I called to get a quote for my car and was told I would receive a callback within an hour. This was on Thursday, today is Sunday the 31st and i still havent heard anything. I called back later that Thursday afternoon and the phone just rung. No answer....nothing.....smh.....It is easier to just let people know if you dont want to deal with them or not. Instead avoiding....

I very very rarely ever write reviews on here but I highly recommend this repair shop. I took my Volkswagen here for repairs after the dealership had quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix the issue. I decided to take my car here instead and the staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and worked with me to schedule times for my visits (As I live 2 hours away). Good, honest repair shop and I will definitely take my car here again if any other problems arise in the future.

This shop has the best service I have ever experienced. The staff is courteous and helpful. Their work is outstanding and carried out with care and precision. The prices are better than any other. Never seen so many happy customers in one place. I recommend this for all my friends not just foreign cars. You wont find a better deal anywhere else because these guys standard tops the best of the rest.

It took some time for me to leave this review but I figured it may save someone a HUGE FINANCIAL BURDEN. My husband had our VW CC towed here about 1month ago after it started shaking while driving on the freeway. He figured since it’s a European repair shop we should try this place 1st. Our car was there for 4 days before even getting a phone call. My husband was informed that our transmission had “failed” and it would cost close to 6K to have repaired. OMG talking about a repair nightmare. Luckily my husband decided to have our car towed to AMMCO in Marietta for a 2nd opinion. The mechanic Jason had called us SAME day and asked if the previous shop had even took the car up to look at it because it was obvious that our CV Axel was broken and there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with our transmission. They informed us that with parts and labor it would cost us under 1K! WOW! Thank goodness we did not go with the recommendations from European Auto Repair Shop or we would be out of so much money and a financial burden. This should have NEVER happened and this is why I decided to let it be known with this review. I can only imagine the others who have been screwed from them. Makes me cringe. They may have not even looked at our car. Who knows. But we were devastated when they told us his transmission failed. We had already just had a pipe burst in our home the previous day so you could only imagine the stress at that point. My husband did email European Auto and they did give back our diagnostic check charge of $52 and offered us a free oil change the next time we get service if we give them another chance. Umm no thank you. I wouldn’t even trust you now to even touch our car. Who knows you could purposely do something to our car just as you had no integrity to properly inspect it. This place is dishonest and I’m so happy we decided to get our car towed to AMMCO for a 2nd opinion. Jason there was amazing and HONEST. So no I DO NOT recommend European Auto at all. This review should scare the hell out of you. I am so happy we had this experience though because we found a honest lifetime shop at AMMCO and know now to ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion. Stay away from this one.

Mr.Rudy has excellent customer service. I had to leave out of town within the next two days and they had my car ready the very next day that I turned it in. His prices are reasonable. He is honest and courteous. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking into getting your car repaired.

Took my Audi here as it needed to be checked out. They fixed him up and were very communicative with what needed to be fixed. The staff here is friendly.They got the job done in a timely manner. Im definitely satisfied with the service.

What started as taking it in for a brake fluid leak quickly snowballed into a mess of complications as other broken parts were discovered, but rather than trying to cheat me in my panic, these guys worked impossibly hard to find affordable parts, cut down on labor time, and let me know exactly what was wrong with the car before they started repairs so they didnt overcharge. Really great people, very helpful, and got this all done when I needed it. You wont find better service.

European Auto Repair Shop is ASE Master Certified & BMW Certified. Great staff and exceptionally good prices. I had my brakes serviced and repaired, head gasket repaired, radiator repaired and alternator repaired on my BMW. European Auto Repair Shop was kind enough to tow my vehicle for free. Thanks to Rick and Rudy my car is running strong and smooth again.

Wow. No seriously, wow. My experience at European Auto Repair exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I really wasnt looking for a mechanic, but I found them during a desperate search when my car showed up in ill health after being transported across the country. When I say found them, I mean I used Google Maps on my phone to locate the nearest mechanic because A) my car wouldnt go much above 7 mph and B) I knew if I turned it off it wouldnt start again.I called them, from my drivers seat, to make sure they could take a look at my car. I explained the situation to the gentleman on the phone and asked if I could drop it off. He said I could, but due to the amount of business he had, he wouldnt have room for it until later in the day. I asked if there was anything he could do, given my situation, and he told me to bring it by and theyd figure out where to put it later.I limped the half dozen blocks, left the car running at the entrance of the PACKED garage and checked in . They said he probably wouldnt get to it for a day or two, but he would be in touch.Two days later, I received a call explaining my battery was dead, the positive terminal had corroded and fused to the battery and everything was back to normal after replacing those two items and flashing the ECU. I asked about cost and, expecting the worst, was pleased with the answer. Id more or less predicted the repair, so I wasnt surprised at the outcome, but I was surprised Id gotten away from a crappy situation for a relatively reasonable price and with zero hassle.When I picked my car up the next day, ON A SATURDAY, they was kind enough to show me the corroded terminal without me even asking. The bonus? He set my radio presets for me, since a dead battery meant there were none (that and the car had just arrived in town). Talk about an old school shop providing old school service. Refreshing. Very refreshing. They have likely earned my as a customer until they give me a reason otherwise.

Check Engine Light was on and was told it was my catalytic converter. Paid almost $700 to have European Auto Shop to fixed it. After the car was supposed to be repaired, the Check Engine light came on again. The tech at the shop THEN told me it was the front cc and that would be another $1500. I dont understand why this information was not presented to me before the first repair! Bad business!! I will not return and I will make sure I let everyone know about this practice!
