Tore up front lower grill of my Lexus on a rock when turning around in a tight driveway. Estimate from Mark on a Friday and he immediately ordered parts. Dropped off car Monday morning and had it back Tuesday, with all the intricate parts replaced. Tiny scratch on paint touched up. #goodasnew. Great customer service.

Unfortunately this has been the third time Ive had to have collision repairs done to my Acura TL. Each time Ive used Nalley Collison and have been fully satisfied. The work they do and customer service they provide is top-notch and superb. Each time they kept me personally informed on any changes to the work order, the cost and to the time frame. Every time, I get my car back, it looks almost new.I want to send a personal shout-out to Joy Waters who worked as my consultant the last two times my car was repaired. You rock! She was professional and shows she cares.

On August 5,2021 someone hit my truck and I took it to this shop. They repaired my truck but they didnt clean it. Ive used this company before and after the repair. I could tell they detailed it afterwards. Im very disappointed. I will not be using this company again. I spoke really highly of this company. I drove from Carrollton to get to this shop. Im just really disappointed.

I chose to take my 2021 IS to nalley collision after I got hit on the side in a parking deck. With a little over 2000 miles on the car I was nervous to already get painting and body repair done to such a new car...but I was not disappointed with the job that was done. I legit can’t tell that they did any painting to the car it looks brand new all over again. Austin was super informative and kept me up to date the whole way. They are basically the only Lexus certified body shop in Atlanta so I would recommend taking your Lexus to them

I took my Lexus RC to be repaired here. I really wish the shop had better communication, I had to constantly contact the shop to receive updates on my vehicle. My vehicle took much longer to repair AND I have to follow up to receive additional work that was not addressed the first time. I had no issues with Nalley Collision Roswell will be going back to that location instead.

The communication of service was unspeakably horrible. Once my service was completed and I arrived to pick up my vehicle I noticed my windshield was cracked. I had to go back in have Joy (the representative of my claim) come out to look at the vehicle. Her first question was, Was it cracked when you dropped it off? I had to hold back my natural comment and just say no it was not. As you remember you took pictures if the vehicle upon drop-off. Getting the window fixed was a very inconvenience of my schedule having leave work to go back in forth for something that was the companys fault. Had there been a walk around my vehicle before I arrived to pick it up this all could have been avoided. I had to place the deposit for my own rental while the repair was being completed and the tint that was on my window was not replaced correctly.I never received aa apology from anyone.Coming Acura collision was not a great idea at all. I should have went to another body collision center. I will never visitor or refer anyone to this establishment.

I took my Lexus RC F there to have vandalism repaired on the door. Joy was great to keep me informed while my car was there. When I picked it up, I inspected the outside and the painted matched pretty well. I could tell it had been painted because of the slight “orange peel” look. I paid my part and went to get in the vehicle and my entire instrument panel was fogged over. I tried to wipe it and knew immediately it was ruined. I went back inside and they sent a couple guys out to take it back in the shop and clean it. Joy backed the car out of the shop and broke the news to me that it was damaged and not fixable. As you can imagine, I was in a state of disbelief that I had brought my baby to a shop for outside repair and the inside was damaged. Joy went as far as to say that I “brought it into the shop that way”. She even asked if I had a picture of the instrument cluster before I brought it in. Thankfully I did because I had sent the mileage to my insurance company for the claim. She then said that the picture was taken in a different light so it was hard to compare. The more I inspected, all of the clear plastic inside my car was damaged. The clock, the gear position cover, etc all had a fogginess to them. After meeting with the manager, he agreed to replace the instrument panel for me. This involved a second trip back to to the dealer and I live over 85 miles away. While I was never given a reason this happened, it was mentioned that each car was “fogged” for covid. I believe something was in the spray that interacted with the clear plastic. There was a terrible paint/chemical smell inside the car also. I drove the car for 2 weeks after this craziness and the horrible chemical smell inside the car never went away. I could smell it sitting in my garage with the windows up. I ended up trading it and the collision center worked with the car dealer to install the new panel. While the body work was pretty good, the unprofessionalism of Joy really left a bad impression with me. A customer should never be told they brought something in that way and prove it with pictures.

The repair took half the time I initially expected, and my car looks great. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the progress of my repair and were very professional!

Took my 2020 Lexus RC to Nalley after I was rear ended. They did a great job with my car & the customer service was on point. They sent me texts along the way to keep me updated on when a delayed part was being shipped, when the paint was done, etc. so I was never left wondering when my car would be ready. Submitted pictures with the online app, and had a quote within two hours. Repair was done within a week, and was completed for the amount quoted. Car was like new, and even looked like it had been detailed, which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be coming back to Nalley Collision for future repairs.

