Maybe they are good, but I wouldn’t know. Drove specifically to this location because they reported being open until 7 pm. I arrived at 6:30 to find ‘Jean’ closing up shop. I pled my case..had a nail in my tire and desperately needed a patch. He looked at me and simply shrugged his shoulders. No help, no apology, now stuck at the one place I came to get help. Don’t waste your time if you are even CLOSE to closing time!Picture is from 6:57 because I’ve been trying to get someone to help me and am now communicating with a mobile service company.

I went in for an oil change. They charged me for premium service and gave me my car back and said all was fine. A month later while driving, all the lights on my dashboard simultaneously started going off. I took it to a mechanic and he told me there was no oil in my car. Called Walmart service department and was told manager is too busy to get on the phone. I’m taking my car into the store today. Hopefully this gets resolved.Update: I just had a conversation with the manager. He said he was going to review the camera footage during my oil change to prove that the oil change was done. He came back with the attached photo. A blurry picture of someone standing next to my car. I asked him to explain why there is less than 1 quart of oil in my car when their work order show they claimed they put 4.6qt in my car. His response was ‘ things happen’

So many issues with this locationFirst I placed an online order for my tires using affirm financing. They canceled saying it wasnt in stock. Went in person the tires were in stock but they wouldnt let use the online to get them meaning I couldnt do the financing I would of preferred. Then while just trying to get info on pricing they took the keys and began to work. I didnt even have a chance to decide if I want to do it but because it started I just let them.Finally after it was done I pay for the work decent cost and time no complaints there. However I go out to get my car and they are telling me the battery is dead. My car is less than a year old and never once had an issue. So after asking did they know how my push start ignition works they flat out refused to admit they left either the car on standby mode or ignition mode. My car has a lot of electronic equipment and so it can drain eaaily in an hour. They kept trying to tell me I needed a battery I refused this. Finally they jump my car and let me go.I get in and see for the first time in my cars history the Service Engine Light is on. It wasnt when I pulled in for a basic tire service. So i leave upset and go to Autozone to get my code read. Also once there I turn my car on and off 7 times perfectly no issues with the battery. Turns out when messing with my battery the Walmart Tech did something to make my TCM indicator go off. In other words they sparked it and the computer was misreading. I got it reset and my battery retested and wow no issues found.I am beyond upset and will not go to another walmart auto center. I tried to save money and time I should of invested better.

This location went above and beyond to make sure that I got quality tires for a great price!!I had ordered Douglas tires from the walmart website and also made an appointment to take my truck to the Walmart automotive center. When I called the store, they inform me that the tires were not there and would be delayed due to the pandemic. The manager(George), as well as all of the other employees in the office worked extensively to find me a set of replacement tires. Not only did they do that, they also found me a better set of tires and they were priced VERY reasonable. I also threw in an oil change, and extended warranty on the tires as well. Thank you guys again!!💯💯💯

Overall, the AUTO CARE STAFF was NOT friendly, or professional. AUSTIN made a poor attempt, at providing good customer service. I am not confident that a SIMPLE oil change was done properly. OR DONE AT ALL. I was given the EXCUSE of no more stickers. Therefore, no evidence of the work. Also, my windshield wipers were replaced, but coincidentally the brand requested, conveniently DID NOT FIT- upcharge of close $10. I assess my experience as POOR. And the WALMART TEAM working on, TUESDAY MORNING 12/15/2020. AS INCOMPENT. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!

Absolutely the worst, like the worst place to come if you want to take care of your car. Unacceptably rude and arrogant employees. Don’t waist your time in this shop. This is the worst car shop I’ve ever seen in my life. Absolutely incredible level of laziness and ignorance. Just can’t believe it... Stay away from this Walmart tire center. Save your nerves.

Listed hours are until 7, arrived at 6:28 hoping they could squeeze me in for an oil change. I would have understood if they were too busy, but in fact they were completely closed. Not closing were putting up the chains, but completely closed at 6:28 PM. I asked about it and he said only the office is open till 7 oh, they have to close down the garage before that so that they can clean up. Fantastic, change your listed hours. I drove across town 20 minutes each way because you list false hours. Even though you are a lower price than places nearer to me, I wont be back. I just wasted 40 minutes of my life

Terrible operation. Staff so stressed they’re ready to cry, maintenance guys give customers the evil eye, I waited 2 1/2 hours fore an oil change and my car has leaked ever since. It’s just cheap and you will pay with you’re free time and repairs on shotty work!

Sam the manager helped me out in a pinch with a hole in my tire. They were pretty much closed up at the end of the day and he went ahead and pulled my car in and was able to patch the tire for me. Sam completly turned a bad day after work around for me. Id go out of my way to take my car to him again. Great guy, great service.

***DONT WASTE YOUR TIME***Called to check before I drove to this location. Upon arrival at 5:40pm I was told they stop checking in at 5pm despite the listed closing time of 7pm and I wasnt informed of that either over the phone. Customer service is seriously lacking at this location. This is an example of why Walmart should be a limited service business.

