The side bottom fell off after repairs. My car door is lose when pulling shut and my side speaker keeps coming off. Other than that it looked good. Now gotta take off from work just to get it fixed correctly but nothing to drive in meantime. Its closed on weekends.....??????the time most have free. Smh

Avoid this place. I was in a small accident and they sent me home with a car that collects water when it rains. When I brought it back, the manager James (bald dark beard guy), he basically suggested it was my fault and that I’d be paying for it. I’d had my car for 2 days after repairs and had driven it one time. He then didn’t look at my car right away, putting me at the back of the line because again, he didn’t take my issue seriously and treat this situation properly. They were unable to replace my hub cap which is now forever damaged. They don’t turn the phones on in the morning for at least 15 minutes so if you have to get ahold of them before work forget it. Don’t trust this place. They’ll screw you if you have a problem for sure.

I actually did not choose to use this location as there is a Classic Collision in my town, but my insurance company towed my car to this one because of - according to them - Mercedes certification. After a deer collision, my E-class had about $11,000 in cosmetic damage. I asked this shop daily for a detailed estimate/itemized list of what theyd be repairing/replacing and they did not provide that until 2 hours before they said the car was completely repaired. Because this shop is in a different town, my car was towed back to the Classic branch in my town for me to pickup. Their repairs included reinstalling a broken grille, a broken illuminated star emblem, a misaligned fender, and debris all in the paint on the passenger door. It took my local branch 14 additional days to clean up the shoddy repair work done at Classic in Marietta.Do yourself a favor. If you care about your car at all.. take it somewhere else.

My BMW 328i was taken care of with the upmost quality here. The entire staff was very professional and communicated well with me. This is sometimes hard to find with a car repair or body shop. The turn around time was super quick which was very convenient. My front hood and rear trunk needed repainting and the car looks brand new. The headlights were also cleaned, and they did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend.

I took my daughters car to Classic for repair after someone backed into both drivers side doors. Kayla and Alex were fantastic to work with - both very friendly and efficient! Update: the center has tried to reach out, along w/ my insurance to correct this issue. I am debating on whether or not it is worth it to me to hand my car back over for more repairs, however minor. I have also already ordered one part that is a pop on fix, so Ive essentially already fixed 1 of the issues myself.As such, I have adjusted my rating to reflect their attempt to remedy the issue.The body work they did does look quite good atm and has a warranty.--------Brought my car in to be repaired. There were two minor cosmetic fixes I had requested they fix (a front mudflap like thing and a mirror cover that literally only needed to be popped on, I just didnt have the part) and they assured me they would order those parts and fix those items.When I went to pick up my car, they had only repaired the major damage for the rear and did not even try to fix the two minor things I had asked about (and that they had said they would fix). I pointed this out when picking up my car and they offered to order the parts and fix it (again), but I was already too angry to leave my car there any longer.The body work for the rear seems to be in good order, but I am supremely angry that they agreed to fix something and then did not fix it (at least I was NOT charged for those promises).If a company cannot or will not do repairs on something, they shouldnt tell the customer they will. This could have been a 5 star review but they couldnt keep a simple request on file.

Excellent experience. I brought my car for an estimate for a scrape I had on the side of my car. Britney and Alex removed most of the scraped paint and recommended a dentless repair As a full repair and removal of the rear quarter panel would cost $1200. They took care of the problem in less than five minutes and did not charge me. Clearly these are people that you can trust

Fantastic. I hit a lot of fences and have had 2 head on collisions while turning left on Roswell Road onto I 285 . So it has been totalled once, I guess, last time - I hit our driveway fence and it tore up bumper. I went there. BELIEVE me I am picky. Read other reviews. Alex is the best and the staff there really care. It will be a pleasant experience, they are even sensitive to your grief and offer to help so much... I go to the same one but they are all good. I go to Highway 41 in Marietta, GA

This place is awesome! I just had a second car repaired here. One using insurance and one without. In both cases their work was impeccable and thorough, they completed the work when they said they would and if any thing changed they were in contact with me immediately. Their estimates are fair and reasonable. Jordan Toro is about her business and takes great care of her customers. I highly recommend them and plan to have some more work done here soon.

