This time of year was tight for me and being that I have a Tesla wheels aren’t cheap! I gave this tire shop a call told them my situation and they financed 100 percent of the tires and got me in at the earliest time possible which was literally the next day! I purchased a 2500 Ram with a leveling kit it had a vibration when driving Gus looked at my truck five minutes and figured out the problem I purchased new rims tires and several other items for my truck they did exactly what they said I am pleased to say they fixed my issue my truck drives great i love my new tires and rims Thanks Guys and girls at Road Runner wheels and tires. Great communication, Gus and Max took good care. I’m in NY and this guys are in GA. They provided great communication. I wanted the best look for my truck but also keep my stock suspension. I was a little worried would have issues, but this guys took good care and send me the right set. They really know their products. Will do business with them again.

Randomly found this place as I was exploring other tire shops in the area and I’m so glad I did. I’m very specific and usually know exactly what I want, Gus was very helpful in helping me pick out a new, stylish wheel for my Jeep. I ordered 2 wheels from Road Runner. The shipping was fast and they were received in good condition. When I realized that those wheels were discontinued and I would need to return the wheels to RR, I contacted them and they said that was fine and to send them back. I did so the same day and let them know they were coming. I didnt hear anything from them for a month and did not get my refund. After a month I contacted them to see what was going on with my return. I was told they had received the wheels and they were in the warehouse. They just needed to process my return and I would get my refund. Another month went by.....nothing. I contacted them again (two months after I returned the wheels) questioning why this was taking so long. Finally that day my return was processed and I received my refund. No excuse for this type of customer service. I returned everything in the factory packaging, boxes, etc. and there was zero sense of urgency to return my my money although I had returned the product. I will not be doing any business with RR moving forward.

Excellent service. I needed 1 tire for my daughters FJ and they got it ordered and sent the next day. I went over to have the tire put on and was greeted immediately. Quick friendly service. After they put the tire on they also checked the torque on all of the wheels to be sure they were tight and correct. They did not have to do that. They went above and beyond!! I will be back soon as I need tires for my truck.

My hubby located this place after not being able to find my tires anywhere else. They actually had them. He made an appointment and we took the car the following day to get 4 brand new affordable tires installed. They are extremely close to our home, the price was great and the customer service was the best. I LOVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It goes a long way. I was having car problems and wasn’t really sure what was wrong with it. I was scared of getting scammed by a large dealership since I’m a 20 year old girl that has no knowledge about cars. So I took it to Road Runner Wheels & Tires to see if they could look at it. They said they don’t usually work on steering column issues (which is what the Hyundai dealership told me was wrong with it) but still took the time to look at it and fixed it! I’m so thankful that they were good honest people, I’m still shocked how fast they fixed it. I will be going to these guys from now on! Thank you so much!

These guys are the best in the game in what they do. I went to one well known tire shop close to them and try to up sell me expensive kits and went to these guys. Best choice. These guys sold me the same kit with new shocks for a lower price then the other guys. These guys have better deals on drop stars and TIS wheels. They told me it would take a week but took them only 4 days. These guys don’t rush on their work and work with a budget that you want and achieve your truck dream look. THESE GUYS WILL NOT UP SALE YOU OR PUSH YOU TO BUY PRICEY KITS WHEELS OR TIRES. Will come back in the future with my wife future Jeep.

I live outside of Nashville and bought 4 tires online and received them within 3 days which was great for me. I went to 3 different tires places to get them balanced here near home and no one could balance them. I called RoadRunner and they said they could do it so I drove 550 miles round trip to their place and they had them balanced in no time. These people are super nice and very professional. He looked at my rim knew what it was said it would take a week to be shipped and on that exact date I received a call my rim was there in mint condition... install took maybe every bit of 30 minutes no scratches no nothing... shout out to Gus hes very knowledgeable in his field of work. I had my TPMS light on with my aftermarket wheels but I couldn’t figure out why because I thought they came with sensors. Upon arrival, I received a free diagnostic to ensure that I needed a sensor put in and I was provided with the best time to get it done promptly at a reasonable price. Gus repaired the tire and made the light come off which was a success ! Highly recommend!

Everyone was great. Came to them looking for new wheels for my car. Wanted something safe but inexpensive to replace two damaged wheels and the manufacturer of my car wanted way too much money. They worked with me to get wheels that were nice, good quality and even made sure to match two new tires to the ones I just replaced instead of getting a whole new set. They did all of this, AND helped me do it for less than my max budget. They really listened to my needs and provided suggestions based on my needs instead just upselling me. 5 stars for honesty and integrity. Plus even though they didn’t have the wheels in stock they were able to get them and have them replaced on a busy Saturday. Highly recommend
