list, while ignoring what was going on around her. Thank you Walmart for reminding me why not to shop here.

You get a lot of food and it is very good there farmers omlete is huge

Stop at the store a lot I spend a lot of time buying my day-to-day needs at the store the shelves have been rather empty the last few months since the pandemic but theres a good selection theyre brand George that they sell in the clothing department for men are probably one of the most durable and reliable clothing departments you can ever get. Theyre housewares and camping supplies are amazing

Always came here because it was more convenient but not coming here anymore. Employees were disrespectful, went to get soil and my mother wanted this succulent plant and it was clear as day that the plant was stressed out with leaves dying, the pot was busted and there were numerous other plants that were sold in singles as well (important for later), we went up to an employee in the patio and they knew nothing and sent us to an employee outside out of the patio. So we went up to an employee that ended up being with 3, and this one rude employee tried to get us to buy this plant with 6 OTHER SUCCULENTS. When it was clear that people are buying them in singles. The employee employee then made it out like we were bad customers because we had no clue. So my mother that wanted this succulent for me to save because it was so beaten up and ruined, we couldnt get it because this employee wanted us to buy this 6 pack.Second, after we scanned stuff, dog food that was under the cart was over looked and wasnt payed for and scanners at the front never went off. So we go back in, and my mom told an employee so that she could pay for it, and they laughed at her in her face. Absolutely rude.Next time you hire people, consider having employees that know something about plants. Also, dont allow people to buy plants in singles if your just gonna be rude to a customer that doesnt know its a 6 pack when clearly people are buying it in singles. The only reason we wanted to buy a certain one, was because the plant wasnt even being taken care of and the container it was in was half broken. I know its not a plant store, but at least have some respect for nature when having plants be in containers that are broken. Dont sell them if its broken next time Id say. :/

Picked up a curbside order. Perfect service (as always). Then, I drove over to the auto service dept. I wanted help with a heavy car battery. The 3 young men I came in contact with were rude and unhelpful. Ill go somewhere else next time.

Nice and well organized store. Shelves were stocked neatly and things were easy to find. Nice selection of better quality Ramen (Im addicted... I admit it.) This was my first visit here as i just moved to the area. Ill be coming back.

Its a Walmart supercenter. The store is great, the maskless masses spreading COVID all over the place, not so much.

Way better then both Canton Wal-Marts. Isles werent clogged with people. Was clean and checkout wasnt a hassle. Would be 5 stars but some things I needed werent in stock for some reason

I watched a one of their employees load a online shoppers car. He literally threw almost every bag of groceries, including eggs into the trunk. I told the customer he needs to check his order for damage. He informed me that there were 2 cases of Dr. Pepper that he didnt order. Another employee heard this and asked the customer about it. She just threw her hands in the air and said oh well, you got them free. I made sure to inform a manager about this. And people wonder why grocery prices are going through the damn roof??!! Theres part of the answer. They would both be FIRED if I was the manager. This online shopping needs to stop.

What a mess! Why cant you stop moving things around. That just makes me shop somewhere else.

Two cashiers, self checkout doesnt except cash, shelves a mislabeled empty mess. Walmarts slow death has started. Reverse the buzz before its to late

They have a fairly nice variety of things. Usually have what you want in stock. Shopping there ends up being a bit frustrating. They never have enough registers open. The people at the registers are slow as sloths! The self checkout is not a great option when you have lots of items. The order for pick up is pretty convenient though, and you don’t even have to get out of your vehicle. If you aren’t searching for something very specific, that’s the best option to avoid frustration.

50 minutes to pick up curbside order. This is unacceptable. Im not blaming the employees, im sure theyre short staffed. Take less orders online if u have to! 20 spaces 18 cars waiting!! Unbelievable

Its Walmart, they have nearly everything and of the Walmart stores nearby I am partial to the Massillon Marketplace Location. The Tusc. Walmart is too packed like 10 pounds of stuff in a 5 pound bag. And the Strip Walmart, the one I worked at 20 years ago, seems like its missing part of the store for some reason. I think Massillon is the best option.

Grocery pickup was a complete disaster. I checked in on my way and still waited 50 minutes for minutes for them to bring out the order.

Every time me or me wife would go to get groceries and such the shelves have been bare. The baby formula is now locked up but only the Gerber. The self checkouts are a pain to use and prefer to deal with a human cashier.

I am 9@ n my sister is 85 years old. I bought nearly $400 worth of things n asked for carry out. When my sister got to her car with carry out he only lifted the 24 ok of water for her. The rest she had to do herself. I was waiting for her to pick me up n there was no place to sit n wait . Not a good experience for older person.

They have good prices but need more cashiers. We are shopping not working for ourselves.

The store was extremely busy. But all the registers were open and there was plenty of workers stocking shelves as fast as they could. Every employee that I came across was very pleasant.

I love shopping at Walmart it usually has what Im looking for. They have reasonably good prices.

Did not have everything that I needed.But, that easy to do with different stores.

Best place around for bottled water. As long as you do not mind off brand. A 40 pack for four dollars is a steal compared to Aquafina or Dasani around five or six dollars for a 24 pack.

App lists items in stock. Store counts are off and items are out of stock frequently. I was most recently visiting the electronics department. The associates working there werent very knowledgeable, but they were very helpful and friendly.

Pretty quick when it comes to delivery!

To be 4 days before Christmas during a pandemic the employees were pleasant and there was enough staff on duty on this day so the lines werent long (I DO NOT like self check out!!) There were MANY empty shelves. I understand the holiday rush but this is a pattern at this store.I prefer this store to the one closer to me but I always leave without things on my list because they are out.

The store is always clean yes some of the shelves are usually empty and hard to find certain items but since the masks have been taken away its much better more enjoyable shopping experience.

This is your normal Walmart. I’d call it a down the middle store.. I’ve been to better ones.. I’ve also been to far far worse ones. Went grocery shopping on Friday night. The shelves were mostly bare. This also seems status quo for Walmart’s in the evenings. I don’t normally shop at this location, but I was in the area doing other shopping. 3/5 for lack of product on shelves.

My husband and I were shopping here around 9 last night. I was in the Little Debbie aisle looking for Hostess coffee cakes but could only find the off brand so I went ahead and picked them up. An employee stocking the shelves ( I didnt see her name) asked if I was looking for the Hostess brand and then said she had some on her cart. She walked all the way down the aisle to retrieve them. I really appreciated that she went out of her way to do that when she was busy. She didnt even have to say anything about them and I wouldve been none the wiser. Very awesome employee!! Her customer service skills are top notch!

I am not impressed with the whole Self Check out service. There is only 2-4 registers set up where you can go to a cashier. Which half the time they arent open. Its just crazy and confusing. I can imagine how the elderly and or Amish feel. 9r those who arent electronically inclined. Im very disappointed in Walmart.Whys next robot stockers?

Never really had a problem here 98% of the time they have what I need except sometimes in the food sections but that a whole other story.

Since employees arent learning manners at home, perhaps WalMart could have a class for them. The appropriate response when you walk right in front of someone is Excuse me. Remember the customer is there and ultimately paying your salary so its rude to ignore them. Its especially irritating to hear your gossip amongst each of you while youre ignoring us. You have a long road ahead of you without manners and etiquette.