I had a wonderful experience with Classi Collision! There was an issue with my Geico app not confirming my appointment and their on sight Geico liaison helped me through it all. They were able to keep the original appointment time and get my rental there super quick. They originally gave a 3 day turn around time and actually completed the repairs same day! To top it all off they detailed the inside and outside of my car! I would recommend them to anyone!

Worst experience Ive ever had. Can never get a hold of anyone and communication is absolutely terrible. It took them nearly a month to even take a look at my car and send an estimate to my insurance. All the while they were giving me the runaround and telling me it was already done and they had ordered parts already. It was a lie. When I asked for the estimate, I was told Id get it at the end of service after everything was done. Im the customer, why wouldnt I get an estimate on MY vehicle? Then, they had a dispute with my insurance over my rental, which ultimately came out of my own pocket because they refused to do what they said they would do. I will never ever use them again. Would give zero stars if I could.

5-star ratings are rate, or at least they should be, because so few businesses today are worthy of such a stellar rating: Classic Collision of Marietta is one of those businesses. First, everyone in their office is courteous, knowledgeable and very understanding of their clients needs. They listen well, but also communicate very well, which leaves people feeling like, Hey, my vehicle is going to be OK. Second, the repair results that I have witnessed on both my domestic and foreign cars is simply stellar. Ive never had to ask for a redo, or take the vehicles back, because the repairs or the finishing work didnt last. Third, Ive had insurance cover most of my repairs, but in some instances, I actually had Classic Collision do touch up and restoration work as well; and, in all cases the quotes were competitive, the costs were fair and most important the value realized. Ive been to other body shops, and they simply cannot measure up to Classic Collision in Marietta. Thats the truth of the matter!!!

TLDR; If they tell you they will call you back, dont hold your breath.I used classic collision to repair my damaged leased vehicle a couple years ago. All in all, the repair work was fine. What wasnt fine was the 18 months that followed. After the repair work was completed, I noticed that one of the wheel covers that had been damaged during the accident had not been replaced. They told me no worries, and that they would reach out to the appraiser to have it added to the estimate. So I accepted the car and waited for them to call me back to get the wheel cover. After a few weeks, I had not heard anything, so I called back. They apologized and said to give them a little more time. And so began the journey of me calling them every few weeks, them apologizing, saying they would call me back soon, and then nothing. They eventually said they couldnt get in touch with my adjuster at the insurance company, so I called the insurance company, got the adjusters direct line and passed it on to them. Again continued the cycle of having to call them, being promised a call back, and never ever once being called back. This went on until I had to return my lease. I went to the store shortly before my lease was up and explained to them that their inability to get a $30 wheel cover had cost them a customer..... But they seemed to give zero craps. It was all very disappointing and was a huge waste my (and their) time over something so small.

He quickly reassured me everything would be fixed and like new. He also took the time to answer any questions or concerns that i had. The first time I walked into classic collision was because I did some paint work in my Cadillac, second time was not a fun reason that I had to go in for. I am happy I came with them again placed a smile on my face and gave me a great rate for my rear side being crashed into. Nice dealing with them!

