Love Target, check out was super quick. There was tons of new, reasonably priced toy selection and the kind lady at the check out area was super sweet to my toddler and even complimented me on my parenting.

I like the convenience of not having to go into the store and yet getting what I need.

Very clean store and friendly employees. The young man pharmacist is really awesome. Very friendly very helpful very good at his job.

Paid full for an Xbox Series S this morning, at this Target. They had one left so I purchased it and it charged my card. Three hours later, they sold the console to someone else. Didn’t even tell me it was ready to be picked up, nothing. Just sold after I already paid for it.

I feel Target is pricier than other similar stores.

Currently frustrated with Target. I shop here 2-3 days a week and am a Target fanatic. However, I purchased an air mattress and the second time sleeping on it, it lost all the air. I know I couldn’t get a refund but there is a sticker on the box stating if it’s opened you can return for a similar air mattress. That’s even the policy stated on their website.I understand COVID has changed everything in our life and I try to take that into consideration but there is LITERALLY a sticker on the box saying opened mattresses can be exchanged for a similar one. I tried to take it back tonight to exchange it for a similar one, like stated and they said I couldn’t.I am so frustrated and out $90.

Love the merchandise. My store is always clean and nicely presented. Staff are attentive at the self-checkouts.

So my wife and I purchase a kitchen aid toaster about a year or so ago, brought it home plugged it in and have used it daily with no problem or concerns! Now my wife moves it in and out to clean the counter and such routinely, now she says look at this electric cord on the toaster, I do and I find black tape wrapped around the cord where someone had repaired it, they sold it as new to me and we really didn’t notice the repair for a long time, so beware when you buy appliances from Target.

Went to shop and got all I needed. Stopped by the Starbucks and met a very kind young lady named Haley! She was courteous and very kind, will be coming back for their kind service!

Watched them serve a customer with no mask and then I complained to corporate and they told me it is against the state wide mandate to force customers to wear a mask which is a bold face lie. All they care about is money not their customers protection do not shop here.

Needed some information about a product they sell. It was 9:55pm. They close at 10pm. Someone actually disconnected my call without answering. The question was do you sell a certain product in this store or is it just online. I wont be wasting a trip to the Massillon store.

Had an experience I wanted to share. Although it wasn’t 100% pleasant. I arrived with my son who is 5 and has Down Syndrome. I was going to grab a coffee from Starbucks. I went to put him in the new cart for People who have special needs because of safety purposes for both him and I. It’s hard to hold a 5 year old and hold a hot coffee. But anyway, an employee told me I couldn’t use the cart because it wasn’t for my kind of kid it was for adults that have a disability. I told this person I have used it before and she didn’t care. It literally broke my heart. “My kind of kid”? That stung. But the parts that made this sting in my heart go away and the tears go away was how kind and thoughtful the manager was about the situation... also another shopper cane up to me and was so kind and talked to my son just like any other person. There is a light... Just because ONE employee is ignorant, does not ruin how amazing the rest are! How wonderful the manager was... how kind his words were, that is what we need more in this world. And how kind the shopper was, I’m very thankful that the terrible experience was shifted to a much better one. That ONE employee will not keep me from going to Target/Starbucks or my son from using the cart made for everyone who has a special need. Thank you to the manager! I appreciate the person you are!

First off I love Target in general. This one is no exception. I always receive wonderful customer service, always in and out trips, and always have a helping hand around if I need it. I will pay a little bit more to shop at Target because I love the atmosphere. Its so nice in comparison to their competitors.

I was just at your Target store on Lincoln-way. They only had self check outs open. Their were many unhappy customers. I understand the need for self check outs. However their should always be registers open with cashiers.

The pharmacy is amazing. The best perk of switching all of our prescriptions to cvs/target Pharmacy is getting Starbucks and the great people behind both stations. Anytime I have a question through out the store I just ask and the employees are helpful.

I took my elderly mom shopping, as we entered a Target employee took a minute to pray with/for my mom. What a sweet gesture this was. The employees are very friendly & helpful here.

A nice young dark haired girl helped ring me out the other day, but in the self checkout! I really do hate using those things. I believe she went bye Teresa or Tearsa, just a sweetheart & so helpful! Making this my home Targrt now, someone tell her I still appreciate it so much!!

I enjoy shopping at Target especially for electronic items. I was sad when i went to shop for a desk top computer. They had none in stock or on display. I was able to get a nice refurbished or recertified one from the target web site.

Dont trust their online stock. They were out of an item clearly listed as in stock online. They did not care they were out and were unwilling to help us out. We worked with Melissa in electronics. Dont waste your time with this location. They suck.

Walked in and immediately taken care care of. My package was was ready and handed to me within 45 seconds!

I really enjoy shopping at my local target. It is my go to store! I always have a good experience and I truly believe the employees here are customer service specialists. I have encountered so many great customer service experiences here in each department (cashiers, electronics, service desk and even starbucks). Recently my husband and I recently remodeled and freshened up our master bedroom and two of the service desk employees (I wish I knew their names) went above and beyond to ensure I received the best sale possible on my new bedding. They are wonderful and I definitely will keep going back. Thank you so much. I wish other companies cared more about their customers as much as yours.

Im pretty positive it was a lead or some sort of management, she was short,red hair and glasses. Extremely rude and snobby! only one cashier with a huge line and wouldnt even go to a cashier to help. Instead she pulled someone and continues to stand there watching the lines fill up.

Sales clerk in Electronics said he knows quite a bit about Consumer Cellular and in asking questions I found he does not.Its Target, youre a fan you love it and if not you dont. Average, nothing special, to me.

A lot of variety but prices werent that great. Couldnt find exactly what I was looking for in the price range I had. Store was clean and thats always a plus. Cashier was mediocre. Not overly friendly but just enough to get by. Dont expect Id shop here again anytime soon.

The employees dont do anything but the minimum they have to. Dont find out answers to questions. Took 20 minutes to have help in electronics. Registered for baby registry and guests could not find anything I put on list at the store. Been waiting for them to restock baby bottles for two months.