Do not come here for any auto service. Rude staff and very unhelpful, and one of them coughed the whole time I waited with an improperly worn mask. All I needed was 1 tire changed, which I ordered from them, and they could not even locate my order until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Will not be back.

This Walmart is the closest to my house that has an automotive center. I have had new tires put on twice and several oil changes here. I always get fast, reliable, friendly service. The techs are easy to talk to and very helpful. Theres a waiting area or you can do your shopping while they work on your vehicle. Highly recommend this Walmart Auto center.

So slow getting stuff done. My car was actually in the shop for an hour and a half for a basic oil change. I understand if their busy and it takes them a while to get to it but it doesnt take an hour and a half to change the oil after you lift the car. Never going here again.

I recently went to get my tires checked since I am going on a road trip, as well as a balance and rotation. Well they did the balance and rotation but didn’t tell my I needed a new tire until after they took my car out of the garage. Then I proceeded to ask them if they could change my tire. Well they told me that I would have to get back in line, which was an hour wait, just to get my tire changed. I reiterated that I was just in the garage for my tires to be checked. Why would I have to get in line all over again. The lady continued to repeat the same thing. I refused to get back in line when I was just being helped. I was very frustrated and disappointed in the service that was rendered to me.

Extremely unorganized. Wasted 2 hours waiting for my battery to be put in and then when I came to check on the car no one knew why I didn’t have any paper work... They couldn’t put my battery in because it requires special installation. But that was not communicated to me or any of the cashiers in that section, further wasting my time. Jeffery, the supervisor, compensated me for my time, but let me know that that’s not typical and they don’t “owe” me for my wasted time while the auto manager stood there with a frowny face. There were multiple calls and complaints about this department while I was there. And even through out the store, I ran into many employees and none of them spoke or offered help. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because Daniel, another manager was so nice and helpful. I would definitely not come to Walmart again based off this experience.

Terrible customer service and the hours listed are not accurate. Closing time for Sunday listed as 6. I was told that they close at 5 and stop doing tires at 4. Hours should be reflected on site to save people lots of time. The lady who answers the phone was rude and very short. Acted annoyed by me wanting to confirm availability prior to coming in. I am not sure how this lady still has a job in customer service.

They wanted to replace our road warranty covered tire with a tire of lesser value. They had a new person at the register who was left to fend for herself. It wasnt her fault, but the service was abysmal. Her manager had about the same level of unhelpfulness, but he didnt have the excuse of being new. After being there for an hour and still getting nowhere with the manager, we took an $80 loss on the tire and went to a shop that knows what theyre doing.

Extremely Long wait...I was initially told they did not have my tire. After a very long but usual wait, I asked if they could pump up my slow leak so I could go elsewhere to find a tire, then a young Man in garage area told me that they did in fact have the tire I needed there. I was relieved. The price for the tire was $44 however by the time they added all these ridiculous fees it was $74! Prices in Atlanta are out of control but wages are actually lower than States like Tennessee and Mississippi. I tried to book a hotel for a few nights and in addition to the room rate there were 4 fees for taxes and other fees. I did not book.

They arent friendly at all. I went for a high mileage oil change the female mechanic needs to be re trained specifically on customer service, and the appropriate way to deal with customers. I asked another mechanic a general question about my vehicle and was met with a blank stare and no response . The oil change was just ok and the customer service was terrible do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

As shown their hours state the my open at 7am. I got off work and came straight there since my battery was bad and was leaving on a road trip soon. I sat and waited until 7 came around. To my surprise, a lady in the stock room said no they’ll be here at 8. Extremely disappointed and won’t waste my time coming back for anything.***Update***I called back because many locations stated they can’t work on my car I have to take to an actual shop. Lady said that she’s been there the whole time so really I need to be speaking with the dumba** who said they weren’t open yet. When I came back the manager waited on me and spoke to me about the matter. Never was I compensated for my time so I’m still a very disappointed customer and never returning.

Do yourself a favor and never come here. Terrible customer service, the worst I have seen and extremely slow. I came here for a simple tire patch and called ahead on the phone, the receptionist told me to come right away as there isnt a wait. I got there in 2 minutes and he said 45 min to 1hour wait, which turned into a 3 hour wait. Tire was patched, but I went home and the next morning low pressure light went on again and it was the same tire. Got inspected at AAA and they told me Walmart had done a terrible patch job there is still a leak. Went back to Walmart, waited another 2 hours and they had a terrible attitude. No one was ever at the reception desk. Refused to give me a receipt or note at the end because they didnt want to be liable for messing up my tire again. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I went to Walmart to get an oil change something Ill NEVER be doing again . Went to a oil change place on canton a place I usually go to they told me my oil pan is messed up and the plug is stripped from my last oil change he did a temporary fix on my car and said take it back to Walmart and have them fix it. I took it to Walmart and they looked at it and said its not leaking oil its fine he fixed it. So Im like hmm okay. A week goes by and my car starts smoking and guess what its oil leaking from the bottom. Dont take your car to Walmart these people are not mechanics they learn two things oil change and tires if they mess something up they wouldnt know. A mistake they made is costing me money. I should be reimbursed for them messing up my car. NEVER GO HERE !!!