Ill stick to Maaco it didnt look like my car was repainted after the repairs and parts was missing from my car I let them know and was told the parts would get ordered and they would let me know I never heard anything so I called back about a month later and they didnt even had me in the system to receive parts so the lady said she would have crystal I think her name was call me back she never did so I had to go back up there to get a part order then it was put back on almost to months later from the repair plus crystal gave me a 10 gift card that as already used so 10 wasnt on there

Incompetent and lazy. Terrible shop. Awful communication. We have to keep calling and it takes a lot of time to get ahold of someone who can give any answers at all. Takes forever to do anything. I am cursing our insurance for sending us there, as we have now been without our car for close to a month, and nothing has been done with it yet. If I could leave no stars, I would.A (purposely) belated update: Within a few days of making this review, they suddenly contacted us, and tried to help get us our car back quickly (and they actually mentioned the review when they called, so we know this is why). I am still leaving this as a 1 star however (if I was able to leave a zero star, I would leave it at 0). I do appreciate their effort, but it never should have gotten that bad. It shouldnt have gotten to the point where I felt the need to leave a review before service was even completed. It shouldnt have taken me leaving this review for them to get up off their butts and actually contact us and do something. Guess what, FINALLY taking care of things doesnt mean you deserve a change to my review or rating, like you asked us to do. Your shop is still incompetent, lazy and terrible. I will never go back there, and would encourage others to avoid it.

About 4 months ago I took my car into Classic Collision for repairs. As I started driving home my tire started to lose pressure. I took it into a shop near my house and they informed me that there were 2 screws in my tire. I spoke with Classic and they told me they would reimburse me for the plugs via check. I have yet to receive a check and whenever I call and ask about it I am told you will receive the check in 7-10 business days... Its been four months.UPDATE: I was informed last Thursday that I would be contacted by a manager the next day but its been almost a week and I have not received a call. Seems to be a recurring theme of irresponsibility.

Got two doors fixed here (someone hit my car while backing out of their parking spot). Theyve done a great job and it looks like new. I had to bring the car back for a small overspray on the roof that I hadnt notices when I picked up the car but they fixed it in 15 minutes. Not a problem.

Excellent service and excellent work! After having a terrible experience at Barrows Body Shop, The Audi dealership recommended that I take my Audi Q5 to Classic Collision as they are Audi certified. I choose the Marietta location because they are located close to my job and also they have an Enterprise Car Rental office within their shop as well as a Geico office. I worked with Dennis who was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. I needed to get my passenger side mirror and door replaced and some dents and dings on the passenger door needed repairing. My car was completed within 5 days and look like new! Also, theyd washed and vacuumed my car! Very nice! I highly recommend Classic Collision!

My wife recently had an accident and I was scheduled to meet with a State Farm adjuster located inside the Classic Collision on Cobb Parkway. Although I had already selected a repair shop near home, I decided to go with Classic because it was almost across the street from my office.When I spoke to the gentleman that was representing Classic I enquired about having the window tinting removed from the two front doors of the vehicle and replaced as well as adding a 6” band of tinting across the windshield that had been installed a couple months earlier. I was quoted $85 for the doors and $50 for the windshield.When I went to pick the vehicle up I was told that the cost was $187.50 (almost 40% above quoted price of $135) and when I asked why, the guy (different form the one that had quoted, advised me that I had two (2) doors… (wow, I didn’t know that!) He said the cost was $85 per door and $50 for the band across the windshield. When I walked him through the math and explained that if it was $85 per door and $50 for the windshield, the total would be $220 and then asked why he was only asking for $187.50; it was classic “deer in the headlights”. He assured me that he would talk to Scott when he returned from vacation and would get in touch with me. Of course, I never heard a word and it’s been a month.The day I picked it up, the guy went to the Manager but the manager never said a word to me or got up from his desk in the glass cubicle.The question in my mind is if they were willing to walk away from a customer and let an otherwise pleasant experience become a negative one over $52, where would it stop? How much would they upcharge you?I don’t expect this review to cause or affect change within the Classic organization, rather I have taken the time to write the review because I believe in quality goods and quality services. I believe that this country, and probably the word has somehow forgotten that without customers a business cannot survive. I also believe that when you and I accept less than quality goods and services, we only add to the problem by lowering the standards for ourselves and everyone else.One of the two (2) doors they replaced wasn’t right upon delivery and I had to wait while they adjusted it. It still isn’t right, but I can’t see myself going back there again. Given that State Farm warranties the repairs for life, I will instead, ask them to find an alternate repair shop to make the door work properly.

