The guys at Herrington were very helpful and honest about all the vehicles on their lot that I looked at. There wasnt a lot of haggling because they already had their vehicles priced well below market value. Priced to sell not to haggle. They didnt make me feel pressured and we got to take our time making a decision. Id buy from them again and recommend them.

This guy Brian is a real piece of work.I didnt like his Price so he private message me and tried to intimidate me.Not a good way to do business.I will let everyone know about him and his unscrupulous ways he works.Save your money and find a real honest car salesman.

Service after the sale is very unsatisfactory. My sons first car buying experience has been very disappointing. I am working on getting issues with the vehicle resolved at another Ford dealership because Herrington does not return calls. Wish I had something good to say, but they seem great when theyre getting the sale, but you cannot get service after if you need it. :(

Best place to get a used car!!!! We had a few minor issues with our car and they took AMAZING care of us!!!!!! I will never I go to another car dealer again. We are customers for life! Thanks Harrington Ford!

I have had the worst experience dealing with Mark Herrington! We bought a car from his Marietta dealership and after having it home for two weeks we had to take it back down to him to have some work done on the car. They had my car for almost two months. I was making car payments on a car I wasnt even able to drive. Now we are still having car problems, major one in fact. Herrington gave my husband his personal number to call him if there was a problem. Now we cant get ahold of him. He sold us a lemon and I cant afford to trade it in for anything else so Im stuck with a car thats not running right.

After being told countless time by various shops around Marietta, that my steering column could not be fixed and needed replaced, I took it to Herrington ford in Marietta and they looked at it and had it fixed the same day! Couldnt be happier with their customer service and how fast they did the work. Thanks to all you guys at Herrington ford, You guys rock!!

If I could give a negative star I would. This is the crappiest customer serivce I have ever received I am an out of towner and I was inquiring about a jeep. They pulled my credit went through the process then sold it out from under me. Then when I called to get more information, they told me that they couldnt speak to me because he was Walking out the door. He couldnt even tell me what bank approved me with a little bit more money down Biggest sack of crap

Worst experience buying a vehicle Ive ever had. Had to make two trips to redo paperwork and after that was completed they still havent paid off one of our trade ins an it has been almost a month. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.