Loved this place. Been getting oil change there now for a years. Told me it’s looong wait upfront I drop off or sit and wait, Auto area manager very helpful and knowledgeable, was respectful informative. Because some of the customers infront of me would have made me upset complaining about TIME?? ITS AUTO SHOP. Some place minimum wait time is no less then 2hours for a tire, so I was ok with my 1 hour 1/2 wait. His staff I dont like, they were slow, some were fast and talked a lot but Ive been to worst places. Jeep dealership had me waiting **6hours** for tires and oil change and charged me $800, I would saved $300 bucks if went too Walmart car shop.

Called at 5:45 and was told the auto center closes at 7, got there at 6, and was told theyre no longer taking cars. Ok...then why mislead a customer on the phone? Dont ya think ya should of mentioned that on the phone? I called so I wouldnt have to drive on the donut unless I had to or waste my time. Thats wrong and misleading to customers. If this is policy (which Ive never had occur at other locations) it should be stated when a potential customer calls, and listed with the hours where it is posted. Ive never experienced such a disregard for the customer or a potential sale in my past experiences with walmart, and because of the actions today I will no longer be shopping at walmart. Thankfully I live in a community that has many other companies that will appreciate my business and time, unlike your associates.

Hours posted says 7am I arrived at 6:55 because I had to be to work at 9. After sitting outside for 15 mins I decide to walk around because the outside entrance was still locked. I passed at least 5 Walmart workers all seem to be mad at the world. I worked for Walmart 5 years where we implement the 10 foot rule. Anytime anyone is within 10 foot of you your suppose to greet them and ask if they needed help with anything. Instead one girl almost ran me over didnt say excuse me and everybody else mad at the damn world. The only reason I came here is because I neede a place that open up really early. But after several disappointing experiences this would be my last time coming to this location.

Greeting on July 3rd 2017 I I went to AutoZone on Cobb Parkway had my battery checked and the lady told me my battery was bad the better was 2 years old and it came from Walmart. I went over to Walmart at Walmart 210 Cobb Parkway. And told them that I just left AutoZone they tested my battery my start of my alternator they found out that my battery was bad. I took that information over to Auto Care at Walmart 210 Parkway and I told the cashier to customer service got his name is Shane that I would like to have my battery replaced because I had a warranty on it. I had left my windows cracked on all four of my windows to the point where no hands could get inside of my truck but to keep it cool while I wait for a battery. The check name I dont know but he is detective does the batteries and tires he has long dreadlocks and he has a Caribbean accent. Instead of him coming asking for my keys I dont know what how he got into my truck but I can tell you you can only get you couldnt even fit your fist through the window. Now I hear rattling in my drivers door in the lock in the door that connects to the metal latch so he must have shim it my door with some type of object instead of coming to feet to get Nikes know his intention was not to worry about my battery when after I notice he was in my truck outside. Hes simit my door with an object my door is making a rattling noise on the driver side still coming 10ft to get my keys and properly unlock my truck thanks a lot or boy he check my battery and told me my battery was good okay Im driving off thinking my battery is good I get out and let me check the things in my truck my gun case that was under the seat that was out of out of anyone eyeswas pulled I dont understand your hair grease all over hand prints and then I looked around and I saw a hand print on the bottom of my passenger seat down below the pocket where I stick my items into have they rambled in why is your hand print all of my truck everywhere why does your hand on my dashboard because you looking into my glove box he was looking for electronics anything is still hes the thief hes a thief. So as days passed here we come Wednesday my battery dies again from just charging my phone I called the manager of the store and explain to him that my battery is dead I came back to get a better better never got one hes like if you can get down to the store he was going to give me a jump and he came up there with a nasty look on his face he didnt want to do it but that is the courteous thing that I dont care place to do is come out and give you a jump he might need one one day I might look at him and said no you and nasty Im not going to give you a job but anyway I guess God s in his heart. July 4th was to get me a battery so I wouldnt be broke down so I got a new battery and I want on by my mirror way. But the plot of this is her people that are loyal and honest trustworthy not not not hire criminals that around peoples personal things in their cars we trust people when we come and take our cars places to get them repaired because we feel like this place has a lot of honesty know that place got a broken up and they dont even see it Im sure there are complaints against him but he probably the only thing they can keep in there with him bad attitude of the managers but Im not saying the manager was bad attitude he just had a ugly look on his face when he came back to give me a jump and I feel like if you mad about something or you mad cuz you got to come out and Air. Thank you mr. Manager I think his name was Chris not sure thank you mr. Manager for giving me a battery a replacement brand new battery in which that was what I was supposed to get because that is what my battery says on the side 3 year warranty and a two-year prorated so I thank you for giving me the three year 3-year warranty deal God bless you sir.