Small amount of damage to one side of the front of my car. $6700. Lied about when it would be ready, so I drive all the way there only to be told I should not have expected it to be ready, its my fault, even though thats when they told me, in writing, that it would be readyRude and no one takes any responsibility for anything, just places blame on other employees. Oh she never should have told you that.Im not the man who said that, I dont know that guy.They promise great service and they dont provide it. They ruined my weekend, my plans and caused me anxiety and stress while treating me like a second class citizen.

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday for rear bumper cover damage. No communication until I called on Friday and was told the vehicle had not been looked at. I had a vacation coming up two weeks later and told them that. I needed car asap so I could take it to the shop and have some other mechanical things fixed. I was told, we wont be ready by then so we will keep the car while you are on vacation - just stay in your rental until you get back. When you get back, we will be done. No communication since then..... Friday before my vacation, Hey, your car is ready! Are you kidding me? One day to get my car into a repair shop - not enough time. Now I have to pay for a rental while I go out of town instead of using my car, which was my original intent. Two whole weeks for a bumper cover repair and reinstall!!! I am so livid. Poor communication. I have not even seen the repairs to speak to the workmanship but I am so perturbed about the lack of communication that it really doesnt even matter at this point.

I left my beautiful Mustang after a unfortunate accident there, The person told me car will be ready in a week ( took 2 weeks, it is ok but I wish they told when..or some up date), I also got a text massage from them saying car is going to be ready in a week, cool.. the text also mentioned do you have any questions nice right?, yes i responded couple of questions, no respond!! I called them, the operator said give me a min. I will check it out and call you back in 5 min. no call back, 2 days later I called them and nobody knows anything any ways, I call them many time about my car, operator (at least 10 times in 2 weeks ) operator like let me find out, and l call in 2 min guess what? no call,not even if ones, come on guys. i had to fallow up. I was just wondering when my car going to be ready, no chance....cars left tire was damage because of accident, so they call me and said :they have to change other one too, it is old, but my insurance does not cover, it is normal, np, I said change it, I pay it. I went to pick up my car, I asked about the tire they said no they did not change it, I asked is it ok to drive like that ? they said yes.I took my car 2 mouth later for an oil change some place else mechanic told me tehy had the change my tire, is not to safe drive one old and one new.Last but not least, I had some belongings in my trunk, They were missing, I call them: they said they moved them and put in to a box, why ? dont know, any ways I asked could them send them to me, they said yes, no problem, that was 2 month ago, i did not receive anything. did I call them?, yes I did, yes i did indeed, guess what happened????? give me a second, I will find out I will call you back as you can guess no call.They basically kept my things.I hope they use them at least.I wish I get my money back but I cant, They probably say give me a second, I will find out I will call you back

By far the worst experience with a body shop. I would get several emails a day from Alex one of the claims adjustors saying my car was ready for pick up and I would schedule my day around that to go and pick it up. Every single time he would email shortly after saying that it was not ready. Every email was a lie and he was just trying to make a customer happy by looking good. He would say that its almost finished and in quality control and about to get detailed when it actually was just done getting primered. He told me many times it was close to being finished but in actual fact it was days from that. Then when it was finished he said all the parts were new genuine oem chrysler products. The bumper was forced on to where the bottom was bowing out, clips that were forced on. The bumper was clearly not a chrysler bumper, but an afternarket bumper. The tailight that was replaced was a used one because of the writing on the back of it. As far as overall quality of the paint there is dirt and spots underneath the clear coat that is very visible in plain daylight. I had the normal emblems on the back and some how they lose just one letter and im still waiting for it to come in. Customer service there was also terrible. Being put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time and being transfered to different people numerous of times. Overall there work and dedication to produce a quality job and happy customer was not reached by a long shot.