I was welcomed at the door and helped immediately. Even though I was getting a rental car from a company that does not pick up, they convinced the rental company to come and pick me up. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle and the insurance negotiation. The turnaround was less than 3 days. My car looked great when I got it back, and it was clean and vacuumed. From the moment I first walked into the collision center I experienced excellent customer service. The gentleman at the front desk (Pete) was very welcoming and promptly assisted me. Throughout the collision repair process I was regularly notified and updated on the status of my vehicle. The condition of the vehicle after the repairs were excellent, and they even took the time to wash my vehicle and vacuum my interior. It was like new!

Josh is completely amazing. I called a few times a week (2-3 days a week) to check on Mrs. Black my 2017 Malibu, I not once heard any frustration in his voice (considering I called a lot). I let a few days go by & I didnt call, he reached out to me (acknowledging that i hadnt called him in a few days) it took about 2.5 weeks for (her) my car to be ready, & it was well worth it. She looks like new & drives the same (like new). I was really nervous about my car being totaled out because two air bags deployed, but since its a newer car it was able to be fixed. I guess Im part of the 1% when the car is not totaled after air bags deploy. God forbid, but if Im in another accident she will go here. In the meantime, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I can not believe all the negative reviews! The experience I had was top notch! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. Plus all the texts I received about the progress of my body work was very cool. So much better then calling. I received my car earlier then what I was quoted, which I have no complaints about. Sadly my experience was not a good one. It took 3 weeks to repair fender damage. I would hate to see what the time would be on a major crash. I got my SUV back on a Friday evening and discovered the heat did not work the very next day on a very cold morning. Then on Sunday, after getting it back Friday evening, my SUV stopped running leaving my 3 dogs and I stranded. I finally got the SUV back to them on Monday morning. One headlight had been replaced from where the person hit me. I requested the other one be replaced so the headlights would match. I realize it was not impacted by the crash but requested it be replaced as it looked terrible and also to compensate me for all the inconvenience. My request was denied and I was not compensated at all for all the trouble I experienced. In addition, during the 3 weeks they had my SUV, the only updates I received was from the rental car company (which the at fault partys insurance provided) or when I called Nalley Collision myself. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

And the garage got the best of my truck which is why I started to search for an auto collision repair shop. I came to google and Yelp as I am a reviewer. Reading the reviews I decided to give this location a try. Im big on time and communication. From the day I called speaking with James who customer service was just phenomenal. To dropping my car off and picking up. Josh was my technician and his line of communication with me throughout the process was prodigious. For anyone that is looking for a collision repair shop this is the one. Not only was the hospitality great but my truck looks actually better than it did before the altercation. The people at the collision center are awesome. My issue with the facility was the paint staff/ Quality Control. After a long repair (expected) I went to pick up my vehicle. Upon my own look, I found unexeceptable levels of orange peel, trash in paint and new scratches left by techs on surfaces painted. Residual tape adhesive and inside the vehicle had not been cleaned from the maintenance. Someone needs to really check the Work. Ensure the painter can do more than spray and body folks can do more than unmask.

I brought my six month old car in on the referral of my insurance company, in order to have damage to the front fender repaired. After taking one look at the damage, they asked if I minded waiting a few minutes to let them try something before we went through all of the claim paperwork. About ten minutes later, they have the damage buffed out and nearly pristine again, and even vacuumed the inside of the car. I was able to cancel the insurance claim and save hundreds of dollars!

Nalley collision did a great job repairing my 2008 Acura TL. The front bumper was replaced among other things and the paint match looks perfect. Nalley found additional damage that the insurance appraiser couldnt see (apparently common), and Nalley took care of it directly with the insurance company. Great service, highly recommended.

My repair was completed at Nalley Collision Center on 2/1/18. I dropped it off on 1/22/18 so that was about a week and a half without my vehicle. However, with my auto insurance, I had no issues getting a rental car. The rep. at the front desk of Nalley Collision Center called Enterprise for me when I got there and they came and picked me up and took me to their facility nearby to rent a car for the duration of my car repair. The service at NCC was great and I would take my vehicle there again for any future repairs. I would also recommend their repair services to others. NCC also provided email updates regularly to give me the status of the repair and I liked that a lot. I only called 1 time just to see if the car was repaired on the date it was expected to be ready. There was 1 last thing they needed to repair, but the main repairs were already completed. So I kept the rental car for 1 extra day and picked my car up the next day. Great Service and Staff!!

I ask for an estimate on other little repairs which I was paying for OOP. Long story short. Customer Service team very supportive and helping with details of repair. Not living in the Atlanta area made communication imperative as to how repairs were progressing. After 8 weeks had made arrangements to pick up car that required my flying back to Atlanta only to be told 4 hours before I was due to arrive that a sensor was not working. The bad news this caused a lot of frustration and elevated blood pressure, but to the credit of their Manager Mark Mawer we did get problem fixed and was able to drive car home.
